體統(tong)由七八個(ge)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)組合而成,區別為:送料檢(jian)(jian)則站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、貨(huo)物(wu)搬(ban)貨(huo)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、制(zhi)(zhi)作站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、貨(huo)物(wu)搬(ban)貨(huo)重新施(shi)工(gong)(gong)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、重新施(shi)工(gong)(gong)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、種類站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、貨(huo)物(wu)搬(ban)貨(huo)分檢(jian)(jian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、傳送數據分檢(jian)(jian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),的控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)體統(tong)采(cai)取西門子的PLC進行控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi),具有(you)較好的柔性,即每(mei)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)各有(you)一套PLC控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)獨立控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi),在單個(ge)培訓完成以后,又(you)可(ke)以將相鄰的兩站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、三(san)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)…直至八站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)連在一起,學習復雜系(xi)統(tong)的設計(ji)、安裝、編程、調試和(he)整機運行。

三、系統的組建
系統的(de)操(cao)作系統由五個站結構(gou)
(1)送料檢驗站
由料臺、導料組(zu)織、推料組(zu)織、查測面(mian)部識(shi)別光(guang)電(dian)旋轉(zhuan)啟閉、旋轉(zhuan)啟閉電(dian)源(yuan)模塊、可代碼編程序掌握器、按紐、I/O接口板(ban)、電(dian)氣(qi)網孔板(ban)、電(dian)磁閥及氣(qi)缸(gang)組(zu)成(cheng),主要完成(cheng)將工件從料臺依次送到檢測工位、等(deng)待取走。
(2)幫運站
由(you)設備(bei)手(shou)、橫臂、轉回臺、翻轉汽缸(gang)、觸點電(dian)源模塊、可程序編程序掌控器、按鈕開關、I/O接(jie)口板、電(dian)氣網孔板、多種類型(xing)電(dian)磁閥(fa)及氣缸(gang)組成,主要完成將(jiang)工件從(cong)上站(zhan)搬至(zhi)下一站(zhan)。
(3)生產制造站
由6工(gong)(gong)位(wei)回(hui)轉工(gong)(gong)作臺、刀(dao)具庫(3種(zhong)刀(dao)具)、升降式加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)系統、加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)組(zu)件、檢測組(zu)件、步進驅(qu)動器(qi)、步進電(dian)(dian)機、光電(dian)(dian)傳(chuan)感器(qi)、接近開(kai)關(guan)、開(kai)關(guan)電(dian)(dian)源、平(ping)面推力軸(zhou)承、可編(bian)程序控(kong)制器(qi)、按鈕、I/O接口板(ban)(ban)、電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)網孔板(ban)(ban)、通訊(xun)接口板(ban)(ban)、直(zhi)流減速電(dian)(dian)機、多(duo)種(zhong)類型電(dian)(dian)磁閥(fa)及(ji)氣(qi)缸組(zu)成,回(hui)轉工(gong)(gong)作臺有六個旋轉工(gong)(gong)位(wei),加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)站主(zhu)要完成工(gong)(gong)件的加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(鉆孔、銑孔),并進行工(gong)(gong)件檢測。
(4)搬動重新(xin)安裝(zhuang)站
由勻速轉動(dong)加旋(xuan)轉任務臺、起(qi)(qi)重(zhong)機臂、機器手、企業導軌、開關開關按鈕電原、可java開發序調(diao)控器、開關按鈕、I/O接口板、電氣網孔板、多(duo)種(zhong)類型電磁閥及氣缸組成(cheng),主要完成(cheng)將上站(zhan)工件(jian)拿起(qi)(qi)放入安(an)裝平臺,將裝好工件(jian)拿起(qi)(qi)放下站(zhan)。
(5)裝配站
由吸盤自動化機械手臂、拐臂元(yuan)器(qi)(qi)件、旋轉標準氣(qi)(qi)缸、料(liao)斗(dou)換位元(yuan)器(qi)(qi)件、鋼(gang)件開發元(yuan)器(qi)(qi)件、高壓氣(qi)(qi)進行器(qi)(qi)、啟閉電(dian)(dian)壓、程(cheng)序(xu)(xu)控(kong)(kong)住器(qi)(qi)序(xu)(xu)序(xu)(xu)控(kong)(kong)住器(qi)(qi)、開關按鈕、I/O接口板(ban)(ban)、電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)網(wang)孔板(ban)(ban)、多(duo)種類型(xing)電(dian)(dian)磁閥及(ji)氣(qi)(qi)缸組成(cheng),主要(yao)完(wan)成(cheng)選擇要(yao)安(an)(an)裝工(gong)件的(de)料(liao)倉(cang),將工(gong)件從料(liao)倉(cang)中推出(chu),將工(gong)件安(an)(an)裝到(dao)位。
(6)傳回分檢站
重點(dian)由三(san)相四線交流(liu)會滑行伺(si)服電(dian)機、微(wei)電(dian)子(zi)調節(jie)(jie)器(qi)器(qi)、色調節(jie)(jie)器(qi)器(qi)、電(dian)開關外接電(dian)源、按鍵、I/O接口板(ban)、電(dian)氣網孔板(ban)等組成(cheng),主要(yao)完(wan)成(cheng)將材料傳送(song)至下(xia)一(yi)站。
(7)裝(zhuang)卸貨物分(fen)檢站
通(tong)常由行業導軌(gui)、調節功能(neng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁閥、氣爪(zhua)、磁體電(dian)(dian)(dian)面(mian)板開(kai)關(guan)、廢(fei)塑(su)料貯存器、電(dian)(dian)(dian)面(mian)板開(kai)關(guan)交流電(dian)(dian)(dian)源、可代(dai)碼(ma)序調控器、開(kai)關(guan)按鈕、I/O接口板、電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣網孔板、多種類(lei)型電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁閥組成,主要完成分(fen)揀生產線中的廢(fei)物料并將其搬運至廢(fei)料存儲器中。
(8)分級站
由滾珠絲桿(gan)、滑(hua)桿(gan)面世組(zu)(zu)件、種類(lei)礦倉(cang)、步進win7驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)win7驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)三相(xiang)異步電機、步進win7驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)win7驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)win7驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)、感應器(qi)器(qi)、面板開關24v電源、可編寫程(cheng)序(xu)序(xu)操作器(qi)、功能鍵(jian)、I/O接口板、電氣網孔板、多種類(lei)型電磁閥及氣缸組(zu)(zu)成,主要完成按工件類(lei)型分(fen)類(lei),將工件推入料倉(cang)。
四、有效控制系統
三凌PLC:
1. 每站均增配FX3U-485BD通(tong)信(xin)模塊,用于組(zu)建三菱通(tong)信(xin)網絡, 每站PLC主(zhu)機均采用FX3U-48。
2. 配備(bei)有7英寸,工(gong)業彩色觸摸(mo)屏。
3. 傳輸線(xian)結構的:運用FX3U-485BD網絡通信,使各站之(zhi)間的控制信息和狀(zhuang)態數據能夠實時相互(hu)交換。配有SC-09編程電(dian)纜、觸摸屏與PLC通信電(dian)纜及觸摸屏下載電(dian)纜。
