實訓裝置

光伏發電實訓裝置系統主要由光伏供電裝置、光伏供電系統、逆變與負載系統、監控系統四個部分組成。

1、 太陽能光伏輸電保護裝置

光伏太陽(yang)能(neng)電(dian)(dian)的控制單園其主要由塑殼斷路(lu)器、+24V開關電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)、AC220V電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)插座、指示燈、接線端子DT1和(he)DT2等組成。

蓄手機電(dian)池的充能具體步(bu)驟及充能保(bao)護由ARM操縱標(biao)段、標(biao)準接口標(biao)段及執行程序進行,蓄鋰電(dian)池的充放電(dian)自我(wo)保(bao)護(hu)由ARM調節模塊、接口方式模塊及(ji)繼電氣(qi)完工(gong),當蓄容(rong)量電池(chi)電池(chi)充電工(gong)作(zuo)電壓高出指定值,ARM操縱機組導出數字信號(hao)帶動中間繼電氣(qi)產品元件(jian)工作(zuo)的,中間繼電氣(qi)產品元件(jian)常閉接(jie)(jie)點斷開(kai)連接(jie)(jie),斷掉蓄(xu)電池(chi)組的充放(fang)電管路。

該單(dan)元測試放(fang)(fang)置很多套蓄電(dian)(dian)池充、釋(shi)放(fang)(fang)工(gong)作(zuo)的中管理及模(mo)仿系(xi)統設備設備,日常(chang)作(zuo)業時(shi),并按照放(fang)(fang)置數據對蓄電(dian)(dian)池來(lai)進(jin)行(xing)筆(bi)記本(ben)(ben)充電(dian)(dian)樁和釋(shi)放(fang)(fang),須得(de)人為糾正(zheng)(zheng);模(mo)仿系(xi)統設備作(zuo)業時(shi),蓄電(dian)(dian)池和光電(dian)(dian)池各(ge)工(gong)作(zuo)的中點須得(de)帶有大量手動(dong)放(fang)(fang)置,每放(fang)(fang)置完成后其中一種(zhong)工(gong)作(zuo)的中格(ge)局(ju)后可在平臺網頁(ye)關注筆(bi)記本(ben)(ben)充電(dian)(dian)樁及釋(shi)放(fang)(fang)的正(zheng)(zheng)常(chang)運行(xing)工(gong)作(zuo),以滿足光伏發電(dian)(dian)充、釋(shi)放(fang)(fang)模(mo)仿系(xi)統設備模(mo)型制作(zuo)研究(jiu)的目的性。

2、逆變(bian)與電機負載系統

(1)、逆變與負載系統的組(zu)成

逆(ni)(ni)(ni)變與阻抗體(ti)統基本由逆(ni)(ni)(ni)變電(dian)器(qi)源操縱板(ban)塊、逆(ni)(ni)(ni)變轉換(huan)展示板(ban)塊、逆(ni)(ni)(ni)變電(dian)源、逆(ni)(ni)(ni)變電(dian)源性能指標查測(ce)板(ban)塊、調頻器(qi)、單相互動交流(liu)伺(si)服(fu)電(dian)機、發(fa)光(guang)字廣告(gao)管舞(wu)臺設計前照燈(deng)(deng)板(ban)塊、警示性燈(deng)(deng)、接(jie)電(dian)源排、高壓斷路器(qi)、網孔架等構(gou)成的。

①逆變配電源調整第一單元

逆變配電源調控單元式大(da)部分由(you)萬(wan)能斷路器、+24V開關(guan)電源、AC220V電源插座(zuo)、指(zhi)示燈、接線端子DT14和DT15等組成。

②逆變打印輸出體現 標段

逆(ni)變輸出(chu)輸出(chu)功率顯現單元關鍵(jian)由討(tao)論會輸出(chu)功率表、討(tao)論會輸出(chu)功率表、接線頭接線鼻(bi)子DT16和DT17等組成。

(2)、逆變器

升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)是將壓(ya)差大(da)整(zheng)流電更(geng)改成高壓(ya)電溝通電的裝備,升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)的貨品(pin)許多(duo), 各自(zi)的具(ju)體(ti)工(gong)作原(yuan)理(li)、工(gong)作過程不盡(jin)相同。本實訓裝置使用的逆變器(qi)(qi)由DC-DC升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)PWM控制(zhi)芯(xin)(xin)片(pian)單元(yuan)(yuan)、驅動(dong)+升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)功(gong)率MOS管單元(yuan)(yuan)、升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)、SPWM芯(xin)(xin)片(pian)單元(yuan)(yuan)、高壓(ya)驅動(dong)芯(xin)(xin)片(pian)單元(yuan)(yuan)、全橋逆變功(gong)率MOS管單元(yuan)(yuan)、LC濾(lv)波器(qi)(qi)組成。逆變(bian)(bian)(bian)的工做時是將汽(qi)車蓄電池箱的12V直流(liu)電通過DC-DC和(he)DC-AC變(bian)(bian)(bian)換(huan),轉(zhuan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)成正弦波(bo)220/50Hz的純正弦(xian)交流電波(bo)討論會電。

3、監控錄像軟件

(1)、監控系統(tong)組成(cheng)
