把控(kong)好軟件(jian)主(zhu)站(zhan)按照PLCS7-300(CPU315-2DP),從(cong)站(zhan)采用西門(men)子(zi)S7-200(CPU224),各站(zhan)之(zhi)間使用ProfiBus-DP系(xi)統總(zong)線做好通(tong)信,S7-200從(cong)站(zhan)主(zhu)要(yao)用于控(kong)制與驅(qu)動(dong)設備層,并對現場反(fan)饋的信號進行(xing)采集(ji)(ji),S7-300主(zhu)站(zhan)采集(ji)(ji)器各從(cong)站(zhan)數值統計,融洽各站(zhan)程序(xu)流(liu)(liu)程圖(tu)運行(xing),并給串口(kou)通(tong)迅(xun)的風控(kong)程序(xu)流(liu)(liu)程圖(tu)可以提供數值統計,而且系(xi)統還要(yao)裝工(gong)業(ye)(ye)制造(zao)以太網通(tong)迅(xun)組(zu)件(jian)和10.4英(ying)寸彩色工(gong)業(ye)(ye)觸摸屏,可以完成(cheng)系(xi)統控(kong)制網絡的集(ji)(ji)成(cheng)。
該整(zheng)體有手(shou)機單機手(shou)游(you)、聯機多種上班(ban)方試。在(zai)(zai)手(shou)機單機手(shou)游(you)方式下,各(ge)從站(zhan)經濟獨立完成,站(zhan)間還沒有數據(ju)統(tong)(tong)計(ji)(ji)庫傳(chuan)輸(shu)(shu),人可完成外布線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)來,適用(yong)(yong)S7-200專用(yong)(yong)PPI電(dian)纜電(dian)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)或(huo)ProfiBus傳(chuan)輸(shu)(shu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)將(jiang)編程子執行(xing)程序選(xuan)擇到(dao)PLC中(zhong),并攝像頭子執行(xing)程序完成,在(zai)(zai)聯機方式下,整(zheng)體各(ge)從站(zhan)并且(qie)上班(ban),產品工件逐個(ge)完成上料(liao)機、驗(yan)測(ce)挑揀(jian)、工作、影像驗(yan)測(ce)、廣州POS機人電(dian)腦自動(dong)組裝、貼(tie)標簽、方形碼認別、退(tui)庫及貨物搬運等來,各(ge)站(zhan)間能夠ProfiBus當場傳(chuan)輸(shu)(shu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)完成數據(ju)統(tong)(tong)計(ji)(ji)通訊,在(zai)(zai)主站(zhan)的(de)掌握下完成涉及到(dao)的(de)互鎖、數據(ju)統(tong)(tong)計(ji)(ji)庫傳(chuan)輸(shu)(shu)來,整(zheng)體中(zhong)的(de)上位工業(ye)控制(zhi)機適用(yong)(yong)WinCC組態攝像頭工具,對(dui)當場設(she)施(shi)生產線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)設(she)備加(jia)工狀況發生完成情況實時視(shi)頻攝像頭。
