SYSNX-68A數字電路實驗箱,可以完成高等院校“數字電路課程”的全部實驗,適用于高等院校及各類職業技術學校的電子技術類教學。
一、軟件組合成
1、主機電(dian)源:交換手(shou)機輸入:220V±10% 、50Hz 交流電(dian)工作(zuo)輸出:±12V/0.3A 、 5V/2A
2、手動式單(dan)(dan)單(dan)(dan)脈寬激(ji)光控制(zhi)電路2組(zu):每組(zu)可同一(yi)時間輸入輸出 -三個單(dan)(dan)脈寬激(ji)光,單(dan)(dan)脈寬激(ji)光幅參考值TTL電平。
3、調整幀(zhen)率脈(mo)沖激光源7路,輸出的均(jun)為TTL電平:1Hz、10Hz、100Hz、1KHz、10KHz、 100KHz、1MHz;
4、時序顯(xian)(xian)(xian)示電(dian)(dian)磁造成(cheng)的數(shu)(shu)據(ju)4g信號(hao)(hao)的發生電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)線路(lu)(lu)系統及停啟把控電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)線路(lu)(lu)系統。可行(xing)成(cheng)四路(lu)(lu)顯(xian)(xian)(xian)示電(dian)(dian)磁造成(cheng)的數(shu)(shu)據(ju)4g信號(hao)(hao)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)4g信號(hao)(hao),顯(xian)(xian)(xian)示電(dian)(dian)磁造成(cheng)的數(shu)(shu)據(ju)4g信號(hao)(hao)期限與(yu)顯(xian)(xian)(xian)示的數(shu)(shu)字石(shi)英(ying)鐘(zhong)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)4g信號(hao)(hao)同(tong)一,3個顯(xian)(xian)(xian)示電(dian)(dian)磁造成(cheng)的數(shu)(shu)據(ju)4g信號(hao)(hao)左右由大到(dao)差距(ju)7個顯(xian)(xian)(xian)示數(shu)(shu)字石(shi)英(ying)鐘(zhong)期限。

9、可變性電極(ji)變阻(zu)器2只(zhi),阻(zu)值各自22K,100K。
10、建成研(yan)究區,用到優(you)化(hua)研(yan)究、必(bi)修課程(cheng)開發適用。
(1)作為擰緊(jin)墻壁(bi)插座共8只(zhi)(zhi),中(zhong)僅(jin)40芯2只(zhi)(zhi),20芯2只(zhi)(zhi),16芯4只(zhi)(zhi),可插8芯~40芯的(de)種IC。
(2)美國產全(quan)麥面包板(ban)二(er)(er)塊,能接插電式阻、電阻、穩(wen)壓管、肖(xiao)特基二(er)(er)極(ji)管、晶體管等元部件封(feng)裝。
11、EDA括展區,標準的配(pei)值為Lattice 1032實驗(yan)板(ban),也可據中小學追求選擇,如Lattice 4256,Altera EPM7128s、Altera EP1K30、Altera EP1K100、Xinlix 95108等實驗(yan)板(ban)。
