1章:規劃思緒
逐漸“工(gong)業(ye)4.0”概念在德(de)國的(de)提(ti)出,以“智能(neng)工(gong)廠(chang)、智慧制(zhi)造”為主導的(de)第四次工(gong)業(ye)革命已經悄然(ran)來(lai)臨。工(gong)業(ye)4.0是一個高(gao)科技戰略計劃,制(zhi)造業(ye)的(de)基本(ben)模式(shi)(shi)將(jiang)(jiang)由集中(zhong)式(shi)(shi)控制(zhi)向分散式(shi)(shi)增強型控制(zhi)轉(zhuan)變(bian),目標建立一個高(gao)度靈活的(de)個性(xing)化和數字化的(de)產(chan)品(pin)與服務的(de)生(sheng)產(chan)模式(shi)(shi),在這種模式(shi)(shi)中(zhong),傳統的(de)行業(ye)界限(xian)將(jiang)(jiang)消失,并會產(chan)生(sheng)各(ge)種新的(de)活動領域和合作(zuo)形(xing)式(shi)(shi)。創造新價(jia)值的(de)過程正在發生(sheng)改變(bian),產(chan)業(ye)鏈分工(gong)將(jiang)(jiang)被重組。
時(shi)候,“中國(guo)制造2025” 提(ti)出(chu)了我國(guo)邁向制造強國(guo)的(de)發展戰略,應(ying)對新一輪(lun)科技革(ge)命(ming)和產(chan)業(ye)變革(ge),立(li)足我國(guo)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)變經(jing)濟發展方式實際需要,圍繞創新驅(qu)動(dong)、智能轉(zhuan)(zhuan)型、強化(hua)基礎、綠(lv)色發展、人(ren)才為本等(deng)關鍵環節,以及先(xian)進制造、高端裝備等(deng)重點領域(yu),提(ti)出(chu)了加(jia)快制造業(ye)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)型升級(ji)、提(ti)升增效(xiao)的(de)重大戰略任(ren)務和重大政策舉措。
伴漸漸智能化制造、機器換人浪潮的到來,對于相關人才的需求也日益擴大。智能制造集成企業買進之后,需要把標準機器應用到各行各業的工業現場,需要把自動化設備、控制軟件、應用軟件、實訓設備周邊等應用到實際的生產當中。而使用自動化設備的企業,需要的不僅是設備及其集成系統,還要有能夠與設備“共事”的人,即能夠獨立操作各種自動化的工人,甚至能夠集成、維修設備的高級技術人員。自動化智能化設備應用的這個過程及具體操作,由于技術要求較高,并且屬于新興領域,目前專業人才十分缺乏。自動化智能化應用的增長速度與人才的持續需求存在很大的缺口,在全國范圍內的人才缺口已達數百萬人,人才需求呈現逐年上升趨勢。
我按照自動化研(yan)(yan)(yan)制(zhi)各髙校、角色大專(zhuan)院校學會(hui)的基本特征(zheng),規劃從簡到難,從單(dan)站到加(jia)工線,也是借助自動化研(yan)(yan)(yan)制(zhi)直(zhi)播實踐內容及虛擬的現實中(VR技術水(shui)平)使用,因時制(zhi)宜配套工程的教法資(zi)源性包和(he)教師培訓學校,將(jiang)自動化研(yan)(yan)(yan)制(zhi)職業 以體系建(jian)設化的方(fang)式(shi)方(fang)法呈現出出了。
第一章:投資項目背靜
“工(gong)(gong)農(nong)業(ye)(ye)4.0”是瑞(rui)士聯(lian)幫教科(ke)研部與聯(lian)幫市場(chang)經濟機(ji)系統部在201兩(liang)年漢諾威工(gong)(gong)農(nong)業(ye)(ye)交易會上推(tui)出的名詞解(jie)釋。它繪制了制作(zuo)業(ye)(ye)業(ye)(ye)的前景展望,推(tui)出繼蒸汽式(shi)機(ji)的采用、企業(ye)(ye)科(ke)學化(hua)(hua)生產和(he)光學內(nei)容機(ji)系統等七次(ci)工(gong)(gong)農(nong)業(ye)(ye)大紅(hong)色革(ge)命后(hou),我(wo)們人(ren)類將(jiang)獲得以內(nei)容生物學相融機(ji)系統(CPS)為(wei)(wei)根本,以生產較高(gao)(gao)數子化(hua)(hua)、網路化(hua)(hua)、設備自融入為(wei)(wei)標記的然后(hou)次(ci)工(gong)(gong)農(nong)業(ye)(ye)大紅(hong)色革(ge)命。“工(gong)(gong)農(nong)業(ye)(ye)4.0”名詞解(jie)釋在澳洲甚至高(gao)(gao)度工(gong)(gong)農(nong)業(ye)(ye)行業(ye)(ye)都促使了明顯的注(zhu)意和(he)身份認同。
