一、產品慨述
本試(shi)驗(yan)傳動裝置(zhi)是法(fa)(fa)律依據電氣自(zi)動化一起(qi)化學(xue)習(xi)(xi)法(fa)(fa)的標準而(er)的開發(fa)的,它就是個將PLC、職位把控好、汽動枝(zhi)術有(you)機(ji)質(zhi)搭配成小(xiao)起(qi)的學(xue)習(xi)(xi)法(fa)(fa)試(shi)驗(yan)設計。
本試驗(yan)安裝運用(yong)服務設施軟文可(ke)給學習推(tui)進(jin)把(ba)握(wo)裝置的地位(wei)把(ba)握(wo)、PLC編程(cheng)等(deng)實驗(yan),并滿(man)足對機(ji)械制造及自動(dong)(dong)化、自動(dong)(dong)化、電(dian)氣自動(dong)(dong)化、電(dian)氣工程(cheng)等(deng)專業(ye)的《機(ji)電(dian)傳動(dong)(dong)與控(kong)制》、《運動(dong)(dong)控(kong)制》、《氣壓系統》、《機(ji)電(dian)一體化技術》、《檢測與轉換(huan)技術》等(deng)課程(cheng)開(kai)設實驗(yan)的需要(yao)。
二、設備結構
1. 自動(dong)(dong)(dong)化(hua)手(shou)測試(shi)裝置由形(xing)材手(shou)機桌(zhuo)面、測試(shi)桌(zhuo)(形(xing)材空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)間結構設(she)計)、選轉底架、手(shou)動(dong)(dong)(dong)部位(wei)(wei)、手(shou)爪、三維空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)間空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)間(X、Y、Z)移(yi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)健身(shen)自動(dong)(dong)(dong)化(hua)、機電抑(yi)制及設(she)故排故單元等(deng)以下(xia)部位(wei)(wei)形(xing)成。手(shou)動(dong)(dong)(dong)部位(wei)(wei)由電磁感應閥和汽缸形(xing)成;三維空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)間空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)間移(yi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)健身(shen)自動(dong)(dong)(dong)化(hua)部位(wei)(wei)是一種個利用(yong)滾(gun)(gun)珠滾(gun)(gun)珠絲桿(gan)輪齒變(bian)速箱和輪齒輪齒變(bian)速箱相(xiang)緊密聯系的控制器化(hua)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)間結構設(she)計,代替(ti)確(que)保手(shou)機定位(wei)(wei)功能模塊。

3. 確認感知器移動信(xin)號收(shou)采,PLC程序編寫(xie),對步進(jin)驅動器同(tong)(tong)步電(dian)(dian)機馬達、直流電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)同(tong)(tong)步電(dian)(dian)機馬達、電(dian)(dian)磁爐閥去較復雜(za)性(xing)的有(you)效操(cao)控開(kai)關(guan)量有(you)效操(cao)控、部(bu)位有(you)效操(cao)控、時序原理有(you)效操(cao)控;機械廠手能在上(shang)班面板範圍(wei)內(nei)控制對工件添加(jia)、移、放的功能表(biao)。
4. 能已完成PLC主機設備(bei)工業控制設備(bei)wifi網(wang)絡及MCGS工業控制設備(bei)組態(tai)棒圖靜態(tai)關注(zhu)的(de)研(yan)究學習(xi)。
