實訓裝置

光伏發電實訓裝置系統主要由光伏供電裝置、光伏供電系統、逆變與負載系統、監控系統四個部分組成。

1、 太陽能光伏送電系統設計

(2)、控制(zhi)方式

光伏系(xi)統(tong)電(dian)源(yuan)線抑制(zhi)單(dan)元測試卷一般(ban)由負荷開關(guan)、+24V開關(guan)電(dian)源(yuan)、AC220V電(dian)源(yuan)插座、指示燈、接線端子DT1和(he)DT2等組成。

2、逆變與電(dian)機(ji)負載體統

(1)、逆(ni)變與負載系統的組成

①逆變配電源把控單無

逆換流站源(yuan)保持單(dan)位主(zhu)要是由高壓、+24V開關電源(yuan)、AC220V電源(yuan)插座、指示(shi)燈、接線端子DT14和DT15等組成。

②逆變打印輸出現示機組

逆變輸入輸出顯示信息單元測試卷基本(ben)由互(hu)動電流(liu)量表(biao)、互(hu)動相電壓表(biao)、接線圖端子排DT16和DT17等組成。

(2)、逆(ni)變器

逆(ni)變電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)模(mo)塊(kuai)是將低(di)壓(ya)低(di)壓(ya)直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)模(mo)塊(kuai)調換成(cheng)低(di)壓(ya)座談會電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)模(mo)塊(kuai)的配(pei)置(zhi),逆(ni)變電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)模(mo)塊(kuai)的各(ge)種(zhong)類型(xing)大多數, 各(ge)自(zi)的具體工作原理、工作過程不盡相同。本實訓(xun)裝置(zhi)使(shi)用的逆(ni)變器(qi)(qi)由DC-DC升壓(ya)PWM控制芯(xin)片(pian)(pian)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)、驅動(dong)+升壓(ya)功(gong)率(lv)MOS管單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)、升壓(ya)變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)、SPWM芯(xin)片(pian)(pian)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)、高壓(ya)驅動(dong)芯(xin)片(pian)(pian)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)、全橋逆(ni)變功(gong)率(lv)MOS管單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)、LC濾波器(qi)(qi)組成(cheng)。逆變(bian)(bian)的崗位階(jie)段是將蓄鋰電(dian)池的12V直流電(dian)通(tong)過DC-DC和DC-AC變(bian)(bian)換,轉變(bian)(bian)成(cheng)正弦(xian)波220/50Hz的純(chun)正弦(xian)函數波(bo)聯絡電。

3、監視器設計

(1)、監控系統(tong)組成

監控錄像整(zheng)體(ti)主要的由合一機(ji)、小鍵盤、光標、連接線排、供電(dian)插(cha)頭、安(an)全可靠線、微軟工作整(zheng)體(ti)PC手機(ji)app、力控組態PC手機(ji)app根據。

(2)、監(jian)控(kong)系統功能

1)微波通信

監控攝像(xiang)頭設計與(yu)把握器(qi)、PLC、儀表進行通信。

2)接面

①攝像(xiang)頭控(kong)制平(ping)臺具備有主程序表(biao)層(ceng)表(biao)明,光(guang)伏(fu)發電發電輸電控(kong)制平(ping)臺程序表(biao)層(ceng)表(biao)明,逆變與額(e)定負載控(kong)制平(ping)臺程序表(biao)層(ceng)表(biao)明,光(guang)伏(fu)發電發電動能轉移程序表(biao)層(ceng)表(biao)明,依(yi)次表(biao)明與其的加載壯態(tai)技術指標。

②太(tai)陽能(neng)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)共電(dian)系統的(de)接口設計特定(ding)的(de)控(kong)制鍵,構(gou)建太(tai)陽能(neng)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)干(gan)電(dian)池方陣(zhen)自主(zhu)跟蹤目標。
