SYSNX-68C大(da)數字(zi)8三極管(guan)系統研究箱,能夠完成任務高專(zhuan)(zhuan)科(ke)本(ben)科(ke)大(da)學(xue)“大(da)數字(zi)8三極管(guan)系統必修課程(cheng)”的整體研究,不適使用高專(zhuan)(zhuan)科(ke)本(ben)科(ke)大(da)學(xue)及幾大(da)類專(zhuan)(zhuan)職(zhi)水(shui)平設備(bei)高校的電子元器(qi)件水(shui)平設備(bei)類課堂教學(xue)。
一、系統分為
1、電(dian):座談會顯示:220V±10% 、50Hz 電(dian)流輸(shu)送(song):±12V/0.3A 、 5V/2A
2、人工單智能電(dian)源線路2組:每組可(ke)也模擬輸出(chu) -二個智能,智能幅(fu)數值(zhi)為TTL電(dian)平。
3、固(gu)定位置速度激(ji)光(guang)脈沖源(yuan)7路(lu),打印(yin)輸(shu)出均(jun)為(wei)TTL電平:1Hz、10Hz、100Hz、1KHz、10KHz、 100KHz、1MHz;
4、時序單脈(mo)沖發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)器(qi)(qi)(qi)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)器(qi)(qi)(qi)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)器(qi)(qi)(qi)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)用(yong)電線路及開關掌(zhang)握用(yong)電線路。可存在四路單脈(mo)沖發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)器(qi)(qi)(qi)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)器(qi)(qi)(qi)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)器(qi)(qi)(qi)手機數據信(xin)息(xi),單脈(mo)沖發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)器(qi)(qi)(qi)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)器(qi)(qi)(qi)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)器(qi)(qi)(qi)時間間隔與(yu)輸人(ren)的(de)(de)掛鐘手機數據信(xin)息(xi)是一樣的(de)(de),幾個(ge)單脈(mo)沖發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)器(qi)(qi)(qi)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)器(qi)(qi)(qi)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)器(qi)(qi)(qi)之前按順序抗腐蝕性9個(ge)輸人(ren)掛鐘時間間隔。
5、六位高確定誤差數字(zi)化平率計,側量範圍:0-9.9999MHz ,確定誤差<1Hz
6、十五(wu)位原理電平(ping)(ping)插入電開關(guan):可插入低電平(ping)(ping)‘0’、高電平(ping)(ping)‘1’(為正原理)。
7、第(di)十(shi)五(wu)位邏輯(ji)關系電平警(jing)示燈:藍色(se)表現高電平‘1’,綠(lv)表現低(di)電平‘0’。
8、數(shu)碼(ma)科技(ji)設(she)備(bei)(bei)管界(jie)(jie)面(mian)表明(ming):六位由(you)七段LED數(shu)碼(ma)科技(ji)設(she)備(bei)(bei)管包含的BCD碼(ma)譯碼(ma)界(jie)(jie)面(mian)表明(ming)電路(lu)原理。供小數(shu)鐘、日厲等科學試驗界(jie)(jie)面(mian)表明(ming)用。
9、可調(diao)電勢器2只(zhi),阻值區別22K,100K。
10、開啟進行實驗報告區,主要(yao)用(yong)于映射進行實驗報告、課堂構思安全使(shi)用(yong)。
(1)展示(shi)伸(shen)縮墻壁插座共8只,這當中40芯2只,20芯2只,16芯4只,可(ke)插8芯~40芯的種(zhong)IC。
(2)臺彎產法式面包板二塊,可連充(chong)電阻、電容(rong)器、穩壓管(guan)、穩壓管(guan)、晶(jing)體管(guan)等元器材。
11、EDA延伸區,的標準(zhun)搭配為Lattice 1032調(diao)查(cha)板(ban),也可隨著技術學(xue)校標準(zhun)選裝(zhuang),如(ru)Lattice 4256,Altera EPM7128s、Altera EP1K30、Altera EP1K100、Xinlix 95108等調(diao)查(cha)板(ban)。
