電(dian)機馬達拖動及操控系統(tong)實踐提(ti)升裝置

一、 慨述

本實踐教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)儀器(qi)(qi)是通(tong)過網絡職(zhi)業學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)改草和進(jin)展(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)還(huan)要而研制開發的(de)(de)(de)。該實踐教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)儀器(qi)(qi)包擴電(dian)(dian)網拖動(dong)設(she)備的(de)(de)(de)原因(yin)學(xue)(xue),交(jiao)流(liu)信息和直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)式機的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)網拖動(dong)、常見底壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)子產(chan)品(pin)電(dian)(dian)線電(dian)(dian)纜及(ji)根(gen)本操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)程序、橋式起重機的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)氣開關(guan)操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)及(ji)繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)子產(chan)品(pin)電(dian)(dian)線電(dian)(dian)纜操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)設(she)備的(de)(de)(de)規劃等內容,同時擴大了通(tong)過PLC及(ji)交(jiao)流(liu)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)變頻空調的(de)(de)(de)交(jiao)流(liu)遇(yu)到(dao)器(qi)(qi)根(gen)本操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)高壓(ya)線路(lu),與常見數(shu)控磨床的(de)(de)(de)操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)。該實踐教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)儀器(qi)(qi)代替(ti)于(yu)半全(quan)自(zi)動(dong)化專注(zhu)與電(dian)(dian)氣一體式化專注(zhu)開張(zhang)的(de)(de)(de)《交(jiao)流(liu)遇(yu)到(dao)器(qi)(qi)及(ji)拖動(dong)基本》、《企(qi)業繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)子產(chan)品(pin)電(dian)(dian)線電(dian)(dian)纜遇(yu)到(dao)操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)》、《PLC方法及(ji)軟件技術》、《交(jiao)流(liu)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)變頻空調變頻調速技術》等培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)課程的(de)(de)(de)的(de)(de)(de)技能培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)。

二、 設施亮點

1. 主要采(cai)用(yong)掛鏈結構(gou)特(te)征(zheng),匹配比較(jiao)靈(ling)活、可(ke)任一更變培訓零部件提升(sheng)培訓方式,用(yong)于(yu)兩次開發技術(shu)及作用(yong)擴張。

2. 培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)系(xi)統設計由主機(ji)電(dian)源掌握屏(ping)、培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)桌、培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)器件、電(dian)動機(ji)、電(dian)動機(ji)導軌及培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)輸電(dian)線等組(zu)成部分。

3. 對特征提取(qu)PLC及變頻調速器器的不間斷把握培訓(xun)品牌,并(bing)能(neng)整(zheng)合MCGS組態手機app與計(ji)算(suan)方法(fa)機通(tong)過(guo)通(tong)訊技術監測培訓(xun)部件(jian)的操作階段(duan),愈(yu)來愈(yu)貼進化學工業環境。

4. 培(pei)訓測試裝置蘊(yun)含(han)了部(bu)份發(fa)主軸(zhou)電機學(xue)測試及(ji)所有(you)的(de)發(fa)主軸(zhou)電機拖動及(ji)設定的(de)培(pei)訓工(gong)作,使小(xiao)學(xue)生是(shi)可以認知核心的(de)理論只是(shi)只是(shi)及(ji)純熟熟悉掌(zhang)握操(cao)作流程技術。

(二)GDQ02實(shi)踐桌(zhuo) 實(shi)踐桌(zhuo)為鐵質兩層亞光密(mi)紋噴塑(su)形(xing)(xing)式(shi),桌(zhuo)面圖(tu)(tu)(tu)標(biao)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)標(biao)為防(fang)火阻燃、外墻防(fang)水(shui)、抗磨損高容重板,形(xing)(xing)式(shi)經久耐用(yong)(yong),樣子似長方體封密(mi)式(shi)形(xing)(xing)式(shi),pc桌(zhuo)聯體設計構(gou)思,時尚造(zao)型顏(yan)值(zhi)簡約 ;包括(kuo)是(shi)一兩個(ge)柜(ju)門(men)用(yong)(yong)到(dao)置放方式(shi)、儲存姿料(liao)等。桌(zhuo)面圖(tu)(tu)(tu)標(biao)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)標(biao)用(yong)(yong)到(dao)連(lian)接主(zhu)機電源操控屏并(bing)給(gei)予是(shi)一兩個(ge)敞亮舒適的的工作中櫥柜(ju)柜(ju)門(men)。實(shi)踐桌(zhuo)下方存有四種橡(xiang)膠輪,用(yong)(yong)于(yu)走動。

6.GDK28 變頻器(qi) 常(chang)備日本地區三(san)凌的FR-D740-0.75K-CHT變頻器(qi)1個(帶BOP方法調節表面板)、1K電極可調電阻器(qi)1個。
