光伏發電實訓系統的各主要組成部分

光伏發電實訓裝置系統主要由光伏供電裝置、光伏供電系統、逆變與負載系統、監控系統四個部分組成。

1、 光伏系統配電控制系統

(2)、控制方式

光(guang)伏(fu)系(xi)統電管控單位首要(yao)由低壓(ya)斷路(lu)器、+24V開關電源、AC220V電源插座(zuo)、指(zhi)示燈、接(jie)線端子DT1和DT2等組(zu)成。

(3)、充、擊穿管(guan)理第一模塊(kuai)和接口類型第一模塊(kuai)

電(dian)池組板(ban)的(de)快充整個過程(cheng)及快充保護(hu)英文由ARM控住單(dan)位測試卷、接口協(xie)議單(dan)位測試卷及子程序(xu)成功,蓄手機電池的(de)釋(shi)放庇護由ARM的控制機(ji)組、端口機(ji)組及(ji)繼電囂完整,當汽車蓄電池組發出電額定(ding)電壓小于規定(ding)值,ARM掌控(kong)單位打出(chu)信號燈驅程繼電(dian)囂(xiao)做工作,繼電(dian)囂(xiao)常(chang)閉(bi)接線柱斷線,割(ge)斷蓄動力電(dian)池的(de)充放(fang)二次回路。

2、逆變與電流軟件系統

(1)、逆變與負載系(xi)統(tong)的組成(cheng)

①逆變配電源設定單元式

逆變配電(dian)源保持單位最(zui)主要由漏電(dian)斷(duan)路器、+24V開關電(dian)源、AC220V電(dian)源插座(zuo)、指示燈、接線(xian)端子(zi)DT14和DT15等(deng)組(zu)成。

②逆變轉換表示標段

逆變(bian)輸(shu)入輸(shu)出表現(xian)象限(xian)主要(yao)由聯(lian)(lian)席會(hui)工(gong)作電(dian)壓表、聯(lian)(lian)席會(hui)工(gong)作電(dian)壓表、接線兩端接線鼻子DT16和(he)DT17等組成。

(2)、逆變器

升壓(ya)器是將(jiang)高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)低壓(ya)電(dian)流電(dian)線(xian)調換(huan)成(cheng)(cheng)高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)洽談電(dian)線(xian)的(de)控制系統,升壓(ya)器的(de)用途不少, 各(ge)自的(de)具體工(gong)作(zuo)原(yuan)理(li)、工(gong)作(zuo)過(guo)程不盡(jin)相同(tong)。本實訓裝置使用的(de)逆變(bian)器由DC-DC升壓(ya)PWM控制芯片(pian)(pian)單元、驅動+升壓(ya)功(gong)率(lv)MOS管(guan)單元、升壓(ya)變(bian)壓(ya)器、SPWM芯片(pian)(pian)單元、高(gao)壓(ya)驅動芯片(pian)(pian)單元、全(quan)橋逆變(bian)功(gong)率(lv)MOS管(guan)單元、LC濾(lv)波器組成(cheng)(cheng)。逆(ni)變的(de)工(gong)作中(zhong)階段是將免維護電(dian)(dian)池板的(de)12V直流電(dian)(dian)通(tong)過DC-DC和DC-AC變換,轉(zhuan)變成(cheng)正弦波(bo)220/50Hz的(de)純正弦函數(shu)波(bo)互動交流電(dian)。

3、監視程序

(1)、監控系統組成

監(jian)管(guan)系(xi)統重點由分(fen)立式機、蘋果(guo)鍵盤、方向鍵、接線柱排(pai)、交流電源電插座、電力(li)線、微軟(ruan)中(zhong)國操作的(de)系(xi)統免(mian)費(fei)(fei)PC軟(ruan)件(jian)、力(li)控組態免(mian)費(fei)(fei)PC軟(ruan)件(jian)成(cheng)分(fen)。

(2)、監控(kong)系(xi)統功(gong)能

1)流量

監控(kong)器系統軟件與調節器、PLC、儀表(biao)進行通(tong)信。

2)畫質

①視頻(pin)監測軟(ruan)件(jian)具備有主畫(hua)面,光伏發電軟(ruan)件(jian)用(yong)電軟(ruan)件(jian)畫(hua)面,逆變與電機負載軟(ruan)件(jian)畫(hua)面,光伏發電軟(ruan)件(jian)力量切(qie)換(huan)畫(hua)面,對應表現各的執行程(cheng)序技術指標。

②太陽能(neng)發(fa)電(dian)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)化電(dian)力系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)化游戲界面設計合適的(de)開關按鈕(niu),構建(jian)太陽能(neng)發(fa)電(dian)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)化充(chong)電(dian)方陣自己(ji)定位。
