現在(zai)(zai)(zai)“工(gong)業(ye)4.0”概(gai)念在(zai)(zai)(zai)德(de)國的(de)(de)提出,以(yi)“智(zhi)能(neng)工(gong)廠(chang)、智(zhi)慧制造(zao)”為主(zhu)導的(de)(de)第四(si)次工(gong)業(ye)革(ge)命已經悄(qiao)然來(lai)臨。工(gong)業(ye)4.0是一個(ge)高科技(ji)戰略計(ji)劃(hua),制造(zao)業(ye)的(de)(de)基本模(mo)(mo)式(shi)(shi)(shi)將由(you)集中式(shi)(shi)(shi)控制向分(fen)散式(shi)(shi)(shi)增強型(xing)控制轉變,目標建(jian)立一個(ge)高度靈活(huo)的(de)(de)個(ge)性(xing)化和(he)(he)數字化的(de)(de)產品與(yu)服務的(de)(de)生產模(mo)(mo)式(shi)(shi)(shi),在(zai)(zai)(zai)這(zhe)種(zhong)(zhong)模(mo)(mo)式(shi)(shi)(shi)中,傳(chuan)統(tong)的(de)(de)行業(ye)界限將消失(shi),并(bing)會產生各(ge)種(zhong)(zhong)新的(de)(de)活(huo)動領域和(he)(he)合作形式(shi)(shi)(shi)。創(chuang)造(zao)新價(jia)值的(de)(de)過程正在(zai)(zai)(zai)發生改變,產業(ye)鏈分(fen)工(gong)將被重組。
同時(shi),“中國制造2025” 提(ti)出了我國邁向制造強國的發展戰(zhan)略,應對新(xin)一輪(lun)科技革命和產業(ye)變(bian)革,立足我國轉(zhuan)變(bian)經(jing)濟發展方式實際需(xu)要,圍繞創(chuang)新(xin)驅動、智能轉(zhuan)型(xing)、強化基礎、綠色發展、人才為(wei)本等關鍵環節,以(yi)及先進制造、高端裝備等重(zhong)點領域(yu),提(ti)出了加快制造業(ye)轉(zhuan)型(xing)升級、提(ti)升增效(xiao)的重(zhong)大戰(zhan)略任務和重(zhong)大政策舉措。
伴跟著智力制造、機器換人浪潮的到來,對于相關人才的需求也日益擴大。智能制造集成企業買進之后,需要把標準機器應用到各行各業的工業現場,需要把自動化設備、控制軟件、應用軟件、實訓設備周邊等應用到實際的生產當中。而使用自動化設備的企業,需要的不僅是設備及其集成系統,還要有能夠與設備“共事”的人,即能夠獨立操作各種自動化的工人,甚至能夠集成、維修設備的高級技術人員。自動化智能化設備應用的這個過程及具體操作,由于技術要求較高,并且屬于新興領域,目前專業人才十分缺乏。自動化智能化應用的增長速度與人才的持續需求存在很大的缺口,在全國范圍內的人才缺口已達數百萬人,人才需求呈現逐年上升趨勢。
各位會根據智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)力(li)(li)創造(zao)各高職高專(zhuan)本科(ke)院(yuan)校、職業(ye)類型本科(ke)院(yuan)校學(xue)習(xi)知(zhi)識的特征,開發(fa)從(cong)簡(jian)到難,從(cong)單站到生(sheng)產銷售線,依(yi)靠智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)力(li)(li)創造(zao)場所操作及虛擬(ni)軟(ruan)件(jian)可能(VR工藝)體驗性,以治配合的教(jiao)學(xue)課(ke)影視資(zi)源(yuan)包和辦學(xue)特色培訓教(jiao)育,將(jiang)智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)力(li)(li)創造(zao)專(zhuan)科(ke)以系統化的習(xi)慣反映起來。
