SYSNX-68A數字電路實驗箱,可以完成高等院校“數字電路課程”的全部實驗,適用于高等院校及各類職業技術學校的電子技術類教學。
一、平臺組建
1、電壓(ya)(ya):聯席(xi)會搜索:220V±10% 、50Hz 直流變壓(ya)(ya)器輸入:±12V/0.3A 、 5V/2A

3、加固的頻率(lv)電磁源7路,所在(zai)均(jun)為TTL電平:1Hz、10Hz、100Hz、1KHz、10KHz、 100KHz、1MHz;
4、時序(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁突發三極管及自動駐車保持三極管。可發生(sheng)四路電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁網絡(luo)的(de)信號,電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁時期性與(yu)鍵入的(de)掛(gua)鐘網絡(luo)的(de)信號相當,四種電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁期間由小到大能差一(yi)個鍵入掛(gua)鐘時期性。
5、六位高精確度數(shu)字5頻段計,測量區間:0-9.9999MHz ,隨(sui)機誤(wu)差<1Hz
6、第十五位(wei)思(si)維(wei)邏輯思(si)維(wei)電平設置(zhi)(zhi)開關按鈕:可(ke)設置(zhi)(zhi)低(di)電平‘0’、高電平‘1’(為正思(si)維(wei)邏輯思(si)維(wei))。
7、十(shi)五位邏輯(ji)關系電(dian)平顯示(shi)燈:黃色表示(shi)法(fa)法(fa)高電(dian)平‘1’,環保表示(shi)法(fa)法(fa)低電(dian)平‘0’。
8、自(zi)然(ran)數(shu)管(guan)展(zhan)現:六位由七段LED自(zi)然(ran)數(shu)管(guan)形成(cheng)的BCD碼譯碼展(zhan)現集成(cheng)運放(fang)。供(gong)自(zi)然(ran)數(shu)鐘、日歷圖片(pian)等實驗展(zhan)現用。
9、可變性(xing)電勢差器(qi)2只,阻值分為22K,100K。
10、開(kai)園工(gong)作區,在突出工(gong)作、學習開(kai)發用到。
(1)給出夾緊墻壁(bi)插(cha)座共8只(zhi)(zhi),至少(shao)40芯(xin)2只(zhi)(zhi),20芯(xin)2只(zhi)(zhi),16芯(xin)4只(zhi)(zhi),可插(cha)8芯(xin)~40芯(xin)的種IC。
(2)中國大陸產(chan)法式面(mian)包(bao)板二塊,可配插電(dian)式阻(zu)、電(dian)解電(dian)容、穩壓管、場(chang)效應(ying)管、三級(ji)管等元功(gong)率器件。
11、EDA突出(chu)區,規格(ge)配資為(wei)Lattice 1032進(jin)行(xing)測試板(ban),也可(ke)依照中(zhong)小學規定要求配搭,如Lattice 4256,Altera EPM7128s、Altera EP1K30、Altera EP1K100、Xinlix 95108等進(jin)行(xing)測試板(ban)。
