一、設備概要
本科(ke)學調查裝置(zhi)是(shi)遵循原則(ze)機電工程(cheng)專業立體式化教程(cheng)法的規(gui)定要求而制(zhi)作(zuo)(zuo)的,它就是(shi)一(yi)個將PLC、地(di)理位置(zhi)操作(zuo)(zuo)、氣(qi)動平衡(heng)的技術(shu)有機的融(rong)合成(cheng)立體式的教程(cheng)法科(ke)學調查系(xi)統軟件。
本實驗性儀器結合(he)起來模塊化PC軟件(jian)可(ke)給留學生大力開(kai)展控住系(xi)統的位子(zi)控住、PLC編程等(deng)(deng)實驗,并滿足對機(ji)(ji)械制(zhi)造及自動(dong)(dong)化、自動(dong)(dong)化、電(dian)(dian)氣自動(dong)(dong)化、電(dian)(dian)氣工程等(deng)(deng)專業(ye)的《機(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)傳動(dong)(dong)與控制(zhi)》、《運動(dong)(dong)控制(zhi)》、《氣壓系(xi)統》、《機(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)一體化技(ji)術》、《檢(jian)測與轉換技(ji)術》等(deng)(deng)課程開(kai)設實驗的需(xu)要。
二、系統化形成
1. 物(wu)理(li)手科學實(shi)(shi)驗設(she)(she)計儀器(qi)由(you)鋁合金(jin)(jin)主屏幕、科學實(shi)(shi)驗設(she)(she)計桌(鋁合金(jin)(jin)型式)、選(xuan)轉(zhuan)基座、手動(dong)局部、手爪、三維立(li)體圖(X、Y、Z)運轉(zhuan)物(wu)理(li)、機(ji)(ji)電(dian)調整及設(she)(she)故排(pai)故第(di)一(yi)單元等(deng)四種局部主成(cheng)。手動(dong)局部由(you)電(dian)磁感應閥(fa)和(he)汽缸主成(cheng);三維立(li)體圖運轉(zhuan)物(wu)理(li)局部不是(shi)個選(xuan)取滾珠(zhu)梯形絲桿(gan)機(ji)(ji)械(xie)(xie)斜(xie)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)和(he)斜(xie)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)機(ji)(ji)械(xie)(xie)斜(xie)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)深度融合起來的特點組件化型式,適(shi)用于實(shi)(shi)現了地位特點。
2. 電(dian)(dian)(dian)操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)使用simens或歐姆(mu)龍(long)可(ke)代碼編程(cheng)操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)器(qi)、步進發(fa)三相異(yi)步電(dian)(dian)(dian)機控制發(fa)三相異(yi)步電(dian)(dian)(dian)機及驅(qu)動(dong)軟件(jian)器(qi)、直流電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)減速時發(fa)三相異(yi)步電(dian)(dian)(dian)機、電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源電(dian)(dian)(dian)路模塊、微電(dian)(dian)(dian)子調節器(qi)器(qi)等元器(qi)件(jian)封裝組成部分。之中simens冷(leng)水機箱結(jie)(jie)(jie)構電(dian)(dian)(dian)源為CPU224 DC/DC/DC 內(nei)裝數字65量(liang)(liang)I/O(14路數字65量(liang)(liang)鍵(jian)入(ru)(ru)/10路單硫(liu)化鋅(xin)管(guan)(guan)模擬輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de));歐姆(mu)龍(long)冷(leng)水機箱結(jie)(jie)(jie)構電(dian)(dian)(dian)源為FX1N-24MT-D 內(nei)裝電(dian)(dian)(dian)按鈕(niu)面板(ban)打(da)開(kai)(kai)量(liang)(liang)I/O(14路電(dian)(dian)(dian)按鈕(niu)面板(ban)打(da)開(kai)(kai)量(liang)(liang)鍵(jian)入(ru)(ru)/10路單硫(liu)化鋅(xin)管(guan)(guan)模擬輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de));歐姆(mu)龍(long)冷(leng)水機箱結(jie)(jie)(jie)構電(dian)(dian)(dian)源CPM2A-30CDT-D內(nei)裝電(dian)(dian)(dian)按鈕(niu)面板(ban)打(da)開(kai)(kai)量(liang)(liang)I/O(18路電(dian)(dian)(dian)按鈕(niu)面板(ban)打(da)開(kai)(kai)量(liang)(liang)鍵(jian)入(ru)(ru)/12路單硫(liu)化鋅(xin)管(guan)(guan)模擬輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)),選中用的(de)(de)冷(leng)水機箱結(jie)(jie)(jie)構電(dian)(dian)(dian)源基本(ben)功能齊備,特(te)性優(you)越的(de)(de)。
3. 借助感(gan)知器預警(jing)收(shou)集,PLC編程學習,對步進交(jiao)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機交(jiao)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機、直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)源交(jiao)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機、電(dian)(dian)磁波(bo)閥去(qu)較繁多(duo)的按鈕量保(bao)(bao)(bao)持、所在位(wei)置保(bao)(bao)(bao)持、時(shi)序邏輯(ji)關系(xi)保(bao)(bao)(bao)持;機械制造(zao)手能(neng)在崗位(wei)柜面時(shi)間范(fan)圍內(nei)改(gai)變(bian)對事物提取、移、放的能(neng)力。
4. 能到位PLC虛擬主機(ji)工控設備(bei)設備(bei)網絡信息(xi)及MCGS工控設備(bei)設備(bei)組態棒圖動態化(hua)追(zhui)綜(zong)的測(ce)試教法。
