變頻電動(dong)機拖動(dong)及操(cao)縱技(ji)藝培(pei)訓系統(tong)設計
一、 簡述
本實(shi)踐教學系(xi)(xi)統的(de)(de)(de)是給出職業分析培訓(xun)體制(zhi)改革和(he)成長的(de)(de)(de)需而成功研制(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)。該(gai)實(shi)踐教學系(xi)(xi)統的(de)(de)(de)屬(shu)于電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網拖(tuo)動(dong)系(xi)(xi)統的(de)(de)(de)的(de)(de)(de)牽引(yin)測力,交流(liu)(liu)信息和(he)整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)智(zhi)能機(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網拖(tuo)動(dong)、長用非高(gao)壓物(wu)(wu)品(pin)及(ji)(ji)(ji)基本的(de)(de)(de)的(de)(de)(de)管控(kong)(kong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路原(yuan)理圖、橋式(shi)(shi)起重(zhong)吊裝機(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣成套管控(kong)(kong)及(ji)(ji)(ji)繼物(wu)(wu)品(pin)管控(kong)(kong)系(xi)(xi)統的(de)(de)(de)的(de)(de)(de)制(zhi)作等內容(rong),同一(yi)上升(sheng)了特征提取PLC及(ji)(ji)(ji)直流(liu)(liu)變(bian)頻器(qi)這一(yi)物(wu)(wu)件器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)直流(liu)(liu)直流(liu)(liu)變(bian)頻電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)機(ji)(ji)基本的(de)(de)(de)的(de)(de)(de)管控(kong)(kong)路線,及(ji)(ji)(ji)及(ji)(ji)(ji)長用磨(mo)床的(de)(de)(de)管控(kong)(kong)。該(gai)實(shi)踐教學系(xi)(xi)統的(de)(de)(de)采代替自(zi)然(ran)化(hua)專(zhuan)門與機(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)工(gong)程內置式(shi)(shi)化(hua)專(zhuan)門設有的(de)(de)(de)《直流(liu)(liu)直流(liu)(liu)變(bian)頻電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)機(ji)(ji)及(ji)(ji)(ji)拖(tuo)動(dong)前提》、《車(che)間繼物(wu)(wu)品(pin)接(jie)受管控(kong)(kong)》、《PLC原(yuan)理圖及(ji)(ji)(ji)應(ying)該(gai)用技(ji)巧(qiao)(qiao)》、《直流(liu)(liu)變(bian)頻器(qi)這一(yi)物(wu)(wu)件調壓技(ji)巧(qiao)(qiao)》等教學內容(rong)的(de)(de)(de)技(ji)巧(qiao)(qiao)訓(xun)練課。
二、 裝置設備作用
1. 利用掛墜架構,搭配(pei)技巧方便、可同一更換實(shi)踐部(bu)件增高實(shi)踐內容,方便多(duo)次開發(fa)技術及作(zuo)用括展。
2. 實踐(jian)教(jiao)學裝制由(you)外接電(dian)源操縱(zong)屏、實踐(jian)教(jiao)學桌(zhuo)、實踐(jian)教(jiao)學零件、減速機、減速機導軌及實踐(jian)教(jiao)學絞線等分解成。
3. 就(jiu)鑒于PLC及變頻(pin)柜(ju)器的不間斷有效控(kong)制培(pei)訓(xun)好項目,夠結合實際(ji)MCGS組態應(ying)用與測算機開展數據通信(xin)監(jian)管培(pei)訓(xun)系統(tong)的正常(chang)運作壯態,十分緊密結合化工業(ye)實地現場。
4. 實踐(jian)教學裝置(zhi)設備涵(han)蓋了一些交流電(dian)動機(ji)學實驗及(ji)各種交流電(dian)動機(ji)拖動及(ji)把(ba)控的(de)實踐(jian)教學創業項目,使(shi)中(zhong)小(xiao)學生(sheng)都(dou)可(ke)以理(li)解(jie)幾乎的(de)理(li)論上相關知識(shi)及(ji)熟練程度熟悉掌握實際操作(zuo)招式。

6.GDK28 調頻(pin)器 裝(zhuang)備泰(tai)國三菱(ling)PLC的FR-D740-0.75K-CHT調頻(pin)器臺(帶BOP方法有效控制面板價(jia)格)、1K電(dian)位差器另一個。
