該實踐室是以化(hua)(hua)學工業自己(ji)化(hua)(hua)(PLC)技(ji)能上班島裝置為基本,使用工業化的情境化服務設施建,配合輔導方法化辦理過的上班具體流程與維護機制,讓學習借助重任進行實踐輔導輔導方法。裝置可一起讓6名學生同時操作,通過小組的團隊形式開展工作任務,并通過角色分工按照各自的工作流程進行。在實訓設備工作的同時可以進行理論教學,實現“做”“學”“教”一體。

廠品組成部分:
職(zhi)業技能做工(gong)作島由三邊圓弧事業(ye)臺、六角形實踐有效控制(zhi)屏及常見事業(ye)任何構造,能(neng)時裝在(zai)6名學生在(zai)設備(bei)上進行操作。
三邊半圓形任務臺:桌體適用§1.5mm厚的(de)優質鞍(an)鋼(gang)盒裝鋼(gang)板做骨架,經過(guo)機械(xie)加工成型,外表面噴涂彩色(se)環(huan)氧聚塑,整機既堅固(gu)耐用,又美觀大方。工作臺分(fen)三(san)邊圓弧六(liu)鉗臺設計構思,每鉗臺設定(ding)有數據(ju)庫(ku)柜,可平放PC電腦服(fu)務器主機。桌面上為(wei)三邊孤形(xing)的(de)結構,用(yong)25mm厚的(de)實芯理(li)化板,外表面貼防(fang)火板,經數控(kong)設(she)備銑(xian)削加(jia)工成型,桌邊倒圓弧處理(li)。工作臺直徑為2500mm,高度按人體工程學要求設(she)計,為755mm。
六角形(xing)實踐管(guan)理屏:實踐教(jiao)學操縱(zong)屏(ping)選擇了正(zheng)六邊形(xing)架(jia)構。結構框架(jia)選擇了30 R的(de)半圓形(xing)鋁(lv)型材經過專用連(lian)接(jie)件組裝,頂面與(yu)底(di)面采用§1.2mm厚的(de)優質鋼(gang)板(ban)連(lian)接(jie)。三邊孤形上班(ban)面均標準(zhun)配置(zhi)有實踐電(dian)源模塊、氣動(dong)閥門及PLC主機控(kong)制系統,且(qie)相互(hu)獨立(li),互(hu)不干涉;控(kong)制面板按(an)鍵為薄膜輕觸式(shi)設計,具有漏電(dian)保護(hu)、短路保護(hu)功能(neng)(neng)。電(dian)源控(kong)制屏頂面采(cai)用(yong)10mm厚的(de)(de)鋁框包邊,內置(zhi)有直徑為850mm的(de)(de)多角度公共操作(zuo)平臺(tai)(tai),公共操作(zuo)平臺(tai)(tai)能(neng)(neng)360°旋轉,能(neng)(neng)做120°定位,平臺(tai)(tai)頂板采(cai)用(yong)10mm厚的(de)(de)鋁板加工成(cheng)型,能(neng)(neng)載重約(yue)60Kg的(de)(de)典型工作(zuo)任務。
