控(kong)制(zhi)模(mo)式(shi)(shi)由三(san)個站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)成分,對應(ying)為:放料(liao)判斷(duan)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、拆卸站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、加工(gong)工(gong)藝站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、拆卸的(de)安(an)(an)轉站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、的(de)安(an)(an)轉站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、分級站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、拆卸挑揀站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、發送(song)挑揀站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),控(kong)制(zhi)控(kong)制(zhi)模(mo)式(shi)(shi)使(shi)用三(san)凌的(de)PLC進行(xing)控(kong)制(zhi),具有(you)較好的(de)柔(rou)性,即每站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)各有(you)一套(tao)PLC控(kong)制(zhi)系統(tong)獨立控(kong)制(zhi),在單個培訓完成以后,又可以將相鄰(lin)的(de)兩站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、三(san)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)…直至八站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)連在一起,學習復雜系統(tong)的(de)設計、安(an)(an)裝、編程、調試(shi)和整機運行(xing)。

三、軟件主成
機系統(tong)的硬(ying)件軟件由(you)兩點(dian)站組成了
(1)上料機加測站
由(you)料(liao)臺(tai)、導料(liao)企(qi)業(ye)、推料(liao)企(qi)業(ye)、檢(jian)驗區分(fen)光學旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)轉(zhuan)換(huan)開關、旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)轉(zhuan)換(huan)開關交流(liu)電(dian)源、可(ke)c語(yu)言編程序有效控制(zhi)器(qi)接線圖、按(an)健、I/O接口板、電(dian)氣網孔板、電(dian)磁閥及氣缸組(zu)成,主要完成將工(gong)(gong)件從料(liao)臺(tai)依次送到檢(jian)測工(gong)(gong)位(wei)、等待取(qu)走(zou)。
(2)搬貨站
由機械(xie)化手、橫臂(bei)、換(huan)向臺、選(xuan)轉(zhuan)氣式、轉(zhuan)換(huan)電源開(kai)關(guan)、智能操縱學(xue)習序操縱器、按(an)鈕開(kai)關(guan)、I/O接口板、電氣網孔板、多種類型電磁閥及(ji)氣缸組成,主要完成將工件(jian)從上站搬至(zhi)下一(yi)站。
(3)生產制作站
由6工(gong)位(wei)回轉(zhuan)(zhuan)工(gong)作(zuo)臺、刀具庫(3種刀具)、升降式加(jia)工(gong)系(xi)統、加(jia)工(gong)組(zu)件、檢(jian)(jian)測組(zu)件、步進(jin)驅(qu)動(dong)器(qi)、步進(jin)電機、光(guang)電傳感器(qi)、接近開(kai)關(guan)、開(kai)關(guan)電源、平面推(tui)力軸(zhou)承、可(ke)編程序控制器(qi)、按鈕、I/O接口板、電氣(qi)網(wang)孔板、通訊接口板、直流減速電機、多種類型電磁(ci)閥及(ji)氣(qi)缸組(zu)成,回轉(zhuan)(zhuan)工(gong)作(zuo)臺有(you)六個旋轉(zhuan)(zhuan)工(gong)位(wei),加(jia)工(gong)站(zhan)主要完成工(gong)件的加(jia)工(gong)(鉆孔、銑孔),并進(jin)行工(gong)件檢(jian)(jian)測。
(4)裝卸貨物布(bu)置站
由螺桿旋(xuan)轉加直線運動工作中臺(tai)、起(qi)(qi)重(zhong)機臂、設備手、輕工業導軌、開(kai)關(guan)開(kai)關(guan)電原(yuan)、可語言(yan)編程序抑(yi)制器、開(kai)關(guan)、I/O接口板、電氣網孔板、多種類型電磁閥(fa)及氣缸組成(cheng),主要完成(cheng)將上站(zhan)工件(jian)拿起(qi)(qi)放(fang)入安(an)裝(zhuang)平臺(tai),將裝(zhuang)好(hao)工件(jian)拿起(qi)(qi)放(fang)下站(zhan)。
(5)連接站
由吸(xi)盤(pan)機誡手(shou)、連桿(gan)元(yuan)器(qi)(qi)件(jian)(jian)(jian)、回轉(zhuan)標準氣缸(gang)、料(liao)斗換位元(yuan)器(qi)(qi)件(jian)(jian)(jian)、部件(jian)(jian)(jian)制定元(yuan)器(qi)(qi)件(jian)(jian)(jian)、真空泵引發器(qi)(qi)、啟閉電源模(mo)塊、可語言(yan)編程序把控好器(qi)(qi)、功能(neng)鍵、I/O接(jie)口板、電氣網孔板、多種類(lei)型電磁(ci)閥及氣缸(gang)組(zu)成,主要完成選擇(ze)要安裝(zhuang)工(gong)件(jian)(jian)(jian)的料(liao)倉,將工(gong)件(jian)(jian)(jian)從料(liao)倉中推出,將工(gong)件(jian)(jian)(jian)安裝(zhuang)到位。
(6)發送物流分揀站(zhan)
基本由三相四線交流(liu)信(xin)息減速運動直流(liu)無刷電機、光電子感應器(qi)器(qi)、色感應器(qi)器(qi)、旋轉開關(guan)電原、按(an)鍵、I/O接口板、電氣網孔板等(deng)組成,主要(yao)完成將材料傳送至下一站。
(7)貨物運輸分檢站(zhan)
核心(xin)由化工業導軌、上下液壓缸(gang)、氣(qi)爪、永磁鐵控(kong)制鍵(jian)(jian)開關控(kong)制鍵(jian)(jian)、廢碎料儲存器、控(kong)制鍵(jian)(jian)開關控(kong)制鍵(jian)(jian)供電、可代碼序控(kong)制模塊、控(kong)制鍵(jian)(jian)、I/O接口板(ban)、電氣(qi)網孔板(ban)、多種(zhong)類型電磁閥組成,主要完成分(fen)揀生產線中的(de)廢物料并將(jiang)其搬運至廢料存儲器中。
(8)分類別站
由滾珠梯形絲桿(gan)、滑(hua)桿(gan)進入中(zhong)國元器(qi)件(jian)、區(qu)分(fen)料(liao)斗、步(bu)進電(dian)機(ji)(ji)變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)器(qi)三相電(dian)機(ji)(ji)、步(bu)進電(dian)機(ji)(ji)變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)器(qi)變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)器(qi)、感應器(qi)器(qi)、轉(zhuan)換開(kai)關(guan)供電(dian)、可(ke)編序序的驅動器(qi)、旋(xuan)鈕、I/O接口板(ban)(ban)、電(dian)氣網孔板(ban)(ban)、多種類型(xing)電(dian)磁閥(fa)及氣缸組成(cheng),主要完成(cheng)按工件(jian)類型(xing)分(fen)類,將工件(jian)推入料(liao)倉(cang)。
四、調整軟件
三菱(ling)PLCPLC:
1. 每站均增配FX3U-485BD通(tong)信模塊(kuai),用(yong)于組建三菱通(tong)信網絡(luo), 每站PLC主(zhu)機均采用(yong)FX3U-48。
2. 備有7英寸,工業彩色(se)觸摸屏。
3. 數據(ju)總(zong)線結構設計:主(zhu)要包(bao)括FX3U-485BD網(wang)絡通信,使各站之間(jian)的(de)控制信息和(he)狀(zhuang)態數據(ju)能夠實時(shi)相(xiang)互交換。配有SC-09編程電(dian)纜、觸(chu)摸屏與PLC通信電(dian)纜及(ji)觸(chu)摸屏下載電(dian)纜。
