伴不斷地自動化制造、機器換人浪潮的到來,對于相關人才的需求也日益擴大。智能制造集成企業買進之后,需要把標準機器應用到各行各業的工業現場,需要把自動化設備、控制軟件、應用軟件、實訓設備周邊等應用到實際的生產當中。而使用自動化設備的企業,需要的不僅是設備及其集成系統,還要有能夠與設備“共事”的人,即能夠獨立操作各種自動化的工人,甚至能夠集成、維修設備的高級技術人員。自動化智能化設備應用的這個過程及具體操作,由于技術要求較高,并且屬于新興領域,目前專業人才十分缺乏。自動化智能化應用的增長速度與人才的持續需求存在很大的缺口,在全國范圍內的人才缺口已達數百萬人,人才需求呈現逐年上升趨勢。
