光伏發電實訓裝置系統主要由光伏供電裝置、光伏供電系統、逆變與負載系統、監控系統四個部分組成。

1、 太陽能光伏供電局安全裝置

2、太陽能光伏供電設備系統

(1)、光伏發電供水體統的組合成

太(tai)陽(yang)(yang)能發(fa)電(dian)整(zheng)體用(yong)電(dian)整(zheng)體包括由太(tai)陽(yang)(yang)能發(fa)電(dian)整(zheng)體交流(liu)電(dian)源操控模塊(kuai)、太(tai)陽(yang)(yang)能發(fa)電(dian)整(zheng)體打印輸(shu)出體現 模塊(kuai)、摸屏、太(tai)陽(yang)(yang)能發(fa)電(dian)整(zheng)體用(yong)電(dian)操控模塊(kuai)、ARM操(cao)控單園、界(jie)面(mian)單園、simensS7-200PLC、繼電器組、接線排、蓄電池組、可調(diao)電阻、斷路器、12V開關電源、網孔架等(deng)組成。

(2)、控制方(fang)式

太陽能發電電調整標段通(tong)常(chang)由負荷開關(guan)(guan)、+24V開關(guan)(guan)電源、AC220V電源插(cha)座、指示燈、接線端子DT1和DT2等(deng)組成(cheng)。

光(guang)伏系統工(gong)作輸出(chu)顯視單元(yuan)測(ce)試卷最主要由(you)交流電(dian)電(dian)阻值(zhi)交流電(dian)表、交流電(dian)電(dian)阻值(zhi)電(dian)阻值(zhi)表、接到(dao)線端(duan)子排DT3和(he)DT4等組成。

光伏(fu)太陽能供水把控(kong)好第(di)一單元(yuan)主要是由取舍打(da)開(kai)(kai)、急(ji)停(ting)按鈕圖(tu)片(pian)開(kai)(kai)關、帶(dai)燈按鈕圖(tu)片(pian)開(kai)(kai)關、接法端(duan)子排DT5、DT6和DT7等組成。

(3)、充、蓄電池放電控制(zhi)單(dan)位和usb接口(kou)單(dan)位

儲電池箱的快充樁(zhuang)過程中及快充樁(zhuang)保護英文由ARM管控(kong)第一單元式、usb接口(kou)第一單元式及子程(cheng)序完(wan)畢,蓄手機電(dian)池(chi)的蓄電(dian)池(chi)放電(dian)護理由ARM操作標(biao)段、接口協議(yi)標(biao)段及繼(ji)機(ji)械進(jin)行,當(dang)蓄(xu)電池充放線(xian)電壓不超過相關規定值,ARM操控單元式輸(shu)入輸(shu)出數字信號安裝驅動繼電囂工(gong)做(zuo),繼電囂常(chang)閉接線(xian)柱斷(duan)線(xian),打(da)斷(duan)電池組(zu)充電的充放(fang)二次回路。

(1)、逆變與負(fu)載(zai)系統的組成

逆變與(yu)過載系統的其主(zhu)要由逆變配電(dian)源調控(kong)摸塊(kuai)、逆變傷(shang)害展現摸塊(kuai)、直流電(dian)源、直流電(dian)源性能查測(ce)輸出方(fang)案、變頻柜器(qi)、單相洽談無刷(shua)電(dian)機(ji)、發光字(zi)廣告管演出舞護(hu)眼臺環境光輸出方(fang)案、告誡燈(deng)、接線柱排、萬能斷(duan)路器(qi)、網(wang)孔架(jia)等分(fen)解成。

①逆換流站源把握單園

逆(ni)換流(liu)站源掌控單元(yuan)測(ce)試核心由真(zhen)空(kong)斷路器、+24V開關電源、AC220V電源插(cha)座、指示燈、接線端子DT14和DT15等(deng)組成(cheng)。

②逆變輸入輸出屏幕上顯示機組

逆變傷害界面顯示單(dan)無(wu)大部分(fen)由洽(qia)談直流電(dian)阻表(biao)、洽(qia)談電(dian)阻表(biao)、接線兩端絕緣端子DT16和DT17等組成。

(2)、逆變器(qi)

變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)(qi)是(shi)將油田(tian)直流(liu)開(kai)關(guan)(guan)外接電源開(kai)關(guan)(guan)外接電源調換成油田(tian)討論開(kai)關(guan)(guan)外接電源的部件,變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)(qi)的類種大多(duo), 各(ge)自的具(ju)體工(gong)作原理、工(gong)作過程不(bu)盡(jin)相同。本實訓裝置使用(yong)的逆(ni)變(bian)(bian)器(qi)(qi)由(you)DC-DC升壓PWM控制芯片單(dan)元、驅動+升壓功率MOS管單(dan)元、升壓變(bian)(bian)壓器(qi)(qi)、SPWM芯片單(dan)元、高壓驅動芯片單(dan)元、全橋逆(ni)變(bian)(bian)功率MOS管單(dan)元、LC濾波器(qi)(qi)組成。逆變(bian)的(de)事情流程是將蓄微型(xing)儲電池(chi)的(de)12V直流電通過DC-DC和DC-AC變(bian)換,轉變(bian)成(cheng)正弦波220/50Hz的(de)純余弦波座談會電。

3、監視器操作系統

①網絡監控體系(xi)有主接(jie)口(kou)(kou),光(guang)伏發(fa)電發(fa)電共電體系(xi)接(jie)口(kou)(kou),逆變與裝(zhuang)載體系(xi)接(jie)口(kou)(kou),光(guang)伏發(fa)電發(fa)電消(xiao)耗的(de)能量轉(zhuan)成接(jie)口(kou)(kou),各(ge)出現分別的(de)自動運行情況(kuang)數據(ju)。

②太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)發電(dian)供(gong)電(dian)設(she)備整體對話框(kuang)設(she)制相關的的開(kai)關按鈕,改變(bian)太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)發電(dian)充電(dian)電(dian)池方陣(zhen)會自動跟蹤軟件。

③含(han)有太(tai)陽能光伏體(ti)(ti)統(tong)生產發電(dian)信息采集表報,記錄太(tai)陽能光伏體(ti)(ti)統(tong)效果額定線(xian)(xian)電(dian)壓、直(zhi)流電(dian);逆變(bian)(bian)與(yu)負荷體(ti)(ti)統(tong)的(de)逆變(bian)(bian)效果額定線(xian)(xian)電(dian)壓、直(zhi)流電(dian)、效率等(deng)統(tong)計(ji)數據(ju)表格并打印文件統(tong)計(ji)數據(ju)表格表報。
