 “新(xin)燃(ran)(ran)料(liao)車輛(liang)電(dian)量(liang)智(zhi)能(neng)自動化(hua)器(qi)件(jian)枝(zhi)術(shu)機器(qi)前提實(shi)(shi)踐(jian)教(jiao)學(xue)電(dian)源模塊”是專(zhuan)門針對大(da)中專(zhuan)生班本科(ke)院(yuan)校(xiao)組建的(de)《電(dian)量(liang)智(zhi)能(neng)自動化(hua)器(qi)件(jian)枝(zhi)術(shu)機器(qi)》、《半導(dao)體芯(xin)片變流枝(zhi)術(shu)機器(qi)》等必修(xiu)課(ke)程實(shi)(shi)驗英文實(shi)(shi)踐(jian)教(jiao)學(xue)考試大(da)綱的(de)符(fu)合要求(qiu),緊密結合勞保發(fa)布社發(fa)布的(de)《專(zhuan)職技術(shu)判(pan)定專(zhuan)業培訓課(ke)程課(ke)程處理低(di)壓電(dian)工(gong)維(wei)(wei)修(xiu)維(wei)(wei)修(xiu)(精致)》重(zhong)要性(xing)資源,而研制開發(fa)的(de)技術(shu)實(shi)(shi)踐(jian)教(jiao)學(xue)配(pei)置(zhi)。時需(xu)(xu)用為二級(ji)工(gong)程師(shi)工(gong)、中二級(ji)工(gong)程師(shi)處理低(di)壓電(dian)工(gong)維(wei)(wei)修(xiu)維(wei)(wei)修(xiu)、精致低(di)壓電(dian)工(gong)維(wei)(wei)修(xiu)維(wei)(wei)修(xiu)、技術(shu)員及精致技術(shu)員的(de)技術(shu)實(shi)(shi)踐(jian)教(jiao)學(xue)配(pei)置(zhi), 也需(xu)(xu)用為新(xin)燃(ran)(ran)料(liao)車輛(liang)智(zhi)能(neng)自動化(hua)器(qi)件(jian)電(dian)量(liang)前提專(zhuan)業培訓課(ke)程機器(qi)。

四、培(pei)訓安全裝置主要傳奇裝備

實踐配置由調節屏、實踐桌及(ji)其各實踐配件組(zu)合而成

(一)操作屏(ping):選(xuan)擇體(ti)系的型(xing)式(shi)式(shi)的型(xing)式(shi),的型(xing)式(shi)緊湊(cou)型(xing)、牢(lao)固性、整潔大氣,操作屏(ping)第一層可(ke)掛實踐(jian)插件。

(二)實踐(jian)教學(xue)元件(jian): 

1. PE-01交流電源引擎(qing)

帶來了二(er)相隨(sui)意調節討論電原(yuan)(區間二(er)相:0~250V;二(er)相0-450V),原(yuan)帶起過流(liu)愛護和(he)漏電愛護能(neng)力(li)(li),開設防(fang)曬隔離霜電力(li)(li)變壓(ya)器轉換,實(shi)踐衛生(sheng)。

(1)三(san)相電(dian)源(yuan)首(shou)先通(tong)過三(san)相漏電(dian)保護器(qi),然后經接(jie)觸器(qi)到(dao)隔離(li)變壓器(qi),使輸出與電(dian)網隔離(li)(浮地(di)設計)。

(2)電(dian)流(liu)型(xing)漏(lou)電(dian)保護(hu)裝置:控(kong)制屏若(ruo)有漏(lou)電(dian)現(xian)象,漏(lou)電(dian)流(liu)超過一定(ding)值,即切斷電(dian)源。

2. PE-02功(gong)效電感插件(jian)

出(chu)具(ju)大工作功率(lv)整流場(chang)效應管(guan)九個(ge)(熔絲守護三極管(guan)),鈕(niu)子打開同一個(ge),是整流和續流用(yong)到。

3. PE-03雙向晶閘(zha)管配置(zhi)文(wen)件

能(neng)提供6只單向晶(jing)閘管,用(yong)于可控(kong)整(zheng)流實訓,設有RC阻容(rong)吸收(shou)及熔絲保護電路。

設置(zhi)有由三(san)發(fa)送到箱式變壓器(qi)及五只三(san)刀三(san)擲轉換開關包(bao)含。

8. PE-07D燈組電動機扭矩(ju)控件

由三只250V/4A燈座(zuo)組成,實訓時作為電阻性(xing)負載使用

9. PE-08電抗器(qi)、電抗器(qi)應(ying)用程序(xu)

提供(gong)數據平波電(dian)抗(kang)器一(yi)列,可供(gong)100mH、200mH、700mH考慮(lv),雙路220V低壓變壓器一(yi)支

10. PE-9給(gei)定及直(zhi)流(liu)電壓標示器件

提拱連續性調節(jie)器的+15V和-15V給定電壓,帶輸出(chu)指示。

11. PE-10交流(liu)電電產(chan)品(pin)參(can)數(shu)表部(bu)件

 能提供直有(you)效地值交流會數值工(gong)作電壓表四只,衡量區間0~500V,精度(du)0.5級,三位半數顯(xian),輸入阻抗10MΩ。

 帶來真合理有(you)效值交流電(dian)大數字(zi)電(dian)流值表(biao)三只,校正範(fan)圍0~5A,精(jing)度0.5級,三位(wei)半數顯。

12. PE-11整流電參(can)表器件

保證(zheng)直流電(dian)源數子電(dian)流電(dian)壓表一(yi)直,測量方法範圍(wei)0~300V,精確度0.5級,兩位半數顯壓力表,設置抗阻10MΩ

給出(chu)直(zhi)流(liu)電源金(jin)額電流(liu)量表兩支,預(yu)估(gu)比率0~5A,精度0.5級,三位半數顯。

13. PE-12單(dan)相晶閘管(guan)觸(chu)發(fa)電路(BT35單(dan)尖(jian)晶石體管(guan))

帶來了(le)單晶粒(li)體管(guan)來制造(zao)釋放釋放信號燈,使用抑制三相變頻器雙向晶閘管(guan)組(zu)建(jian)的整(zheng)流電路原(yuan)理;

14. PE-12 B TCA785集成化重置電路系(xi)統

給予simensTCA785,與KC04(KC09)等相比(bi)它(ta)對零點的(de)(de)識別更加可靠,輸出(chu)脈(mo)沖的(de)(de)齊整度好(hao),移相范圍更寬,同時它(ta)輸出(chu)的(de)(de)脈(mo)沖可以人為(wei)自由調節,可用(yong)做單相整流或調壓電路(lu)實訓。

15. PE-13 TC787引(yin)發電路系統零部件

運用TC787心片(pian)組成相(xiang)電壓(ya)電全控打斷集成運放原(yuan)(yuan)理、包(bao)括效果平穩、可(ke)信度、鍵(jian)盤(pan)輸入阻抗匹配(pei)高、抗擾亂安全性能(neng)(neng)好等長處,況(kuang)且裝調操作(zuo)簡(jian)單、實(shi)用可(ke)信度,只需(xu)兩只這么的智能(neng)(neng)家居(ju)控制集成運放原(yuan)(yuan)理,就可(ke)成功相(xiang)電壓(ya)電移相(xiang)能(neng)(neng)力

16. PE-14調節電(dian)阻值構件(jian)

作(zuo)(zuo)為90Ω×2/1.3A可(ke)調(diao)電阻(zu)一只, 900Ω×2/0.41A可(ke)調(diao)電阻(zu)一只,作(zuo)(zuo)為純阻(zu)性負載(zai)使用

底(di)盒利用190mm×145mm的(de)(de)開模有(you)機透明塑料底(di)盒,模塊面(mian)板(ban)采(cai)用印制電路板(ban)PCB工藝,可以直觀看到(dao)器(qi)件(jian)的(de)(de)實(shi)物(wu)及(ji)相關的(de)(de)原理介紹。對于易損器(qi)件(jian)安裝在面(mian)板(ban)背面(mian),透過透明底(di)盒能(neng)夠看到(dao)器(qi)件(jian)實(shi)物(wu),方便感(gan)性認識、檢測測試,同時也(ye)能(neng)防止器(qi)件(jian)的(de)(de)損傷。

可分四個(ge)區域性(xing),對應(ying)為圖例標注區、識(shi)讀重(zhong)要環(huan)節區及自我認識(shi)檢查區。

圖例表(biao)識牌區:顯示固定住內(nei)阻(zu)功率(lv)器(qi)器(qi)、可以調節內(nei)阻(zu)功率(lv)器(qi)器(qi)、熱敏內(nei)阻(zu)功率(lv)器(qi)器(qi)的(de)附(fu)號及(ji)內(nei)阻(zu)功率(lv)器(qi)器(qi)的(de)表(biao)識牌的(de)方式(直標(biao)法、文案附(fu)號法,數標(biao)法,色環(huan)法)。
