三、平臺根據

(1)送料檢查站
由(you)料(liao)臺(tai)、導料(liao)平臺(tai)、推料(liao)平臺(tai)、判斷鑒別光電(dian)(dian)產品電(dian)(dian)旋(xuan)鈕、電(dian)(dian)旋(xuan)鈕電(dian)(dian)源開關、可編寫程序(xu)序(xu)有效整(zheng)流器、按鈕圖片、I/O接口板(ban)、電(dian)(dian)氣網孔(kong)板(ban)、電(dian)(dian)磁閥及(ji)氣缸組(zu)成(cheng),主(zhu)要完成(cheng)將工(gong)件從料(liao)臺(tai)依次(ci)送到檢測工(gong)位、等待取走。
(2)幫運站
由物理手(shou)、橫(heng)臂、回升臺(tai)、選轉(zhuan)節(jie)流閥、旋轉(zhuan)開(kai)關供電(dian)(dian)、可java開(kai)發序(xu)把控器、圖標(biao)、I/O接口板、電(dian)(dian)氣網孔板、多種類型電(dian)(dian)磁閥及氣缸組(zu)成,主要完成將工件從上站(zhan)搬(ban)至下一站(zhan)。
(3)手工加工站
由6工(gong)位(wei)(wei)回(hui)轉工(gong)作(zuo)臺(tai)、刀具(ju)庫(3種刀具(ju))、升降式加(jia)(jia)工(gong)系統、加(jia)(jia)工(gong)組件(jian)、檢(jian)測(ce)組件(jian)、步進驅動(dong)器(qi)、步進電機、光電傳感(gan)器(qi)、接近開關、開關電源、平面推力軸承、可編程(cheng)序控制器(qi)、按(an)鈕、I/O接口板、電氣網孔(kong)板、通訊(xun)接口板、直流減(jian)速電機、多種類(lei)型電磁閥及氣缸組成,回(hui)轉工(gong)作(zuo)臺(tai)有六個旋轉工(gong)位(wei)(wei),加(jia)(jia)工(gong)站主要完成工(gong)件(jian)的加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(鉆孔(kong)、銑孔(kong)),并進行(xing)工(gong)件(jian)檢(jian)測(ce)。
(4)裝卸使用站
由勻速轉動加移(yi)動做工作臺面(mian)、吊車(che)臂、機(ji)誡手、工業生產導軌、按健電原(yuan)、可語言編程序操(cao)控(kong)器(qi)、按健、I/O接口板、電氣(qi)網孔板、多種類型電磁閥及氣(qi)缸組成,主要完成將上站工件拿起(qi)(qi)放(fang)入安裝(zhuang)平臺,將裝(zhuang)好工件拿起(qi)(qi)放(fang)下站。
(5)按照站
由(you)吸盤廠家手、搖背構件(jian)(jian)(jian)、平移氣(qi)(qi)式、料罐換位構件(jian)(jian)(jian)、鋁(lv)件(jian)(jian)(jian)還推出構件(jian)(jian)(jian)、進(jin)口真空遭(zao)受器、觸(chu)點(dian)開關電源電路、可程序編(bian)程序操控器、圖標、I/O接口板(ban)(ban)、電氣(qi)(qi)網孔板(ban)(ban)、多種類型(xing)電磁閥及(ji)氣(qi)(qi)缸(gang)組成,主要完成選擇(ze)要安裝工件(jian)(jian)(jian)的料倉,將工件(jian)(jian)(jian)從料倉中推出,將工件(jian)(jian)(jian)安裝到位。
(6)復制快(kuai)遞分揀站
基本由(you)三相供電聊天(tian)緩速(su)減速(su)機、光電材(cai)料(liao)調(diao)節器器、色調(diao)節器器、開關開關按鈕供電、開關按鈕、I/O接(jie)口(kou)板(ban)(ban)、電氣網孔板(ban)(ban)等組(zu)成,主要完成將材(cai)料(liao)傳送至下一站。
(7)貨物搬運挑揀(jian)站(zhan)
主(zhu)要由(you)實業導軌(gui)、上下(xia)電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)閥、氣爪、剩磁(ci)旋轉(zhuan)主(zhu)機(ji)電(dian)(dian)源開關(guan)、廢料回收貯存器(qi)、旋轉(zhuan)主(zhu)機(ji)電(dian)(dian)源開關(guan)主(zhu)機(ji)電(dian)(dian)源、可程序編寫序控住(zhu)器(qi)、功能(neng)鍵、I/O接口板、電(dian)(dian)氣網孔(kong)板、多種類(lei)型電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)閥組成,主(zhu)要完成分(fen)揀生產線中的(de)廢物料并將其(qi)搬運(yun)至(zhi)廢料存儲器(qi)中。
(8)定義站

四、掌控系統
西門子PLC:
1. 每(mei)(mei)站均增配FX3U-485BD通信模塊(kuai),用(yong)(yong)于組建三菱通信網絡, 每(mei)(mei)站PLC主機均采用(yong)(yong)FX3U-48。
2. 配備有7英寸(cun),工業(ye)彩色觸摸(mo)屏。
3. 系統總線結構設計:選(xuan)取FX3U-485BD網絡通(tong)信(xin),使各站之(zhi)間的控制(zhi)信(xin)息和狀態數據能(neng)夠實(shi)時相互交換。配(pei)有(you)SC-09編程電纜、觸摸屏與(yu)PLC通(tong)信(xin)電纜及(ji)觸摸屏下載電纜。
