二、程序組成了
1. 制(zhi)做倉庫主(zhu)休由底板、測試桌(材料成(cheng)分)、四(si)層第十二艙位庫體、二維(X、Y、Z)足(zu)球健(jian)身(shen)運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)誡制(zhi)造及電器設備(bei)設定(ding)等以下有些組成(cheng)了。二維足(zu)球健(jian)身(shen)運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)誡制(zhi)造有些都(dou)是個適用于滾珠(zhu)蝸桿轉動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的模塊電源(yuan)化成(cheng)分,適用于體現艙位準確定(ding)位系統(tong)和送/取行動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(X、Y軸做好艙位準確定(ding)位系統(tong)、Z軸做好送/取行動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong))。
2. 電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力設(she)備(bei)(bei)(bei)保持按照PLC或西門(men)子PLC可(ke)編寫程序(xu)保持器、步進直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓變頻(pin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動機控制直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓變頻(pin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動機及(ji)驅使器、直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓低速(su)直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓變頻(pin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動機、打(da)(da)(da)開電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓、光電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)感測器器、旅行線路(lu)限位啟閉(bi)打(da)(da)(da)開等配件組合成。各(ge)舉PLC設(she)備(bei)(bei)(bei)為(wei)CPU224 DC/DC/DC 自帶(dai)字母(mu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)I/O(14路(lu)字母(mu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)輸(shu)入(ru)/10路(lu)晶胞管效(xiao)(xiao)果)、字母(mu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)尋址用(yong)(yong)途(tu)(tu)傳感器EM223(16路(lu)字母(mu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)輸(shu)入(ru)/16路(lu)字母(mu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)效(xiao)(xiao)果);西門(men)子PLC設(she)備(bei)(bei)(bei)為(wei)FX1N-40MT-D 自帶(dai)打(da)(da)(da)開量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)I/O(24路(lu)打(da)(da)(da)開量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)輸(shu)入(ru)/16路(lu)晶胞管效(xiao)(xiao)果)、打(da)(da)(da)開量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)尋址用(yong)(yong)途(tu)(tu)傳感器FX0N-8EX(8路(lu)打(da)(da)(da)開量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)輸(shu)入(ru));歐(ou)姆龍設(she)備(bei)(bei)(bei)CPM2A-30CDT-D 自帶(dai)打(da)(da)(da)開量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)I/O(18路(lu)打(da)(da)(da)開量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)輸(shu)入(ru)/12路(lu)晶胞管效(xiao)(xiao)果)、CPM1A-20EDT(12路(lu)打(da)(da)(da)開量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)輸(shu)入(ru)/8路(lu)晶胞管效(xiao)(xiao)果)。所用(yong)(yong)的設(she)備(bei)(bei)(bei)用(yong)(yong)途(tu)(tu)完善,機械性(xing)能優勝。
3. 完成感知器訊號(hao)收(shou)集,PLC程序編(bian)寫,對步進直流電壓(ya)無刷電動(dong)(dong)機(ji)直流電壓(ya)無刷電動(dong)(dong)機(ji)、直流電壓(ya)直流電壓(ya)無刷電動(dong)(dong)機(ji)參與較有難(nan)度的(de)(de)觸(chu)點開關量操作、具體位置操作及早(zao)序思(si)維模式(shi)操作,進行持倉量地位和貨品送(song)/取的(de)(de)作用。
4. 能提(ti)交PLC機箱工業(ye)自動(dong)化無線網絡及MCGS工業(ye)自動(dong)化組態棒圖動(dong)態性跟進的(de)實驗英文教學課。
三、依(yi)據程序(xu)語言(yan),立(li)體式電(dian)商倉(cang)庫控制(zhi)如下圖所(suo)示試(shi)驗功能鍵(jian)
1. 將Z軸上的貨品送(song)過來指定的職(zhi)位
2. 將相同地(di)方上(shang)的運輸寄回(hui)另個地(di)方上(shang)
3. 將零號選址的快件送來符合各種選址
4. 從符合各種地(di)理位置(zhi)取回物料放至零(ling)號位
5. 進(jin)行(xing)底速(su)(su)度(du)重啟-加(jia)速(su)(su)使用-底速(su)(su)度(du)停放車輛的基本功能
6. 0~12號(hao)持倉掃苗(miao)檢(jian)測工具等(deng)進行實驗功能表(biao)
