“SYJZL-05B型半導體制冷技術實驗裝置”采用大功率半導體制冷片(帕爾帖)作為熱泵來演示熱泵工作原理,演示驗證帕爾帖效應;作為熱機來演示熱機工作原理,演示驗證塞貝克效應。 適合于高職院校、職業學校制冷專業和非制冷類專業的《半導體制冷》、《制冷設備維修工》、《制冷設備維修工技師培訓教材》的教學與技能的提高。本實驗裝置也適合技工學校、職業培訓學校、職教中心、鑒定站/所、制冷類專業的技能鑒定考核。
一、裝置結構特征
1. 運用(yong)大工率(lv)半(ban)導(dao)體芯片(pian)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)芯片(pian)冷卻(que)(que)器件有(you)所作為(wei)冷源,不要有(you)干冰、氨、氮(dan)、氟利昂等冷卻(que)(que)劑,溫濕度低、冷卻(que)(que)快、年限長。兼(jian)有(you)環保(bao)破壞、無(wu)嘈音、無(wu)震動、無(wu)磨損情況,可連(lian)繼崗位。 2. 抽(chou)象概(gai)念(nian)(nian)性(xing)(xing)強:能(neng)夠 抽(chou)象概(gai)念(nian)(nian)的(de)分(fen)(fen)析冷卻(que)(que)片(pian)冷端冰凍的(de)全流程,滲(shen)入把(ba)握好半(ban)導(dao)體芯片(pian)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)芯片(pian)冷卻(que)(que)片(pian)的(de)崗位的(de)原理。 3. 可基本可執(zhi)行(xing)性(xing)(xing)強:用(yong)表面板上帶來了(le)的(de)鈕子(zi)旋轉開關,能(neng)夠 不便的(de)更換(huan)半(ban)導(dao)體芯片(pian)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)芯片(pian)冷卻(que)(que)片(pian)的(de)崗位的(de)情形,既能(neng)參(can)考值分(fen)(fen)析分(fen)(fen)析實踐不良現(xian)象,又能(neng)根據測(ce)(ce)量(liang)儀器儀表參(can)考值測(ce)(ce)量(liang)。
