管(guan)控(kong)機系統(tong)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)站(zhan)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)了歐(ou)姆龍S7-300(CPU315-2DP),從(cong)站(zhan)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)西門子S7-200(CPU224),各(ge)站(zhan)之間使(shi)用(yong)(yong)ProfiBus-DP系統(tong)總(zong)線(xian)開始電力,S7-200從(cong)站(zhan)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)要用(yong)(yong)于控(kong)制(zhi)與(yu)驅(qu)動設備層,并對(dui)現場(chang)反(fan)饋(kui)的信(xin)號進行采(cai)(cai)集,S7-300主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)站(zhan)爬取各(ge)從(cong)站(zhan)數(shu)劇,密切配合(he)各(ge)站(zhan)運轉,共為PLC的監視器系統(tong)展示(shi) 數(shu)劇,還系統(tong)還標(biao)配工業(ye)制(zhi)造以(yi)太網通訊功能和10.4英(ying)寸彩(cai)色工業(ye)觸摸屏(ping),可(ke)以(yi)完成系統(tong)控(kong)制(zhi)網絡的集成。
