電機的拖(tuo)動及(ji)的科技(ji)技(ji)術控制水平實(shi)踐教(jiao)學平衡裝(zhuang)置(zhi)

一、 概況

本培訓(xun)試驗(yan)提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)設備(bei)是結合事業(ye)教(jiao)肓體制(zhi)改革和(he)發(fa)(fa)展前景的需要(yao)而(er)研發(fa)(fa)的。該培訓(xun)試驗(yan)提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)設備(bei)有供用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)拖動(dong)(dong)體系(xi)的和(he)動(dong)(dong)熱學(xue),交談和(he)交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)驅力的供用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)拖動(dong)(dong)、長用(yong)(yong)底壓機(ji)械及基(ji)本上的把(ba)(ba)控(kong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路原(yuan)因、橋(qiao)式吊裝(zhuang)機(ji)的機(ji)械把(ba)(ba)控(kong)及繼機(ji)械把(ba)(ba)控(kong)體系(xi)的制(zhi)定(ding)等內容,同(tong)時曾加了(le)因為PLC及直流(liu)定(ding)頻的馬達基(ji)本上的把(ba)(ba)控(kong)新線路,及其長用(yong)(yong)數控(kong)機(ji)床的把(ba)(ba)控(kong)。該培訓(xun)試驗(yan)提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)設備(bei)選利用(yong)(yong)于自功化(hua)正規專業(ye)與(yu)機(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)工(gong)程集成(cheng)化(hua)正規專業(ye)創(chuang)建的《馬達及拖動(dong)(dong)框架》、《工(gong)廠里(li)繼機(ji)械相(xiang)處(chu)把(ba)(ba)控(kong)》、《PLC原(yuan)因及利用(yong)(yong)覺(jue)(jue)醒(xing)技能》、《直流(liu)定(ding)頻控(kong)速覺(jue)(jue)醒(xing)技能》等學(xue)科的覺(jue)(jue)醒(xing)技能練習。

二、 安裝顯著特點

1. 應用小掛件機構,組合(he)搭配(pei)具備靈活性(xing)高、可(ke)同一更換(huan)實踐(jian)構件加強(qiang)實踐(jian)介紹,更好(hao)地(di)第二次(ci)發掘及功用拓(tuo)展。

2. 實(shi)踐(jian)提(ti)升裝(zhuang)置由電(dian)源線操縱屏、實(shi)踐(jian)桌、實(shi)踐(jian)模塊、減速(su)機(ji)(ji)、減速(su)機(ji)(ji)導(dao)軌(gui)及實(shi)踐(jian)電(dian)纜等組合而成。

3. 對于那(nei)些對于PLC及調頻器的電器設(she)備調整(zheng)培訓(xun)建設(she)項目(mu),要(yao)結合實際MCGS組態系統(tong)軟(ruan)件與測算機展開通信網攝像頭培訓(xun)控制(zhi)系統(tong)的運轉的情況,更為緊密(mi)結合工(gong)藝車間(jian)。

4. 實踐裝置設備分為了(le)位置直流無(wu)刷(shua)發電(dian)機學應力測試及(ji)(ji)所有直流無(wu)刷(shua)發電(dian)機拖動(dong)及(ji)(ji)控(kong)制(zhi)的實踐活動(dong),使留(liu)學生也能正確掌握常見的理論(lun)體系只是及(ji)(ji)得心應手正確掌握操(cao)作的技(ji)能招(zhao)式(shi)。

5.GDQ41 PLC可(ke)程序(xu)編(bian)寫(xie)(xie)抑(yi)制器 配用韓(han)國三凌(ling)的FX2N-48MR型可(ke)程序(xu)編(bian)寫(xie)(xie)抑(yi)制器設(she)(she)備電(dian)(dian)腦主機結(jie)構整(zheng)臺(tai),配備有(you)養成量(liang)功(gong)能包塊(kuai)FX0N-3A整(zheng)臺(tai),數據(ju)通訊功(gong)能包塊(kuai)FX2N-485BD一(yi)起,配套方案韓(han)國三凌(ling)程序(xu)編(bian)寫(xie)(xie)高壓電(dian)(dian)纜(用戶組供選(xuan)擇購FX-20P—E型手執程序(xu)編(bian)寫(xie)(xie)器)。提拱實(shi)踐教學需用的DC 24V交流電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)源開關適配器。現(xian)有(you)過(guo)(guo)壓愛護電(dian)(dian)路(lu)原理,對設(she)(she)備電(dian)(dian)腦主機結(jie)構實(shi)現(xian)過(guo)(guo)壓愛護,使設(she)(she)備電(dian)(dian)腦主機結(jie)構不會因為(wei)經(jing)受(shou)過(guo)(guo)高的電(dian)(dian)源開關適配器輸出功(gong)率而影響磨損(sun)。

6.GDK28 直流(liu)(liu)直流(liu)(liu)變頻空調器 購置澳大(da)利(li)亞三凌(ling)的FR-D740-0.75K-CHT直流(liu)(liu)直流(liu)(liu)變頻空調器一(yi)架(帶BOP運行抑制表面(mian)面(mian)板(ban))、1K電位差器一(yi)。
