一、服務分析
本實踐(jian)所(suo)所(suo)保(bao)(bao)護器(qi)設(she)(she)備(bei)是原(yuan)則建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)機(ji)械(xie)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)科(ke)三(san)(san)合一機(ji)化(hua)(hua)(hua)培訓 活動(dong)的(de)讓(rang)而開發設(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)的(de),它就是個集PLC把(ba)控(kong)好(hao)、地(di)理(li)地(di)段(duan)把(ba)控(kong)好(hao)、地(di)理(li)地(di)段(duan)查(cha)重、工控(kong)設(she)(she)備(bei)組態、無線局域(yu)網(wang)絡(luo)系統性(xing)(xing)于三(san)(san)合一機(ji)的(de)綜上性(xing)(xing)培訓 活動(dong)實踐(jian)所(suo)所(suo)保(bao)(bao)護器(qi)設(she)(she)備(bei)。 本實踐(jian)所(suo)所(suo)保(bao)(bao)護器(qi)設(she)(she)備(bei)根據設(she)(she)施軟文(wen)可(ke)給高中生(sheng)開展業(ye)(ye)(ye)務把(ba)控(kong)好(hao)設(she)(she)備(bei)的(de)幾(ji)乎把(ba)控(kong)好(hao)效果(guo)、PLC代碼編程等(deng)實踐(jian)所(suo)所(suo),并需求對機(ji)械(xie)廠制造系統及主(zhu)動(dong)化(hua)(hua)(hua)、建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)機(ji)械(xie)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)科(ke)三(san)(san)合一機(ji)化(hua)(hua)(hua)、主(zhu)動(dong)化(hua)(hua)(hua)、機(ji)械(xie)公程等(deng)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)科(ke)的(de)《建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)機(ji)械(xie)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)科(ke)機(ji)械(xie)傳動(dong)與(yu)把(ba)控(kong)好(hao)》、《運(yun)行把(ba)控(kong)好(hao)》、《建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)機(ji)械(xie)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)科(ke)三(san)(san)合一機(ji)化(hua)(hua)(hua)系統性(xing)(xing)》、《計(ji)(ji)算方式機(ji)把(ba)控(kong)好(hao)系統性(xing)(xing)》、《查(cha)重與(yu)裝換系統性(xing)(xing)》等(deng)學(xue)(xue)科(ke)開展業(ye)(ye)(ye)務實踐(jian)所(suo)所(suo)課的(de)必須要(yao) 。
二、設計組成
1. 立體式倉庫(ku)管理(li)主要由底板、實驗(yan)性桌(鋁材設(she)(she)備(bei)構造(zao)設(she)(she)計)、四層十(shi)三艙(cang)位(wei)(wei)庫(ku)體、3D(X、Y、Z)足球運作機(ji)制化(hua)及電(dian)力保持等十(shi)個部門(men)(men)成分。3D足球運作機(ji)制化(hua)部門(men)(men)也是個主要采用滾珠蝸桿傳動(dong)(dong)系統(tong)的模塊圖(tu)片化(hua)設(she)(she)備(bei)構造(zao)設(she)(she)計,中用達成艙(cang)位(wei)(wei)手(shou)機(ji)地(di)位(wei)(wei)和送(song)/取(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)作(X、Y軸實現艙(cang)位(wei)(wei)手(shou)機(ji)地(di)位(wei)(wei)、Z軸實現送(song)/取(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)作)。

3. 采用傳調節器(qi)器(qi)的(de)信(xin)號(hao)獲取,PLC和程序編寫,對伺服(fu)同(tong)步(bu)同(tong)步(bu)電機同(tong)步(bu)同(tong)步(bu)電機、直流(liu)變壓器(qi)同(tong)步(bu)同(tong)步(bu)電機做好(hao)較(jiao)冗雜的(de)按(an)鈕開(kai)關量操(cao)控、位置上操(cao)控當即序方式操(cao)控,進(jin)行持倉固(gu)定(ding)和貨位送/取的(de)功能模(mo)塊(kuai)。
4. 能做好PLC監控主(zhu)機工業自動化網及MCGS工業自動化組(zu)態棒(bang)圖各式各樣追(zhui)蹤定位的實驗所教學研究。
三、完成和程序編寫(xie),立體圖倉儲(chu)達到(dao)以下的實(shi)驗報告工作(zuo)
1. 將(jiang)Z軸(zhou)上(shang)的出(chu)口貨物送(song)過來(lai)確定位置上(shang)
2. 將(jiang)中任何地址(zhi)的貸物送至同一地址(zhi)
3. 將零號具體地(di)(di)位的(de)國(guo)際貨物(wu)送進隨(sui)機具體地(di)(di)位
4. 從(cong)任何地址(zhi)取回貨件放至零(ling)號位
5. 體現中速(su)檔(dang)重新啟動(dong)-調速(su)行(xing)駛-中速(su)檔(dang)路邊停車的(de)能(neng)力
6. 0~12號持倉量打印(yin)機(ji)掃描查重等實踐功效
