掌(zhang)控系(xi)統(tong)性主(zhu)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)所采(cai)用simensS7-300(CPU315-2DP),從站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)采(cai)用西門子S7-200(CPU224),各(ge)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)之(zhi)間使用ProfiBus-DP傳輸線做出網(wang)(wang)絡(luo)(luo)通訊,S7-200從站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)主(zhu)要用于控制與(yu)驅動設備層,并對現場(chang)反(fan)饋的(de)信號進行采(cai)集(ji),S7-300主(zhu)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)提(ti)取各(ge)從站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)動態(tai)數據(ju)(ju)表格(ge),調(diao)節各(ge)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)自動運(yun)行,而且為(wei)上位機軟件的(de)風控方式提(ti)供了動態(tai)數據(ju)(ju)表格(ge),并且機系(xi)統(tong)還配(pei)備工(gong)業化(hua)的(de)以太(tai)網(wang)(wang)電力板(ban)塊和(he)10.4英寸彩(cai)色工(gong)業觸摸屏,可以完(wan)成系(xi)統(tong)控制網(wang)(wang)絡(luo)(luo)的(de)集(ji)成。
