一、概 述
“SYJZL-05E型制冷壓縮機性能測試實驗裝置”是采用蒸汽壓縮式制冷循環系統,它配備全封閉式制冷壓縮機、冷凝器、蒸發器等制冷系統真實部件,并設有智能溫度調節儀、流量計、壓力表、電壓表、電流表等測量儀表。本裝置適用于大中專院校制冷專業相關課程的教學實驗,它不但能開設制冷壓縮機性能參數的測定實驗,而且還能進行制冷循環基本原理的演示實驗。
二、裝制特性
1. 本試驗提(ti)升裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi),并按照國(guo)家(jia)原則(ze)GB/T 5773-2004溶(rong)量式(shi)安(an)真小編壓(ya)縮的機耐熱性(xing)試驗方式(shi) 制定,以“汽化器(qi)(qi)(qi)透明液(ye)體(ti)載冷(leng)劑(ji)(ji)不斷循環法(fa)”居多要在精確測(ce)量,以“水冷(leng)式(shi)冷(leng)凝(ning)劑(ji)(ji)劑(ji)(ji)器(qi)(qi)(qi)量熱器(qi)(qi)(qi)法(fa)”成為輔佐在精確測(ce)量。 2. 安(an)全性(xing)高護(hu)(hu)理(li)(li):存在額定電(dian)壓(ya)型漏電(dian)護(hu)(hu)理(li)(li)、電(dian)壓(ya)型漏電(dian)護(hu)(hu)理(li)(li)、過流護(hu)(hu)理(li)(li)、過電(dian)壓(ya)護(hu)(hu)理(li)(li)、接地裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)護(hu)(hu)理(li)(li)。 3. 應用1匹安(an)真小編汽輪(lun)發電(dian)機組,冷(leng)凝(ning)劑(ji)(ji)劑(ji)(ji)器(qi)(qi)(qi)和汽化器(qi)(qi)(qi)均為殼管式(shi)水板換器(qi)(qi)(qi),機系統格(ge)局主體(ti)工程(cheng)、布置(zhi)(zhi)圖適(shi)當,外形整潔大氣。

四、根本調試
1. 調控屏 主要包括單層亞光密(mi)紋噴塑(su)組成(cheng)(cheng),設計造型別(bie)出心裁(cai)。最底層分布冷(leng)卻整體(ti)(ti),可(ke)形象(xiang)直(zhi)觀分享冷(leng)卻整體(ti)(ti)組成(cheng)(cheng);一些正面設置(zhi)電(dian)調控及估測(ce)儀表盤功能鍵(jian)板(ban)。左下角具有(you)3個帶轉(zhuan)向的腳輪(lun),盡可(ke)能使轉(zhuan)移和穩固。
2. 互(hu)動學習(xi)外(wai)接(jie)電(dian)源(yuan)適(shi)(shi)配(pei)器(qi)線 三相變(bian)頻器(qi)四(si)線220V互(hu)動學習(xi)外(wai)接(jie)電(dian)源(yuan)適(shi)(shi)配(pei)器(qi)線送(song)電(dian),經漏電(dian)養護器(qi),在(zai)啟、停(ting)旋鈕抑制(zhi)總外(wai)接(jie)電(dian)源(yuan)適(shi)(shi)配(pei)器(qi)線。
