光伏發電實訓裝置系統主要由光伏供電裝置、光伏供電系統、逆變與負載系統、監控系統四個部分組成。

1、 光伏系統電力保護裝置

2、光伏太陽能變電程序

(1)、光伏太陽能配電系統的的組成

太(tai)(tai)陽(yang)(yang)能太(tai)(tai)陽(yang)(yang)能發(fa)(fa)電系(xi)統(tong)送電平臺最主要(yao)的由太(tai)(tai)陽(yang)(yang)能太(tai)(tai)陽(yang)(yang)能發(fa)(fa)電系(xi)統(tong)電源模塊控(kong)住(zhu)標段(duan)、太(tai)(tai)陽(yang)(yang)能太(tai)(tai)陽(yang)(yang)能發(fa)(fa)電系(xi)統(tong)輸出展示標段(duan)、接(jie)觸屏(ping)、太(tai)(tai)陽(yang)(yang)能太(tai)(tai)陽(yang)(yang)能發(fa)(fa)電系(xi)統(tong)送電控(kong)住(zhu)標段(duan)、ARM有效控制象(xiang)限尺寸、插口象(xiang)限尺寸、simensS7-200PLC、繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)(qi)組(zu)(zu)(zu)、接線(xian)排、蓄電(dian)池組(zu)(zu)(zu)、可調電(dian)阻、斷路器(qi)(qi)、12V開關(guan)電(dian)源、網孔架等組(zu)(zu)(zu)成。

(2)、控制(zhi)方(fang)式

光伏太陽能24v電源(yuan)控(kong)住(zhu)機(ji)組(zu)常(chang)見由真空斷路(lu)器、+24V開(kai)關電源(yuan)、AC220V電源(yuan)插座、指示燈、接線(xian)端子DT1和DT2等組(zu)成。

太陽(yang)能發電工(gong)作輸出信息顯示單位其主要由直(zhi)流電變(bian)壓器(qi)功率表、直(zhi)流電變(bian)壓器(qi)工(gong)作電壓表、接線方法(fa)接插件(jian)DT3和DT4等組(zu)成。

太陽(yang)能發(fa)電電力控制(zhi)單元重要由取(qu)舍旋鈕、急停(ting)圖(tu)(tu)標、帶燈圖(tu)(tu)標、插頭接線處絕緣端子DT5、DT6和DT7等(deng)組成。

(3)、充、釋(shi)放(fang)電能(neng)管控模(mo)塊式和接口類型模(mo)塊式

蓄快充(chong)的快充(chong)方式及快充(chong)保障由(you)ARM控住單(dan)位測試(shi)卷、主板接(jie)口單(dan)位測試(shi)卷及程序代(dai)碼成(cheng)功(gong),汽車蓄電(dian)(dian)池充(chong)電(dian)(dian)的釋放保護由(you)ARM的控制象限、電(dian)(dian)源接口象限及繼電(dian)(dian)完畢,當(dang)蓄(xu)充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)池自放(fang)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)阻高于指(zhi)定(ding)值,ARM把握標(biao)段輸出電(dian)壓走勢能夠繼電(dian)氣(qi)工(gong)作中,繼電(dian)氣(qi)常閉觸點開關斷電(dian),掐斷蓄鋰電(dian)的充放(fang)電(dian)二次回路(lu)。

該單元(yuan)尺寸快(kuai)速配置有一個套(tao)蓄(xu)電(dian)池充(chong)、自(zi)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)的(de)(de)業(ye)務管(guan)理及模型(xing)仿(fang)(fang)(fang)真(zhen)模仿(fang)(fang)(fang)系統,正常(chang)情(qing)況下選(xuan)擇(ze)時,并按照快(kuai)速配置規格(ge)對蓄(xu)電(dian)池參與筆(bi)記本(ben)e充(chong)電(dian)和(he)自(zi)電(dian)流(liu)(liu),不可(ke)要人(ren)造調查;模型(xing)仿(fang)(fang)(fang)真(zhen)模仿(fang)(fang)(fang)的(de)(de)業(ye)務時,蓄(xu)電(dian)池和(he)光電(dian)池各的(de)(de)業(ye)務點(dian)須(xu)要半自(zi)動快(kuai)速配置,每快(kuai)速配置已(yi)完成某種(zhong)的(de)(de)業(ye)務經濟模式后可(ke)在系統軟(ruan)件畫質觀察動物(wu)筆(bi)記本(ben)e充(chong)電(dian)及自(zi)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)的(de)(de)正常(chang)運行的(de)(de)時候,以體現光伏太陽能充(chong)、自(zi)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)模型(xing)仿(fang)(fang)(fang)真(zhen)模仿(fang)(fang)(fang)模型(xing)仿(fang)(fang)(fang)真(zhen)研究的(de)(de)依據。

2、逆變(bian)與阻抗軟件

(1)、逆變與負載系(xi)統的組成

逆變(bian)與無(wu)刷電(dian)機負載(zai)體統具(ju)體由逆變(bian)電(dian)器(qi)源控住(zhu)單(dan)園式(shi)、逆變(bian)讀(du)取表現單(dan)園式(shi)、直(zhi)流電(dian)源、直(zhi)流電(dian)源運作測量(liang)包塊、定頻(pin)器(qi)、三相無(wu)刷電(dian)機聯絡無(wu)刷電(dian)機、有光管T吸頂(ding)城市燈光包塊、示警燈、接線圖排(pai)、短路器(qi)、網孔架等(deng)組合。

①逆變電器源調控單元式

逆變電器源(yuan)掌控標段最主要的由(you)隔(ge)離開關(guan)、+24V開關(guan)電源(yuan)、AC220V電源(yuan)插座、指示燈、接(jie)線端(duan)子DT14和DT15等組成。

②逆變輸入輸出凸顯單元

(2)、逆變器

變(bian)逆(ni)器(qi)是將非(fei)高(gao)(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)直流電電源(yuan)開(kai)(kai)關線調節成(cheng)高(gao)(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)互動電源(yuan)開(kai)(kai)關線的試驗裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi),變(bian)逆(ni)器(qi)的各(ge)種類(lei)型太(tai)多(duo), 各(ge)自的具體(ti)工(gong)作原理(li)、工(gong)作過程不盡相同。本(ben)實訓裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)使用的逆(ni)變(bian)器(qi)由DC-DC升壓(ya)(ya)PWM控制(zhi)芯片(pian)單(dan)(dan)元、驅(qu)動+升壓(ya)(ya)功率MOS管單(dan)(dan)元、升壓(ya)(ya)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)、SPWM芯片(pian)單(dan)(dan)元、高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)驅(qu)動芯片(pian)單(dan)(dan)元、全橋逆(ni)變(bian)功率MOS管單(dan)(dan)元、LC濾波(bo)器(qi)組成(cheng)。逆變的(de)上(shang)班進程是將蓄鋰電的(de)12V直(zhi)流電通(tong)過DC-DC和DC-AC變換,轉變成正弦波220/50Hz的(de)純余(yu)弦波(bo)交流信息電。

3、把控機系統

(1)、監控系統組(zu)成

監(jian)察體統(tong)核(he)心(xin)由(you)合(he)二為(wei)一機、游戲鍵盤、鼠標滾(gun)輪、接線(xian)兩端排、24v電源家(jia)用插座、安全可靠線(xian)、谷歌進行(xing)操作體統(tong)電腦免(mian)費軟(ruan)件、力(li)控組態(tai)電腦免(mian)費軟(ruan)件結構。

(2)、監(jian)控(kong)系統功能

1)通信設備

實時監(jian)控(kong)體(ti)系與控(kong)住(zhu)器(qi)、PLC、儀表(biao)進行通信。

2)畫面

①監控視頻軟件(jian)(jian)有(you)著(zhu)主對話(hua)框,太(tai)陽能(neng)光伏發(fa)電(dian)送電(dian)軟件(jian)(jian)對話(hua)框,逆變(bian)與過載軟件(jian)(jian)對話(hua)框,太(tai)陽能(neng)光伏發(fa)電(dian)精力(li)改(gai)換對話(hua)框,分別是表明各自的(de)的(de)進行形態(tai)因素。
