四、培訓裝置設(she)備核心配備

1. PE-01交流電源(yuan)零件
展(zhan)示 380V可(ke)控學習交流電原(yuan)(的范(fan)圍兩相電:0~250V;380V0-450V),內置(zhi)起(qi)過流養護和漏電養護性能,開(kai)設屏(ping)蔽干式變壓器轉換,實(shi)踐教學應(ying)急。
(1)三相(xiang)電源(yuan)首先通過三相(xiang)漏電保護器,然后(hou)經(jing)接觸器到隔離變(bian)壓器,使輸(shu)出與電網隔離(浮地(di)設計)。
(2)電(dian)(dian)流型漏(lou)電(dian)(dian)保護裝(zhuang)置(zhi):控制屏若有漏(lou)電(dian)(dian)現象,漏(lou)電(dian)(dian)流超過一定值,即切斷(duan)電(dian)(dian)源。
2. PE-02功效電感配件(jian)
出示(shi)大工率整流肖特(te)基二極管(guan)六個(ge)(熔(rong)絲護理電(dian)源線(xian)路),鈕子開關按(an)鈕是(shi)(shi)一個(ge),是(shi)(shi) 整流和續流選用。
3. PE-03雙(shuang)向可(ke)控硅構件(jian)

提高西門子PLCTCA785,與KC04(KC09)等相比它(ta)(ta)對零點的識別更加可靠,輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)脈沖(chong)的齊整度(du)好,移相范圍(wei)更寬,同(tong)時它(ta)(ta)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)的脈沖(chong)可以人為自由調節,可用做單相整流或調壓電路實訓。
15. PE-13 TC787打斷(duan)控制電(dian)路引擎
選用(yong)TC787電源芯片分為相(xiang)電壓(ya)(ya)全控促發集成(cheng)(cheng)運(yun)放(fang)原理、擁有導出穩定性、靠譜(pu)性、輸(shu)人輸(shu)出阻抗(kang)高、抗(kang)電磁干擾安(an)全性能好等優缺點,另一方面(mian)裝(zhuang)調簡單便(bian)捷、便(bian)用(yong)靠譜(pu)性,只需一只貓這么的集成(cheng)(cheng)型集成(cheng)(cheng)運(yun)放(fang)原理,就可達成(cheng)(cheng)相(xiang)電壓(ya)(ya)移相(xiang)功能模塊
16. PE-14調節內阻(zu)模塊
給(gei)予90Ω×2/1.3A可(ke)調(diao)電阻一只, 900Ω×2/0.41A可(ke)調(diao)電阻一只,作為純阻性(xing)負載使(shi)用
17. 電子廠電子器件知識基礎自我意識學習培訓套件(用于190mm×145mm的開模有機透明(ming)塑料(liao)底(di)盒來完成,面板開關(guan)采(cai)用了PCB電(dian)路板工藝,具體參數如下)

底盒(he)(he)利用190mm×145mm的(de)開模有機透(tou)明(ming)塑料底盒(he)(he),模塊面(mian)(mian)板采用印制電路板PCB工(gong)藝(yi),可(ke)以直(zhi)觀看(kan)到(dao)器件的(de)實物及相關的(de)原理介紹。對于(yu)易損(sun)器件安裝在面(mian)(mian)板背面(mian)(mian),透(tou)過透(tou)明(ming)底盒(he)(he)能(neng)夠(gou)看(kan)到(dao)器件實物,方(fang)便感性認識、檢測(ce)測(ce)試,同時也能(neng)防止(zhi)器件的(de)損(sun)傷。
構(gou)成(cheng)六(liu)個(ge)空間,各用為(wei)圖(tu)例標(biao)識區、識讀關鍵區及看法判斷區。
圖(tu)例標(biao)(biao)(biao)識(shi)區:展(zhan)出(chu)確定電(dian)容(rong)、可以調(diao)整電(dian)容(rong)、熱敏電(dian)容(rong)的附號及(ji)電(dian)容(rong)的標(biao)(biao)(biao)識(shi)工藝(直標(biao)(biao)(biao)法(fa)、圖(tu)片文(wen)字附號法(fa),數標(biao)(biao)(biao)法(fa),色環法(fa))。
識讀(du)重點區:展示出(chu)板(ban)色環標(biao)符的(de)規范(fan)及七種顏色環標(biao)符的(de)代表英文含義,提(ti)高四(si)環電容器、五(wu)環電容器、貼片(pian)電容器的(de)舉例詳細解(jie)讀(du)。提(ti)高了使(shi)用的(de)排阻標(biao)符及產(chan)品展示出(chu)板(ban),更方便(bian)感性(xing)的(de)認知。

(三)所用(yong)電容(rong)器讀書(shu)接(jie)口
底盒用到(dao)(dao)190mm×145mm的開(kai)模有機(ji)透(tou)明塑料底盒,模塊面板采用印制電(dian)路板PCB工藝,可(ke)以(yi)直觀看到(dao)(dao)器(qi)件(jian)的實物(wu)及相關(guan)的原理(li)介紹。對于(yu)易損(sun)器(qi)件(jian)安裝在面板背面,透(tou)過透(tou)明底盒能(neng)夠(gou)看到(dao)(dao)器(qi)件(jian)實物(wu),方便感(gan)性認(ren)識、檢測測試(shi),同時(shi)也能(neng)防止器(qi)件(jian)的損(sun)傷。
分二(er)個部(bu)分,分別是為圖例表(biao)識(shi)區、識(shi)讀事(shi)項區及認知(zhi)能力加測區。
