一、 闡述

本實(shi)踐(jian)器(qi)是按照其職業(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)教育學校變(bian)革和(he)發(fa)展趨勢的(de)(de)(de)(de)想(xiang)要而研制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)開發(fa)的(de)(de)(de)(de)。該實(shi)踐(jian)器(qi)涵(han)蓋(gai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)拖動裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)設(she)備(bei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)推(tui)流(liu)體力學,學習(xi)交流(liu)和(he)直流(liu)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)驅動力的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)拖動、常普遍(bian)血壓(ya)(ya)低壓(ya)(ya)高(gao)家(jia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)及(ji)(ji)主(zhu)要性(xing)抑(yi)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)方式(shi)、橋式(shi)起重設(she)備(bei)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)抑(yi)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)及(ji)(ji)繼家(jia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)抑(yi)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)設(she)備(bei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)規劃等(deng)內(nei)容,一(yi)同(tong)新(xin)增了(le)根據PLC及(ji)(ji)定(ding)頻器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)三(san)相(xiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)主(zhu)要性(xing)抑(yi)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)方式(shi),或是常普遍(bian)數控機(ji)(ji)(ji)床(chuang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)抑(yi)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。該實(shi)踐(jian)器(qi)可比較適合于(yu)自(zi)動式(shi)化技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)與(yu)機(ji)(ji)(ji)械設(she)備(bei)內(nei)置(zhi)式(shi)化技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)開的(de)(de)(de)(de)《高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)三(san)相(xiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)及(ji)(ji)拖動根基(ji)》、《制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)廠(chang)繼家(jia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)接觸抑(yi)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)》、《PLC工作原理及(ji)(ji)應用(yong)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)》、《定(ding)頻調速器(qi)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)》等(deng)英語課程的(de)(de)(de)(de)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)訓練課。

二、 裝置優缺點

1. 用(yong)到吊墜結構(gou)設(she)計,配合便捷、可同(tong)時調整實踐教學(xue)模(mo)塊多實踐教學(xue)資源,以(yi)及(ji)再次開發管理及(ji)特點擴大(da)。

2. 培(pei)訓(xun)裝(zhuang)置由(you)電源開關把控(kong)屏、培(pei)訓(xun)桌、培(pei)訓(xun)模塊、伺服(fu)三相(xiang)電機(ji)、伺服(fu)三相(xiang)電機(ji)導軌(gui)及(ji)培(pei)訓(xun)電纜線等成(cheng)分。

3. 面對因為PLC及變頻式器的(de)電器設備(bei)保持(chi)實(shi)踐工(gong)作,才能配合MCGS組態手(shou)機軟件與算起機實(shi)現通訊網絡把(ba)控實(shi)踐裝置的(de)進行情形,越來(lai)越貼(tie)進化學工(gong)業現場。

4. 培訓設(she)施包函(han)了部位(wei)三相交流接觸(chu)器(qi)學耐壓(ya)及(ji)因此三相交流接觸(chu)器(qi)拖動(dong)及(ji)掌(zhang)控的培訓內容,使(shi)學習并能(neng)介(jie)紹核(he)心的實際知識(shi)與既能(neng)及(ji)熟練知道(dao)知道(dao)工作既能(neng)。

6.GDK28 交(jiao)流變頻(pin)式器 合理(li)配置(zhi)日本隊三(san)菱數控系(xi)統的FR-D740-0.75K-CHT交(jiao)流變頻(pin)式器這臺(帶BOP操作流程調整蓋板)、1K電位差器個(ge)。
