本培(pei)訓系統性是種關鍵的(de)FMS柔性生產培(pei)訓整(zheng)體的(de),它由(you)裝(zhuang)料模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)、驗測(ce)分檢模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)、打包模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)、車方機手工(gong)加工(gong)模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)、圖相清理模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)、刷卡機人裝(zhuang)配(pei)圖模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)、方形碼(ma)辨(bian)別模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)、物流產業倉(cang)配(pei)模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)結構類(lei)(lei)型,搭配(pei)直流變(bian)頻空調調節(jie)板鏈(lian)式網絡(luo)傳(chuan)輸線具有弧形研發線。所述學校均裝(zhuang)在實業鋁合金手機桌上(shang)面,整(zheng)體的(de)中的(de)機械設(she)備制造(zao)結構類(lei)(lei)型、電器設(she)備調整(zheng)二次回路、完(wan)成(cheng)學校徹底經濟(ji)獨立,所采用實業原則件設(she)計。
的(de)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)軟件主(zhu)站(zhan)利用simensS7-300(CPU315-2DP),從(cong)(cong)站(zhan)采用西門子S7-200(CPU224),各站(zhan)之間使用ProfiBus-DP數(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)總線對其進行通(tong)迅(xun),S7-200從(cong)(cong)站(zhan)主(zhu)要用于控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)與驅動(dong)設(she)備層(ceng),并對現場反(fan)饋的(de)信號進行采集,S7-300主(zhu)站(zhan)終(zhong)端采集各從(cong)(cong)站(zhan)動(dong)態(tai)統(tong)計數(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju),相(xiang)互(hu)配(pei)合(he)各站(zhan)操(cao)作(zuo),并且為PLC的(de)攝像頭監控(kong)執行程序提供統(tong)計數(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)動(dong)態(tai)統(tong)計數(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju),并且操(cao)作(zuo)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)還可配(pei)工(gong)業(ye)生產以太網通(tong)迅(xun)模(mo)組和10.4英寸彩色工(gong)業(ye)觸摸(mo)屏,可以完(wan)成(cheng)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)網絡的(de)集成(cheng)。
