本實踐設計(ji)是一(yi)個種典范(fan)的(de)FMS柔性(xing)生產培訓機系統(tong)軟件,它由送料單(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)、測量快遞分揀單(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)、幫運(yun)單(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)、數銑(xian)加(jia)工(gong)制(zhi)作單(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)、圖(tu)形操(cao)作單(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)、設備(bei)設備(bei)人(ren)加(jia)裝單(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)、條狀碼設別單(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)、運(yun)輸(shu)倉庫單(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)組建,備(bei)有(you)調頻變頻調速板鏈式(shi)輸(shu)送線組成部分環(huan)型生育線。據此學校均重(zhong)新安裝在輕工(gong)業生產新材(cai)料桌(zhuo)面圖(tu)標上,機系統(tong)軟件中(zhong)的(de)設備(bei)型式(shi)、電(dian)器設定控(kong)制(zhi)電(dian)路、下(xia)達學校充分獨有(you),主要包括輕工(gong)業生產規格件設計(ji)的(de)。
保持設(she)(she)備主站(zhan)進(jin)行西(xi)門(men)(men)子(zi)系(xi)統S7-300(CPU315-2DP),從站(zhan)采(cai)用(yong)西(xi)門(men)(men)子(zi)S7-200(CPU224),各(ge)(ge)站(zhan)之間使用(yong)ProfiBus-DP傳輸線(xian)確定無線(xian)通訊,S7-200從站(zhan)主要(yao)用(yong)于控制(zhi)與驅(qu)動設(she)(she)備層,并對現(xian)場反(fan)饋(kui)的(de)信號(hao)進(jin)行采(cai)集,S7-300主站(zhan)獲取各(ge)(ge)從站(zhan)信息(xi)源(yuan),融合各(ge)(ge)站(zhan)正(zheng)常運行,同心同德PLC的(de)監視(shi)器程度帶來信息(xi)源(yuan),也程序還配用(yong)工藝以太網通迅(xun)功能和10.4英寸彩(cai)色工業觸摸屏,可以完成系(xi)統控制(zhi)網絡的(de)集成。
該(gai)體系性有(you)電(dian)腦pc單(dan)機(ji)、聯機(ji)二類辦公方式。在電(dian)腦pc單(dan)機(ji)傳(chuan)統格局(ju)下,各從站(zhan)(zhan)獨力自主(zhu)電(dian)腦運(yun)行,站(zhan)(zhan)間不統計資(zi)料(liao)報(bao)告傳(chuan)遞(di),教(jiao)員可(ke)展開(kai)外鏈接法動(dong)(dong)(dong)用,動(dong)(dong)(dong)用S7-200專屬PPI電(dian)纜電(dian)線(xian)或ProfiBus傳(chuan)輸線(xian)將書寫過程資(zi)源下載到PLC中,并(bing)攝(she)像(xiang)頭網(wang)(wang)絡監控器過程自主(zhu)電(dian)腦運(yun)行,在聯機(ji)傳(chuan)統格局(ju)下,體系性各從站(zhan)(zhan)同一辦公,零件(jian)先后(hou)展開(kai)放料(liao)、的(de)查(cha)重分(fen)檢、生產(chan)加工(gong)制造、畫面的(de)查(cha)重、POS機(ji)人自主(zhu)轉(zhuan)配、貼標簽、條狀(zhuang)碼辨(bian)別的(de)、出(chu)庫及(ji)裝卸貨物等(deng)動(dong)(dong)(dong)用,各站(zhan)(zhan)間完成(cheng)ProfiBus當(dang)場(chang)傳(chuan)輸線(xian)展開(kai)通信(xin)網(wang)(wang)絡,在主(zhu)站(zhan)(zhan)的(de)把控下做到相應的(de)的(de)互(hu)鎖、統計資(zi)料(liao)報(bao)告傳(chuan)遞(di)動(dong)(dong)(dong)用,體系性中的(de)上位工(gong)業自動(dong)(dong)(dong)化機(ji)動(dong)(dong)(dong)用WinCC組態(tai)攝(she)像(xiang)頭網(wang)(wang)絡監控器免(mian)費(fei)軟件(jian),對當(dang)場(chang)的(de)技術(shu)設備加工(gong)實力展開(kai)gif動(dong)(dong)(dong)態(tai)實時網(wang)(wang)絡監控攝(she)像(xiang)頭網(wang)(wang)絡監控器。
軟(ruan)文(wen)(wen)工業園現場圖體系化總(zong)線(xian)和規定的電(dian)氣開(kai)關接(jie)頭,支技(ji)RS232、RS485、PPI、MPI、PROFIBUS-DP、TCP/IP很多重通信網絡方式。軟(ruan)文(wen)(wen)具備條(tiao)件(jian)很多重組(zu)態(tai)軟(ruan)文(wen)(wen)、源程序軟(ruan)文(wen)(wen)、安全操作(zuo)方法(fa)(fa)(fa)軟(ruan)文(wen)(wen)功能性,如STEP7、OPC、WINCC計(ji)算方式組(zu)態(tai)、人與機器交換和MES產量安全操作(zuo)方法(fa)(fa)(fa)軟(ruan)文(wen)(wen)軟(ruan)文(wen)(wen)等,為不(bu)方便教學課還備有PLC模擬(ni)仿真(zhen)(zhen)模型(xing)、自動模擬(ni)仿真(zhen)(zhen)模型(xing)、多網絡新(xin)聞(wen)診室光(guang)電(dian)子(zi)安全操作(zuo)方法(fa)(fa)(fa)等軟(ruan)文(wen)(wen)。
