光伏發電實訓裝置系統主要由光伏供電裝置、光伏供電系統、逆變與負載系統、監控系統四個部分組成。

1、 光伏發電供氣提升裝置

2、光伏機系統供電機系統機系統

(1)、太陽能光伏供電設備機系統的構造

太陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)光(guang)(guang)伏系(xi)(xi)統(tong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)發(fa)電(dian)供(gong)水軟(ruan)件(jian)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)重(zhong)要由太陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)光(guang)(guang)伏系(xi)(xi)統(tong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)發(fa)電(dian)電(dian)壓調整第(di)一(yi)(yi)單(dan)元尺(chi)寸(cun)(cun)測(ce)試、太陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)光(guang)(guang)伏系(xi)(xi)統(tong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)發(fa)電(dian)工作輸出呈(cheng)現第(di)一(yi)(yi)單(dan)元尺(chi)寸(cun)(cun)測(ce)試、觸屏(ping)屏(ping)、太陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)光(guang)(guang)伏系(xi)(xi)統(tong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)發(fa)電(dian)供(gong)水調整第(di)一(yi)(yi)單(dan)元尺(chi)寸(cun)(cun)測(ce)試、ARM操縱單元(yuan)測試卷、插口單元(yuan)測試卷、西(xi)門子系統S7-200PLC、繼電(dian)器(qi)組(zu)、接線排、蓄電(dian)池(chi)組(zu)、可調(diao)電(dian)阻、斷路(lu)器(qi)、12V開關電(dian)源、網孔架等組(zu)成。

(2)、控制(zhi)方式

光伏系統(tong)24v電源(yuan)(yuan)調節(jie)機組主要是由萬能斷路(lu)器、+24V開(kai)關(guan)電源(yuan)(yuan)、AC220V電源(yuan)(yuan)插座、指示(shi)燈、接線端(duan)子(zi)DT1和DT2等組成(cheng)。

光伏發電(dian)輸入輸出提示象限(xian)通常由(you)交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)電(dian)端(duan)(duan)電(dian)壓交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)電(dian)端(duan)(duan)電(dian)壓表、交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)電(dian)端(duan)(duan)電(dian)壓端(duan)(duan)電(dian)壓表、接線兩端(duan)(duan)絕緣端(duan)(duan)子DT3和DT4等(deng)組成(cheng)。

光伏發電(dian)用電(dian)調控機組基本由(you)抉擇圖(tu)標(biao)、急停圖(tu)標(biao)、帶燈(deng)圖(tu)標(biao)、接線方法端子DT5、DT6和DT7等組成。

(3)、充、充放電(dian)控(kong)制機組測試卷和usb接口機組測試卷

汽(qi)車(che)(che)蓄電池組的電動車(che)(che)續航(hang)時候及電動車(che)(che)續航(hang)保護性由ARM抑制(zhi)單元、插孔單元及應用程序進(jin)行,電(dian)池組板的(de)自(zi)放(fang)電(dian)保護由ARM調控(kong)第一(yi)標(biao)段、接口類(lei)型(xing)第一(yi)標(biao)段及(ji)接觸器開關搞定(ding),當蓄電池(chi)釋(shi)放(fang)電能電流(liu)電壓少于規(gui)定(ding)標(biao)準值,ARM把(ba)握單元測(ce)試(shi)輸送訊號能夠斷(duan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜上班,斷(duan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜常閉(bi)觸點開關(guan)斷(duan)掉,剪斷(duan)蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)板(ban)的充(chong)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路開關(guan)。

該機組制(zhi)定還有一個套蓄容量(liang)電芯(xin)充(chong)(chong)、尖(jian)端(duan)充(chong)(chong)放方法及(ji)虛(xu)擬(ni)機系統,正常值(zhi)進行時遵照制(zhi)定技術參(can)數對蓄容量(liang)電芯(xin)開始(shi)能充(chong)(chong)電器和尖(jian)端(duan)充(chong)(chong)放,必須要人(ren)力調(diao)查(cha);虛(xu)擬(ni)進行時,蓄容量(liang)電芯(xin)和光(guang)容量(liang)電芯(xin)各作(zuo)業(ye)點所需(xu)人(ren)工(gong)機械(xie)制(zhi)定,每制(zhi)定結束本身作(zuo)業(ye)形式后可在APP表層檢查(cha)能充(chong)(chong)電器及(ji)尖(jian)端(duan)充(chong)(chong)放的進行步驟,以達到太陽能發電充(chong)(chong)、尖(jian)端(duan)充(chong)(chong)放虛(xu)擬(ni)逼真進行實驗(yan)的目的意義。

2、逆變與過載系統化

(1)、逆(ni)變與負載系統(tong)的組(zu)成

逆變(bian)與環境下設(she)計(ji)一般(ban)由逆變(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)源(yuan)(yuan)操作象(xiang)(xiang)限、逆變(bian)打印輸(shu)出(chu)現示象(xiang)(xiang)限、直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)、直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)技術參(can)數測量模組電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)、變(bian)頻式器(qi)(qi)、三(san)相電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)溝通(tong)伺服(fu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機、熒光(guang)管演出(chu)舞(wu)小臺led燈光(guang)模組電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)、警戒燈、插頭接線處排、萬能斷路器(qi)(qi)、網孔架(jia)等(deng)主(zhu)成(cheng)。

①逆變配電源有效控制單元式

逆(ni)變配電源(yuan)掌握單無首(shou)要由萬能斷路(lu)器、+24V開(kai)關電源(yuan)、AC220V電源(yuan)插座、指示燈、接線端子DT14和DT15等組成。

②逆變所在現示單位

逆變所在(zai)界面顯示模塊重要由聯(lian)絡瞬時電(dian)流表(biao)、聯(lian)絡電(dian)流表(biao)、接(jie)法(fa)接(jie)插件DT16和DT17等組成。

(2)、逆變器

電(dian)流(liu)(liu)24v電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)適配器(qi)(qi)是將舒張(zhang)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)24v電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)適配器(qi)(qi)更(geng)換(huan)成直流(liu)(liu)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)交流(liu)(liu)會24v電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)適配器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)裝(zhuang)置(zhi),電(dian)流(liu)(liu)24v電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)適配器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)玩(wan)法(fa)非常多, 各(ge)自(zi)的(de)(de)具體(ti)(ti)工作原理、工作過程不盡相同(tong)。本實訓裝(zhuang)置(zhi)使用(yong)的(de)(de)逆變(bian)器(qi)(qi)由DC-DC升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)PWM控制芯(xin)片(pian)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)、驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)+升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)功率MOS管單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)、升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)、SPWM芯(xin)片(pian)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)、高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)芯(xin)片(pian)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)、全橋逆變(bian)功率MOS管單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)、LC濾波器(qi)(qi)組成。逆(ni)變的業務工(gong)作是(shi)將蓄動力電池的12V直流電通過DC-DC和(he)DC-AC變換,轉(zhuan)變成正弦波220/50Hz的純(chun)正(zheng)弦交流電波交流活動電。

3、監控器軟件系統

(1)、監控系統組成(cheng)

把控圖片(pian)軟(ruan)文主要的由(you)成(cheng)移動教學一(yi)體機、數字(zi)鍵盤、無線(xian)(xian)鼠標、插(cha)頭接線(xian)(xian)處排、電源線(xian)(xian)插(cha)頭、通信設(she)計(ji)線(xian)(xian)、微軟(ruan)控制圖片(pian)軟(ruan)文圖片(pian)軟(ruan)文、力控組態圖片(pian)軟(ruan)文構(gou)造。

(2)、監控系統功能(neng)

1)微波通信

監督模式(shi)與把握器、PLC、儀表進行通信。

2)菜單欄

①監管機模(mo)式(shi)都具有主(zhu)網(wang)頁,光(guang)伏系(xi)統發電供電局機模(mo)式(shi)網(wang)頁,逆變與根(gen)據(ju)機模(mo)式(shi)網(wang)頁,光(guang)伏系(xi)統發電人體脂肪改換網(wang)頁,不同表示各(ge)種的啟用工作(zuo)狀態基本參數。

②光伏(fu)發電(dian)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)化(hua)供電(dian)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)化(hua)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)化(hua)介面配置(zhi)相應的的按鈕開關,保證(zheng) 光伏(fu)發電(dian)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)化(hua)電(dian)池箱方(fang)陣自(zi)己(ji)定位跟蹤(zong)。

③擁有(you)光伏(fu)太(tai)陽能軟件系統電(dian)(dian)站搜(sou)集會計財務(wu)(wu)報表(biao),的(de)(de)記錄光伏(fu)太(tai)陽能軟件系統導出線電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)值、直流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)值;逆變與載荷軟件系統的(de)(de)逆變導出線電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)值、直流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)值、瓦數(shu)(shu)等數(shu)(shu)據源(yuan)報告(gao)并(bing)打印出數(shu)(shu)據源(yuan)報告(gao)會計財務(wu)(wu)報表(biao)。
