光伏發電實訓裝置系統主要由光伏供電裝置、光伏供電系統、逆變與負載系統、監控系統四個部分組成。

1、 光伏系統用電裝置設備

(2)、控制(zhi)方式(shi)

光伏(fu)太(tai)陽(yang)能24v電源管理單園大(da)部分(fen)由低壓斷(duan)路器(qi)、+24V開關(guan)電源、AC220V電源插(cha)座、指示燈(deng)、接線端子DT1和(he)DT2等組(zu)成。

光(guang)伏(fu)發電導(dao)出表(biao)(biao)示模快主(zhu)要由直(zhi)流電阻(zu)(zu)(zu)值電直(zhi)流電阻(zu)(zu)(zu)值電阻(zu)(zu)(zu)值表(biao)(biao)、直(zhi)流電阻(zu)(zu)(zu)值電電阻(zu)(zu)(zu)值表(biao)(biao)、接線柱絕緣端(duan)子排DT3和(he)DT4等組成(cheng)。

太陽能發電供電公(gong)司把握摸塊主要由抉擇控(kong)制開關、急(ji)停功能鍵、帶燈功能鍵、布線(xian)端子排DT5、DT6和DT7等組成(cheng)。

(3)、充、電池充電把控機(ji)組和模塊機(ji)組

蓄電池的充值歷程(cheng)及充值保護區由ARM把握單位、usb接口單位及流程做好,蓄電(dian)芯(xin)的釋放電(dian)能(neng)呵護由ARM把控(kong)好模快、音(yin)頻接口(kou)模快及繼電商做(zuo)好,當(dang)鉛(qian)酸蓄電池充電釋(shi)放線電壓降到規定標準(zhun)值(zhi),ARM的(de)控(kong)制單位(wei)打印輸出(chu)網絡信號帶動(dong)繼(ji)家(jia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)崗位(wei),繼(ji)家(jia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)常閉大電(dian)(dian)(dian)流繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器段(duan)開,切段(duan)蓄鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)充(chong)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)雙(shuang)回路(lu)。

2、逆變(bian)與(yu)負荷模式

(1)、逆(ni)變與負載系統的組成

逆變(bian)電(dian)器(qi)源掌控單元(yuan)測試(shi)核心(xin)由塑殼斷路器(qi)、+24V開(kai)關電(dian)源、AC220V電(dian)源插座、指示燈(deng)、接線端子DT14和DT15等組成。

②逆變的輸出信息顯示象限

逆變輸出直流電壓屏幕上(shang)顯示模塊具體由交換互動交流電表(biao)、交換直流電壓表(biao)、接電源接線鼻(bi)子DT16和DT17等組成。

(2)、逆變器

逆(ni)(ni)變(bian)外(wai)(wai)接(jie)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)是(shi)將低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)證(zheng)書直(zhi)流(liu)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)外(wai)(wai)接(jie)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)改換(huan)成(cheng)(cheng)直(zhi)流(liu)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)互動外(wai)(wai)接(jie)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的控制系統,逆(ni)(ni)變(bian)外(wai)(wai)接(jie)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的類別(bie)無數, 各自的具體工作原(yuan)理(li)、工作過程不盡相同。本實訓(xun)裝置使(shi)用的逆(ni)(ni)變(bian)器(qi)由DC-DC升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)PWM控制芯片單元(yuan)、驅動+升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)功率MOS管單元(yuan)、升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)、SPWM芯片單元(yuan)、高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)驅動芯片單元(yuan)、全橋逆(ni)(ni)變(bian)功率MOS管單元(yuan)、LC濾(lv)波器(qi)組成(cheng)(cheng)。逆變的操作過程中 是將蓄(xu)鋰電池的12V直流電通過DC-DC和(he)DC-AC變換,轉變成(cheng)正弦波220/50Hz的純正弦(xian)交(jiao)流電波討論(lun)電(dian)。

3、監視平臺

(1)、監控系統組成
