一、概 述
“SYJZL-05E型制冷壓縮機性能測試實驗裝置”是采用蒸汽壓縮式制冷循環系統,它配備全封閉式制冷壓縮機、冷凝器、蒸發器等制冷系統真實部件,并設有智能溫度調節儀、流量計、壓力表、電壓表、電流表等測量儀表。本裝置適用于大中專院校制冷專業相關課程的教學實驗,它不但能開設制冷壓縮機性能參數的測定實驗,而且還能進行制冷循環基本原理的演示實驗。
二、提升裝置特征
1. 本試(shi)(shi)驗性(xing)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)依據新國際(ji)標(biao)淮GB/T 5773-2004體(ti)積式(shi)空調(diao)制冷(leng)劑再(zai)冰箱壓縮機(ji)耐磨性(xing)試(shi)(shi)驗性(xing)具體(ti)方法確立,以“冷(leng)疑器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)液態物質載冷(leng)劑循(xun)環法法”相結合要檢測,以“散熱(re)(re)冷(leng)疑器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)量(liang)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)法”對(dui)于輔助檢測。 2. 防護(hu)(hu)呵(he)護(hu)(hu):開設(she)直流電壓型漏電呵(he)護(hu)(hu)、電流量(liang)型漏電呵(he)護(hu)(hu)、過(guo)流呵(he)護(hu)(hu)、過(guo)載自我(wo)保護(hu)(hu)的(de)呵(he)護(hu)(hu)、接地整體(ti)呵(he)護(hu)(hu)。 3. 使用(yong)1匹空調(diao)制冷(leng)劑空氣能,冷(leng)疑器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)和冷(leng)疑器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)均為殼管式(shi)水熱(re)(re)交換(huan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),整體(ti)成分緊湊型、布置(zhi)節省,時尚造型自然畢(bi)節。

四、最基本系統配置
1. 調整屏 選用雙層線路亞光(guang)密紋噴塑格局,造型門刺(ci)激。最頂(ding)層流(liu)程(cheng)制(zhi)冰(bing)(bing)設備,可正(zheng)確性展示板制(zhi)冰(bing)(bing)設備格局;正(zheng)反面可設開關電源(yuan)調整及(ji)在測量智能儀表模塊板。底下存有五個帶汽(qi)車(che)剎車(che)的(de)腳輪,方便于(yu)移動手機和固定好。
2. 交換信(xin)息(xi)24v電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)模(mo)(mo)(mo)塊 單相電(dian)(dian)二(er)線220V交換信(xin)息(xi)24v電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)模(mo)(mo)(mo)塊供電(dian)(dian)系統,經漏電(dian)(dian)維護器,用啟、停電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)開關操縱(zong)總24v電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)模(mo)(mo)(mo)塊。
3. 制(zhi)冷設(she)備裝置 構成(cheng)1匹全半封閉壓縮成(cheng)機、臥試殼管式(shi)(shi)空氣冷卻器(qi)、視液鏡、干(gan)(gan)熱過濾(lv)水器(qi)、人工節流閥、儲液器(qi)和干(gan)(gan)井(jing)式(shi)(shi)多效冷凝器(qi)。
