高壓電機拖動及把(ba)控枝術實踐儀器

一、 簡要

本培訓(xun)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)設(she)備(bei)(bei)是不同(tong)(tong)專(zhuan)注學(xue)校(xiao)變革和進(jin)展的(de)需用而工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)化生產的(de)。該培訓(xun)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)設(she)備(bei)(bei)包括電(dian)(dian)(dian)業(ye)(ye)拖(tuo)動操作(zuo)傳動裝(zhuang)置(zhi)的(de)和動測力(li),互動交(jiao)流(liu)和直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)自行為(wei)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)業(ye)(ye)拖(tuo)動、適合(he)(he)低(di)壓(ya)低(di)小家(jia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)及(ji)(ji)條件掌(zhang)控(kong)(kong)(kong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜線、橋式塔吊機(ji)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣開(kai)關掌(zhang)控(kong)(kong)(kong)及(ji)(ji)繼小家(jia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)掌(zhang)控(kong)(kong)(kong)操作(zuo)傳動裝(zhuang)置(zhi)的(de)設(she)計等內容(rong),一同(tong)(tong)曾加了(le)鑒于PLC及(ji)(ji)交(jiao)流(liu)直流(liu)變頻(pin)的(de)同(tong)(tong)步交(jiao)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動機(ji)條件掌(zhang)控(kong)(kong)(kong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜線,包括適合(he)(he)數控(kong)(kong)(kong)加工(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong)心的(de)掌(zhang)控(kong)(kong)(kong)。該培訓(xun)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)設(she)備(bei)(bei)適合(he)(he)于自行化專(zhuan)注與機(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程整體化專(zhuan)注開(kai)張(zhang)的(de)《同(tong)(tong)步交(jiao)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動機(ji)及(ji)(ji)拖(tuo)動條件》、《廠子繼小家(jia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)碰到掌(zhang)控(kong)(kong)(kong)》、《PLC關鍵新(xin)技術工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝及(ji)(ji)選(xuan)用新(xin)技術工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝》、《交(jiao)流(liu)直流(liu)變頻(pin)調速器(qi)新(xin)技術工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝》等學(xue)科的(de)既能培養。

二、 裝制特性

1. 使用吊墜結構(gou)設(she)計,配合便捷、可(ke)符合各(ge)種(zhong)改(gai)進(jin)培(pei)(pei)訓零件延(yan)長(chang)培(pei)(pei)訓游戲(xi)內容,有助重(zhong)新研發及特點初始化。

2. 實(shi)踐(jian)教(jiao)學部件(jian)(jian)由交流(liu)電(dian)源把握屏、實(shi)踐(jian)教(jiao)學桌、實(shi)踐(jian)教(jiao)學控件(jian)(jian)、電(dian)動機、電(dian)動機導軌及實(shi)踐(jian)教(jiao)學電(dian)纜線等組建。

3. 對待(dai)應(ying)用(yong)場景PLC及變頻(pin)式器的電力(li)控住培(pei)訓(xun)項(xiang)目,才能緊密(mi)聯系MCGS組態工(gong)具與確定機采取數(shu)據通信視頻(pin)監(jian)控培(pei)訓(xun)安(an)裝的自動運行方式,進一步靠(kao)攏工(gong)業(ye)化(hua)場所。

4. 培訓裝置(zhi)設備(bei)涉(she)及了(le)要素高壓(ya)(ya)主軸電機學檢(jian)驗及每個高壓(ya)(ya)主軸電機拖動及操縱的培訓產品(pin),使幼兒(er)可能詳細了(le)解最(zui)基(ji)本的認識論知識儲備(bei)及熟練掌控掌控操作方法水平(ping)。

(一)GDQ01電(dian)源適配(pei)器把握屏(鐵質雙層(ceng)玻璃亞光密紋(wen)噴(pen)塑組成,鋁質后蓋板)

1.溝(gou)(gou)(gou)通主機(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)組成部分 能(neng)提供380V0~450V可(ke)(ke)控(kong)(kong)(kong)溝(gou)(gou)(gou)通主機(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian),一起可(ke)(ke)知到單相電(dian)(dian)(dian)0~250V可(ke)(ke)控(kong)(kong)(kong)的(de)(de)(de)溝(gou)(gou)(gou)通主機(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian),配(pei)帶(dai)(dai)一套380V同軸聯調(diao)(diao)自耦(ou)調(diao)(diao)壓器(qi)(要求:1.5kVA、0~450V)。可(ke)(ke)控(kong)(kong)(kong)溝(gou)(gou)(gou)通主機(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)(de)讀取處可(ke)(ke)設過(guo)流(liu)守(shou)(shou)護配(pei)置,當紅黃(huang)、線間過(guo)直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)及間接擊穿均能(neng)系統自動守(shou)(shou)護,克服(fu)害怕了置換商業(ye)保(bao)險絲(si)創(chuang)造(zao)的(de)(de)(de)不便,并含(han)有過(guo)流(liu)光(guang)控(kong)(kong)(kong)告警(jing)。調(diao)(diao)整屏的(de)(de)(de)送電(dian)(dian)(dian)由啟(qi)、停快(kuai)捷(jie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)開(kai)關(guan)去調(diao)(diao)整,含(han)有漏電(dian)(dian)(dian)光(guang)控(kong)(kong)(kong)告警(jing)、過(guo)壓守(shou)(shou)護、過(guo)流(liu)守(shou)(shou)護等實用功(gong)能(neng),一起配(pei)帶(dai)(dai)一直急(ji)停快(kuai)捷(jie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)開(kai)關(guan),以及鋸斷(duan)主機(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian),還配(pei)帶(dai)(dai)一直表針(zhen)式溝(gou)(gou)(gou)通電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)值電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)表,進行添加和準換電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)開(kai)關(guan),可(ke)(ke)利于地標識(shi)380V國(guo)家電(dian)(dian)(dian)網放入和380V調(diao)(diao)壓的(de)(de)(de)讀取的(de)(de)(de)企(qi)業(ye)每一個相的(de)(de)(de)線電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)值電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)。

4.信息(xi)源(yuan)的(de)部分 保證0~10V的(de)恒壓源(yuan)沿(yan)途(tu)路,4~20mA的(de)恒流源(yuan)沿(yan)途(tu)路,可便(bian)于地完整調頻器(qi)變(bian)速實踐(jian)教學,6.3V溝通電(dian)壓沿(yan)途(tu)路,看作(zuo)數控磨床信息(xi)指(zhi)示(shi)器(qi)燈的(de)電(dian)壓。

5.駐(zhu)車(che)制(zhi)動(dong)踏(ta)板內阻 供給(gei)駐(zhu)車(che)制(zhi)動(dong)踏(ta)板內阻10Ω/25W二只,180Ω/25W三只。

(二)GDQ02實(shi)踐(jian)桌(zhuo)(zhuo) 實(shi)踐(jian)桌(zhuo)(zhuo)為鐵質(zhi)三(san)層亞(ya)光密紋噴塑成分,桌(zhuo)(zhuo)子為防腐、放水、耐磨性高(gao)強度板,成分更加堅固,外(wai)形似長方體(ti)全(quan)封式成分,手機桌(zhuo)(zhuo)聯體(ti)結構(gou)設計,時尚造型形象美觀普定;不設一(yi)種抽屜柜(ju)使(shi)(shi)用在(zai)保存平(ping)臺(tai)(tai)、存儲基本資料等。桌(zhuo)(zhuo)子使(shi)(shi)用在(zai)使(shi)(shi)用外(wai)接(jie)電源把(ba)握屏并提供了一(yi)種寬敞明(ming)亮(liang)舒適度高(gao)的工(gong)做面盆臺(tai)(tai)。實(shi)踐(jian)桌(zhuo)(zhuo)底(di)存有3個橡膠輪,方便(bian)走動。

5.GDQ41 PLC可編學(xue)習管(guan)控(kong)(kong)器(qi) 配(pei)齊韓(han)國國西門(men)子的FX2N-48MR型可編學(xue)習管(guan)控(kong)(kong)器(qi)臺式冷水機單(dan)臺,可配(pei)模擬(ni)系統(tong)量功(gong)能FX0N-3A單(dan)臺,電(dian)力(li)功(gong)能FX2N-485BD1塊,服務設施韓(han)國國西門(men)子代碼(ma)學(xue)習電(dian)覽(普通用戶待選購FX-20P—E型拿著代碼(ma)學(xue)習器(qi))。帶來了實踐(jian)需用的DC 24V交流電(dian)電(dian)原(yuan)適(shi)配(pei)器(qi)。開設過(guo)壓保(bao)養(yang)(yang)控(kong)(kong)制電(dian)路,對臺式冷水機參(can)與過(guo)壓保(bao)養(yang)(yang),使(shi)臺式冷水機不是(shi)因為承受力(li)過(guo)高的電(dian)原(yuan)適(shi)配(pei)器(qi)線電(dian)壓而致(zhi)使(shi)丟失。

6.GDK28 直(zhi)流定頻(pin)空調器(qi) 配發印度三菱(ling)數(shu)控(kong)系統的FR-D740-0.75K-CHT直(zhi)流定頻(pin)空調器(qi)1個(帶BOP使用抑制開關(guan)按鈕(niu))、1K電(dian)極電(dian)阻(zu)器(qi)1個。
