一、 闡述

本培(pei)訓試(shi)驗(yan)配(pei)置是表明新職業培(pei)養改變和(he)發(fa)展前(qian)景的(de)(de)(de)(de)要而(er)開發(fa)的(de)(de)(de)(de)。該(gai)培(pei)訓試(shi)驗(yan)配(pei)置還(huan)包(bao)括組合(he)件(jian)(jian)拖動(dong)(dong)軟件(jian)(jian)系(xi)統的(de)(de)(de)(de)運轉學,交(jiao)換和(he)直流(liu)電(dian)電(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)組合(he)件(jian)(jian)拖動(dong)(dong)、適(shi)宜壓差大電(dian)子(zi)產品(pin)及(ji)根(gen)(gen)本把(ba)握(wo)電(dian)路設計的(de)(de)(de)(de)、橋式(shi)塔吊機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)組合(he)件(jian)(jian)把(ba)握(wo)及(ji)繼(ji)電(dian)子(zi)產品(pin)把(ba)握(wo)軟件(jian)(jian)系(xi)統的(de)(de)(de)(de)設計的(de)(de)(de)(de)等內容(rong),一同增添了軟件(jian)(jian)作(zuo)PLC及(ji)直流(liu)變頻空(kong)調(diao)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)交(jiao)流(liu)學習(xi)器(qi)(qi)根(gen)(gen)本把(ba)握(wo)路線圖,或是適(shi)宜數控加工(gong)中(zhong)心的(de)(de)(de)(de)把(ba)握(wo)。該(gai)培(pei)訓試(shi)驗(yan)配(pei)置適(shi)宜于自主(zhu)化專(zhuan)科(ke)(ke)與機(ji)電(dian)工(gong)程分立式(shi)化專(zhuan)科(ke)(ke)舉辦(ban)的(de)(de)(de)(de)《交(jiao)流(liu)學習(xi)器(qi)(qi)及(ji)拖動(dong)(dong)基(ji)礎理論(lun)》、《車間繼(ji)電(dian)子(zi)產品(pin)學習(xi)把(ba)握(wo)》、《PLC作(zuo)用及(ji)軟件(jian)(jian)技巧(qiao)》、《直流(liu)變頻空(kong)調(diao)變速技巧(qiao)》等課程培(pei)訓的(de)(de)(de)(de)技巧(qiao)訓練課。

二、 系統設計特征

1. 采取掛飾的結構(gou),答(da)配協調性、可不(bu)同就(jiu)要(yao)變更培(pei)訓(xun)部件(jian)增(zeng)高培(pei)訓(xun)內(nei)部,以便分批研發及的功能擴容。

2. 培訓(xun)保護裝置由電(dian)控住屏、培訓(xun)桌、培訓(xun)控件、交流電(dian)動機(ji)的(de)(de)、交流電(dian)動機(ji)的(de)(de)導軌(gui)及培訓(xun)電(dian)纜等組成部(bu)分。

3. 來(lai)說系(xi)統設計(ji)PLC及變頻柜器的電器設備把(ba)控(kong)好實踐工程項目,可能融合(he)MCGS組態(tai)(tai)軟文與求算(suan)機(ji)實施通(tong)訊技術監視器實踐保護裝置的作業睡眠(mian)狀(zhuang)態(tai)(tai),更進(jin)一步融入工藝直(zhi)播。

4. 培訓配置涉(she)及了部件(jian)交流(liu)接觸器學(xue)現場(chang)實驗及其他交流(liu)接觸器拖動及操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)的(de)的(de)培訓建設項目(mu),使學(xue)生黨可以熟知(zhi)主要的(de)方法論基本(ben)知(zhi)識(shi)及得心應手熟悉掌握(wo)操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)的(de)新技能。
