7.電子儀表(單臺(tai))
(1)交流電(dian)壓(ya)表1只(zhi):測(ce)量范圍0~250V,精度(du)1.5級(ji),用于(yu)監測(ce)電(dian)源電(dian)壓(ya)。
(2)交流電流表1只(zhi):測(ce)量范圍0~5A,精度(du)1.5級(ji),用于觀測(ce)系(xi)統啟動電流及正常工作電流。
(3)溫度表1只:采用(yong)PT100傳感(gan)器,三(san)位半數顯,用(yong)波段開關進(jin)行(xing)切(qie)換,可(ke)分別測(ce)量冷凍室溫度、冷藏室溫度、冷凝器進(jin)口及出口溫度。
(4)真(zhen)空壓(ya)力(li)(li)表2只:測(ce)量范(fan)圍為-0.1~0.9MPa、-0.1~1.5MPa,可顯示系統低壓(ya)側(ce)、高(gao)壓(ya)側(ce)的壓(ya)力(li)(li)。
8. 故(gu)障問題(ti)設為組件
(1)實訓(xun)臺設計有自動(dong)故(gu)障排除盒,學(xue)生通(tong)過(guo)對應電氣控制原理圖檢測并找到故(gu)障后,只(zhi)需通(tong)過(guo)操作故(gu)障排除按鈕即可將對應故(gu)障排除。
