一、概 述

 “新生(sheng)物質供(gong)(gong)用(yong)電(dian)能(neng)源轎車(che)電(dian)氣(qi)網上(shang)工(gong)藝根基(ji)專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)培(pei)訓班輸出模塊(kuai)”是共性大(da)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)中(zhong)專(zhuan)學(xue)校設立的(de)《電(dian)氣(qi)網上(shang)工(gong)藝》、《半導體器件變流(liu)工(gong)藝》等(deng)技(ji)術(shu)進行(xing)實(shi)驗專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)培(pei)訓班教學(xue)大(da)綱的(de)規定,配合(he)勞保刊發界(jie)(jie)社刊發界(jie)(jie)的(de)《行(xing)業(ye)(ye)覺(jue)醒(xing)生(sheng)活技(ji)能(neng)招(zhao)(zhao)式(shi)簽別專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)培(pei)訓班數學(xue)教材維護(hu)保養(yang)部水焊(han)(han)工(gong)(初(chu)(chu)中(zhong)級(ji)(ji)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)師)》涉及方(fang)式(shi),而試制的(de)覺(jue)醒(xing)生(sheng)活技(ji)能(neng)招(zhao)(zhao)式(shi)專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)培(pei)訓班器。并且用(yong)做(zuo)為(wei)中(zhong)級(ji)(ji)考(kao)(kao)(kao)試考(kao)(kao)(kao)試、中(zhong)級(ji)(ji)考(kao)(kao)(kao)試維護(hu)保養(yang)部水焊(han)(han)工(gong)、初(chu)(chu)中(zhong)級(ji)(ji)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)師水焊(han)(han)工(gong)、技(ji)術(shu)員(yuan)及初(chu)(chu)中(zhong)級(ji)(ji)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)師技(ji)術(shu)員(yuan)的(de)覺(jue)醒(xing)生(sheng)活技(ji)能(neng)招(zhao)(zhao)式(shi)專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)培(pei)訓班器, 也用(yong)做(zuo)為(wei)新生(sheng)物質供(gong)(gong)用(yong)電(dian)能(neng)源轎車(che)網上(shang)電(dian)氣(qi)根基(ji)專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)培(pei)訓班機器設備(bei)。

四、實踐教學裝(zhuang)(zhuang)備基(ji)礎裝(zhuang)(zhuang)備

實踐(jian)試(shi)驗裝置(zhi)由把握屏、實踐(jian)桌以其個個實踐(jian)插件分為

(一)把控屏:采取的框架式結(jie)構設(she)計(ji)(ji)(ji)設(she)計(ji)(ji)(ji),結(jie)構設(she)計(ji)(ji)(ji)設(she)計(ji)(ji)(ji)密集、勞固、整齊大度,把控屏上面可掛培訓元(yuan)件。

(二)實(shi)踐部(bu)件: 

1. PE-01交流電源構件

提(ti)高(gao)380V四線制(zhi)能調交(jiao)流信息主機電源(超范圍(wei)380V變頻器:0~250V;380V四線制(zhi)0-450V),自代犯過流庇護和漏電庇護技(ji)能,安裝有隔離防曬(shai)配電變壓(ya)器打出,實踐(jian)教學平安。

(1)三(san)相電源首先通過(guo)三(san)相漏(lou)電保護器,然后(hou)經(jing)接(jie)觸器到隔(ge)離(li)變壓器,使輸出(chu)與電網隔(ge)離(li)(浮(fu)地設計)。

(2)電(dian)流型漏電(dian)保(bao)護裝置(zhi):控制屏若有漏電(dian)現象,漏電(dian)流超(chao)過一定值,即切斷(duan)電(dian)源。

2. PE-02功效(xiao)電子元器件大(da)家庭中的(de)一員-二極管模塊

給出大耗油率整(zheng)流(liu)肖(xiao)特基二極管十三個(熔(rong)絲保護性用(yong)電線路),鈕(niu)子按鈕(niu)開關另一個,用(yong)于整(zheng)流(liu)和續(xu)流(liu)的使用(yong)。

3. PE-03雙(shuang)向可(ke)控硅引擎

供應6只單(dan)向(xiang)晶閘管(guan),用于可(ke)控(kong)整流實訓,設有(you)RC阻容吸收及(ji)熔(rong)絲保護(hu)電路。

4. PE-04交叉雙(shuang)向晶(jing)閘管部(bu)件

供(gong)給(gei)3只交叉可控硅(gui),廣泛(fan)用于交換調電(dian)容式路實踐 

5. PE-05 GTR、MOSFET、IGBT零件

供給GTR(大電工率(lv)(lv)結晶(jing)(jing)管)、MOSFET(電工率(lv)(lv)場反應結晶(jing)(jing)管)、IGBT(隔熱雙化學性質結晶(jing)(jing)管)三(san)個(ge)電工率(lv)(lv)集成(cheng)電路芯片

6. PE-06相電(dian)(dian)壓芯式電(dian)(dian)壓器(qi)應用程序

打造63.5V、0.8A/127V、0.4A芯式(shi)變壓器一只

7. PE-07 三同(tong)歩干(gan)式變壓器插件

有由三同步操作(zuo)低壓變壓器及一個三刀三擲打開組成。

8. PE-07D燈組根據零部件

由(you)三只250V/4A燈(deng)座組成,實(shi)訓(xun)時作為電阻(zu)性負載使(shi)用

9. PE-08電抗器、箱式變壓器部(bu)件

出示平(ping)波(bo)電抗(kang)器單組,可供100mH、200mH、700mH選(xuan)擇,雙路220V配電變壓器只

10. PE-9給定及電流值指(zhi)令(ling)插件

保(bao)證不間斷可調節為的(de)+15V和(he)-15V給定電(dian)壓(ya),帶(dai)輸(shu)出指(zhi)示(shi)。

11. PE-10聊天電主要參(can)數(shu)表模塊

 具備直可行值(zhi)討論會數子電壓值(zhi)表一(yi)只(zhi)貓,在測量依據0~500V,精(jing)度0.5級,三(san)位半數顯(xian),輸入阻抗10MΩ。

 提供了真合(he)理有效值交流溝通數(shu)字9功(gong)率表(biao)三(san)只(zhi),測量空間0~5A,精度0.5級,三(san)位半數(shu)顯。

12. PE-11直流電(dian)源電(dian)參表零(ling)部件

保證(zheng)整流數字6相電(dian)壓表一只(zhi)貓,精(jing)確檢測(ce)范(fan)圍之內0~300V,可靠性強(qiang),精(jing)密度(du)0.5級,幾位半數顯儀表,復制粘貼抗阻(zu)10MΩ

打造直(zhi)流變(bian)壓(ya)器數字1直(zhi)流電表(biao)若干,測(ce)定條件0~5A,精度0.5級,三(san)位半(ban)數顯(xian)。

13. PE-12單相晶閘管觸發電路(BT35單成果體管)

具備單析出體管來(lai)造成捕(bu)獲捕(bu)獲數據,使用于把握三相變頻器(qi)可控硅包(bao)含(han)的整流(liu)電源電路;

14. PE-12 B TCA785模塊化勾起電路系統

提(ti)供數據PLCTCA785,與KC04(KC09)等相(xiang)比它(ta)(ta)對零點的識別更(geng)加可(ke)靠(kao),輸出(chu)脈(mo)沖的齊整(zheng)度好,移(yi)相(xiang)范圍更(geng)寬,同(tong)時它(ta)(ta)輸出(chu)的脈(mo)沖可(ke)以人為自由調節,可(ke)用(yong)做單相(xiang)整(zheng)流(liu)或調壓電路實訓。

15. PE-13 TC787激發電路(lu)原(yuan)理模塊

按照(zhao)TC787處理(li)芯片組成(cheng)單相電(dian)機全控暈人(ren)電(dian)路原(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)理(li)原(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)理(li)、具備有打出(chu)增強(qiang)、不(bu)靠(kao)譜、設置(zhi)電(dian)阻(zu)值高、抗(kang)擾亂能力好等特點,可(ke)是(shi)裝調(diao)簡(jian)單、應用(yong)不(bu)靠(kao)譜,只需只這樣一來的結合(he)電(dian)路原(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)理(li)原(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)理(li),就(jiu)可(ke)完整單相電(dian)機移相能力

16. PE-14調節內阻應用程序

提(ti)拱90Ω×2/1.3A可(ke)調電阻(zu)一只, 900Ω×2/0.41A可(ke)調電阻(zu)一只,作為純(chun)阻(zu)性(xing)負載(zai)使用

17. 電子技術組件基礎性認識程度深造套件(運用190mm×145mm的開(kai)模有(you)機透明(ming)塑料底盒(he)成功,后蓋板(ban)運用PCB電(dian)路(lu)板(ban)工藝,具體(ti)參(can)數如下

    (一)經常使用整流二極管學習接口

底(di)(di)(di)盒用到(dao)190mm×145mm的(de)開(kai)模有機透(tou)明塑料底(di)(di)(di)盒,模塊面板(ban)采用印制電路(lu)板(ban)PCB工(gong)藝,可以直(zhi)觀看到(dao)器件的(de)實物及(ji)相關(guan)的(de)原理(li)介紹。對于典型應(ying)用及(ji)易(yi)損(sun)器件安裝在面板(ban)背面,透(tou)過透(tou)明底(di)(di)(di)盒能夠(gou)看到(dao)器件實物,方便感(gan)性認識、檢(jian)測測試(shi),同(tong)時也能防止器件的(de)損(sun)傷。
