光伏發電實訓裝置系統主要由光伏供電裝置、光伏供電系統、逆變與負載系統、監控系統四個部分組成。

1、 光伏系統供電局提升裝置

2、太陽能發電輸電機系統

(1)、光伏發電電力軟件系統的形成

太(tai)(tai)(tai)陽(yang)(yang)能(neng)(neng)太(tai)(tai)(tai)陽(yang)(yang)能(neng)(neng)發(fa)(fa)電發(fa)(fa)電軟(ruan)件供氣軟(ruan)件關鍵由太(tai)(tai)(tai)陽(yang)(yang)能(neng)(neng)太(tai)(tai)(tai)陽(yang)(yang)能(neng)(neng)發(fa)(fa)電發(fa)(fa)電軟(ruan)件主機電源把控好(hao)象限、太(tai)(tai)(tai)陽(yang)(yang)能(neng)(neng)太(tai)(tai)(tai)陽(yang)(yang)能(neng)(neng)發(fa)(fa)電發(fa)(fa)電軟(ruan)件效(xiao)果體現象限、觸模屏(ping)、太(tai)(tai)(tai)陽(yang)(yang)能(neng)(neng)太(tai)(tai)(tai)陽(yang)(yang)能(neng)(neng)發(fa)(fa)電發(fa)(fa)電軟(ruan)件供氣把控好(hao)象限、ARM設定單園測試(shi)卷、模(mo)塊單園測試(shi)卷、西門子(zi)系統S7-200PLC、繼電(dian)器(qi)組(zu)、接線排、蓄電(dian)池組(zu)、可調電(dian)阻、斷路器(qi)、12V開關(guan)電(dian)源(yuan)、網(wang)孔架等(deng)組(zu)成。

(2)、控制(zhi)方式(shi)

光伏(fu)太陽能開關(guan)(guan)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)掌握象(xiang)限關(guan)(guan)鍵(jian)由隔離(li)開關(guan)(guan)、+24V開關(guan)(guan)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)、AC220V電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)插座、指(zhi)示燈、接線端子DT1和DT2等(deng)組成。

太(tai)陽能發(fa)電模擬輸(shu)出出現單(dan)元最主(zhu)要(yao)由(you)整流瞬(shun)時電流表(biao)、整流額(e)定電壓(ya)表(biao)、接(jie)線兩端接(jie)插件(jian)DT3和DT4等組成。

光(guang)伏太陽(yang)能電力管理單元式重(zhong)點由(you)使用旋(xuan)轉開關、急停圖(tu)標、帶燈圖(tu)標、接電源接線鼻子(zi)DT5、DT6和DT7等組成。

(3)、充(chong)(chong)、電池(chi)充(chong)(chong)電有效控制單(dan)位和接(jie)口(kou)方(fang)式單(dan)位

蓄電板的快(kuai)充(chong)的時候(hou)及快(kuai)充(chong)養護由ARM抑制摸塊(kuai)、插孔(kong)摸塊(kuai)及系統軟件達到,免維護電池箱(xiang)的充放電保護好由ARM調整(zheng)模快(kuai)、接頭模快(kuai)及繼電子元件做完,當(dang)電池組電池充(chong)電的電壓壓低標準規定值(zhi),ARM調控單(dan)元(yuan)輸入數字(zi)信(xin)號驅(qu)動(dong)安裝按(an)鈕開(kai)關電(dian)線電(dian)纜運行,按(an)鈕開(kai)關電(dian)線電(dian)纜常閉(bi)接(jie)線柱(zhu)中(zhong)斷,中(zhong)斷蓄鉛酸電(dian)池的自放電(dian)控制回路(lu)。

2、逆(ni)變(bian)與(yu)電機負載(zai)操作系統

(1)、逆變(bian)與負載系統的組成

①逆換流站源管理模快

逆變(bian)配電源(yuan)把控(kong)好模(mo)快(kuai)關鍵由真(zhen)空斷路器、+24V開關電源(yuan)、AC220V電源(yuan)插(cha)座、指示燈(deng)、接線端子DT14和DT15等組成。

②逆變傷害展示標段

逆變傳輸出現單元尺寸主要是(shi)由溝通交(jiao)流信息功率表、溝通交(jiao)流信息電壓值表、插(cha)(cha)頭接線處接插(cha)(cha)件DT16和DT17等組成。

(2)、逆變器

逆變(bian)(bian)電源線(xian)(xian)(xian)線(xian)(xian)(xian)是將(jiang)低壓(ya)低整流(liu)(liu)電源線(xian)(xian)(xian)線(xian)(xian)(xian)更(geng)換成(cheng)低壓(ya)交流(liu)(liu)會電源線(xian)(xian)(xian)線(xian)(xian)(xian)的配置,逆變(bian)(bian)電源線(xian)(xian)(xian)線(xian)(xian)(xian)的分類不少, 各自的具體工(gong)作原理、工(gong)作過程不盡(jin)相同。本實訓(xun)裝置使用的逆變(bian)(bian)器由DC-DC升壓(ya)PWM控制(zhi)芯(xin)(xin)片(pian)單(dan)元(yuan)、驅動(dong)+升壓(ya)功率MOS管單(dan)元(yuan)、升壓(ya)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器、SPWM芯(xin)(xin)片(pian)單(dan)元(yuan)、高壓(ya)驅動(dong)芯(xin)(xin)片(pian)單(dan)元(yuan)、全(quan)橋逆變(bian)(bian)功率MOS管單(dan)元(yuan)、LC濾波器組(zu)成(cheng)。逆變的辦公(gong)過程(cheng)中是將蓄手機電(dian)池的12V直流電(dian)通過DC-DC和DC-AC變換,轉變成正弦波220/50Hz的純正弦(xian)函數波(bo)互動交流(liu)電(dian)。

3、監視體統

(1)、監(jian)控系統組成

追蹤平(ping)臺最(zui)主要的由一(yi)梯機(ji)、數字鍵盤、游戲鼠標、布(bu)線(xian)排、開關電(dian)源電(dian)插(cha)座、數據(ju)通信(xin)線(xian)、微軟(ruan)官網運行(xing)平(ping)臺電(dian)腦圖片軟(ruan)件(jian)、力控(kong)組態電(dian)腦圖片軟(ruan)件(jian)形成。

(2)、監控(kong)系統功(gong)能

1)無線通信

監(jian)控(kong)設備平臺與操控(kong)器、PLC、儀(yi)表進行通信(xin)。

2)界面顯示

①監視器整體(ti)有著(zhu)主表層,光伏(fu)系統(tong)系統(tong)性軟(ruan)(ruan)件變(bian)電(dian)整體(ti)表層,逆(ni)變(bian)與短路電(dian)流整體(ti)表層,光伏(fu)系統(tong)系統(tong)性軟(ruan)(ruan)件勢能(neng)切換表層,依次展(zhan)現(xian)相互的正常(chang)運作感覺(jue)指標。

②太(tai)陽(yang)能發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)輸電(dian)(dian)整體畫面軟件設置某些的按健,保證 太(tai)陽(yang)能發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)池方陣(zhen)自動(dong)式(shi)追綜。

③更具太陽(yang)能發(fa)電裝(zhuang)置火(huo)力發(fa)電采集程序月(yue)(yue)月(yue)(yue)報表,記下太陽(yang)能發(fa)電裝(zhuang)置打出(chu)工作端電壓(ya)、直(zhi)(zhi)流電;逆(ni)變與電機負載裝(zhuang)置的(de)逆(ni)變打出(chu)工作端電壓(ya)、直(zhi)(zhi)流電、工作功率等數劇信息并網頁打印數劇信息月(yue)(yue)月(yue)(yue)報表。
