程序由8個站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)構造,各自為:放料(liao)論文(wen)檢(jian)測站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、幫運站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、精加工站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、幫運連(lian)(lian)接站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、連(lian)(lian)接站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、分(fen)類整(zheng)(zheng)理站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、幫運分(fen)撿站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、傳大分(fen)撿站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),抑制程序進(jin)行(xing)三菱PLC的(de)(de)PLC進(jin)行(xing)控(kong)制,具有較(jiao)好的(de)(de)柔性,即每站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)各有一套PLC控(kong)制系統獨立控(kong)制,在單個培訓完成以后,又可(ke)以將相鄰的(de)(de)兩站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、三站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)…直(zhi)至八站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)連(lian)(lian)在一起(qi),學習復雜系統的(de)(de)設計、安裝、編(bian)程、調試和(he)整(zheng)(zheng)機運行(xing)。

操(cao)作系統的(de)硬件軟件由四個站組合而(er)成
(1)放料探測站
由料(liao)臺、導料(liao)中介學(xue)校、推料(liao)中介學(xue)校、探測(ce)辨別光電(dian)產品旋轉(zhuan)操(cao)控開(kai)關(guan)、旋轉(zhuan)操(cao)控開(kai)關(guan)直流穩壓電(dian)源(yuan)、可程序設計序操(cao)控器、快捷、I/O接口板(ban)、電(dian)氣網孔板(ban)、電(dian)磁閥(fa)及(ji)氣缸組成(cheng),主要完成(cheng)將工(gong)件(jian)從料(liao)臺依次(ci)送到檢測(ce)工(gong)位、等(deng)待取走。
(2)裝卸貨物站
由設(she)備手(shou)、橫臂(bei)、轉動臺(tai)、自動旋(xuan)轉氣(qi)式、按鈕圖片主(zhu)機(ji)電源、可(ke)c語(yu)言編(bian)程序操縱器、按鈕圖片、I/O接口板、電氣(qi)網孔板、多種(zhong)類型電磁閥及氣(qi)缸組成,主(zhu)要(yao)完(wan)成將工件從上站搬至(zhi)下(xia)一站。
(3)手工加工站
由6工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)位(wei)回轉(zhuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作臺(tai)、刀具(ju)庫(ku)(3種刀具(ju))、升降(jiang)式加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)系統、加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)組(zu)(zu)件(jian)(jian)(jian)、檢測組(zu)(zu)件(jian)(jian)(jian)、步進(jin)驅動器(qi)、步進(jin)電(dian)機、光電(dian)傳感(gan)器(qi)、接(jie)近開關(guan)、開關(guan)電(dian)源、平面推(tui)力軸承(cheng)、可編程序控制器(qi)、按鈕、I/O接(jie)口(kou)板(ban)、電(dian)氣網(wang)孔板(ban)、通訊接(jie)口(kou)板(ban)、直流減速電(dian)機、多種類型電(dian)磁閥及氣缸組(zu)(zu)成,回轉(zhuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作臺(tai)有六個旋轉(zhuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)位(wei),加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)站主要完成工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)(jian)的加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(鉆孔、銑孔),并進(jin)行工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)(jian)檢測。
(4)搬貨裝設站
由運動加(jia)軸對(dui)稱工(gong)作中臺、建筑塔吊(diao)臂(bei)、機(ji)(ji)械(xie)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)備(bei)手、工(gong)農業導(dao)軌、開(kai)(kai)關(guan)開(kai)(kai)關(guan)按(an)鈕(niu)主(zhu)機(ji)(ji)電源(yuan)、可和程序(xu)編(bian)寫序(xu)驅動器(qi)、開(kai)(kai)關(guan)按(an)鈕(niu)、I/O接(jie)口板(ban)、電氣網(wang)孔板(ban)、多種類型電磁閥及氣缸組成(cheng),主(zhu)要(yao)完(wan)成(cheng)將上站工(gong)件拿起放入安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)平臺,將裝(zhuang)(zhuang)好工(gong)件拿起放下(xia)站。
(5)安裝站
由吸(xi)盤機械設備(bei)手、叉臂元器(qi)件(jian)、電(dian)動(dong)機液壓(ya)泵(beng)、料(liao)斗(dou)換位元器(qi)件(jian)、類件(jian)制定元器(qi)件(jian)、真空(kong)體(ti)遭受器(qi)、電(dian)開關電(dian)、可程序(xu)編程序(xu)操作器(qi)、按(an)鍵、I/O接口板(ban)、電(dian)氣網孔(kong)板(ban)、多種類型電(dian)磁(ci)閥及氣缸組成,主(zhu)要完成選(xuan)擇要安(an)裝工件(jian)的料(liao)倉,將工件(jian)從(cong)料(liao)倉中推出,將工件(jian)安(an)裝到位。
(6)發送分檢站
其(qi)主要(yao)由三(san)相四(si)線制交流信(xin)息(xi)加速(su)運動三(san)相電(dian)機、光電(dian)科技感(gan)知(zhi)器、色感(gan)知(zhi)器、旋鈕電(dian)源適配器、按鈕圖(tu)片、I/O接口板、電(dian)氣網(wang)孔(kong)板等組成(cheng),主要(yao)完成(cheng)將材(cai)料傳送至下一站(zhan)。
(7)裝(zhuang)卸貨物挑揀站(zhan)
主要(yao)(yao)由(you)工業(ye)企業(ye)導軌、升縮液(ye)壓泵、氣爪(zhua)、磁(ci)鐵電(dian)(dian)(dian)源開關圖標(biao)、廢渣數據存儲器、電(dian)(dian)(dian)源開關圖標(biao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源開關、可程序編程序的控制模塊(kuai)、圖標(biao)、I/O接(jie)口板、電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣網孔板、多種(zhong)類型電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)組成(cheng),主要(yao)(yao)完成(cheng)分揀生產(chan)線中(zhong)的廢物料(liao)并(bing)將其搬運至廢料(liao)存儲器中(zhong)。
(8)劃分站
由滾珠(zhu)絲(si)桿(gan)螺母、滑桿(gan)制(zhi)(zhi)定部分(fen)(fen)、分(fen)(fen)類別礦(kuang)倉、伺服(fu)電機(ji)減速機(ji)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)減速機(ji)、伺服(fu)電機(ji)減速機(ji)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)夠器(qi)、感知器(qi)、旋轉直流電源線(xian)、可和程序(xu)(xu)編(bian)寫序(xu)(xu)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)接(jie)線(xian)圖、按鈕(niu)開關、I/O接(jie)口(kou)板、電氣(qi)網(wang)孔板、多種類型電磁閥(fa)及氣(qi)缸組成,主要完成按工件類型分(fen)(fen)類,將工件推入料倉。
四、管理程序
三菱數控(kong)系統PLC:
1. 每站(zhan)均增配FX3U-485BD通信模塊,用于組建三菱通信網絡, 每站(zhan)PLC主(zhu)機均采(cai)用FX3U-48。
2. 要(yao)配7英寸,工業彩色觸摸屏(ping)。
3. 系統總線結構特征:進行FX3U-485BD網絡通(tong)信,使(shi)各站(zhan)之(zhi)間的控制(zhi)信息(xi)和狀態數據能夠實時相互交換。配(pei)有SC-09編程(cheng)電(dian)纜(lan)、觸摸屏(ping)與(yu)PLC通(tong)信電(dian)纜(lan)及(ji)觸摸屏(ping)下載電(dian)纜(lan)。
