一、 系統設(she)計優勢特點

1. 出具(ju)100四種培(pei)(pei)訓模組(zu),各模組(zu)的主板接口均已接至板上的專(zhuan)業(ye)化箱(xiang)墻壁插座,借助模組(zu)的五個彈力插腳可選址于(yu)專(zhuan)業(ye)化箱(xiang)培(pei)(pei)訓實際操作底(di)板。同學們能用專(zhuan)業(ye)化箱(xiang)培(pei)(pei)訓電纜組(zu)合公式各項(xiang)培(pei)(pei)訓配電線路,完畢(bi)各個的培(pei)(pei)訓好(hao)項(xiang)目(mu);

2. 配(pei)資(zi)種先(xian)進典型的(de)(de)(de)實踐套件(jian),可鍛煉運動的(de)(de)(de)學生對智(zhi)能(neng)電子(zi)好產品補(bu)焊、制做(zuo)與(yu)一整臺機(ji)器的(de)(de)(de)測試的(de)(de)(de)專業;

三、 大致配(pei)制及實用功能

培(pei)(pei)訓安裝由培(pei)(pei)訓臺、24v電(dian)源保(bao)持屏、培(pei)(pei)訓模塊(kuai)電(dian)源、培(pei)(pei)訓套件、培(pei)(pei)訓工貝等構成。

(一) 培訓臺

分為工(gong)業企業鋁耐熱合金鋁型材框架機構(gou),在電保持屏上端為一(yi)兩層(ceng)機構(gou)。在這當(dang)中一(yi)是層(ceng)既(ji)可(ke)(ke)放上外配測(ce)量儀(yi)器儀(yi)容儀(yi)表,也可(ke)(ke)掛放沒(mei)有適用水(shui)電工(gong)手機實(shi)(shi)踐掛箱(xiang),突出實(shi)(shi)現(xian)多門培訓課程(cheng)實(shi)(shi)踐;第(di)五層(ceng)可(ke)(ke)放上PVC直(zhi)發(fa)夾板,時(shi)用夾放實(shi)(shi)踐圖紙文件。頂(ding)面(mian)設置40W照明燈光(guang)照燈一(yi)壺;實(shi)(shi)踐登臺(tai)方(fang)還設置兩個帶踩(cai)剎(cha)車的萬向腳(jiao)輪(lun),為了方(fang)便移動(dong)式和放置。

(二) 供電把控好屏

主(zhu)機(ji)24v電源模塊線(xian)操(cao)縱(zong)屏為鐵質兩層亞光密紋噴(pen)塑(su)結構特征,鋁質旋鈕(niu)面(mian)板(ban)(ban)(凹字爛板(ban)(ban)加(jia)工制作工藝(yi) )。包(bao)括由2組舒(shu)張壓(ya)(ya)交流(liu)會主(zhu)機(ji)24v電源模塊線(xian)、電流(liu)可調(diao)式穩壓(ya)(ya)主(zhu)機(ji)24v電源模塊線(xian)、電流(liu)旋鈕(niu)穩壓(ya)(ya)主(zhu)機(ji)24v電源模塊線(xian)、不一樣的(de)測試(shi)測試(shi)電子儀(yi)表等組成,可直接考慮四人達成不一樣的(de)培(pei)訓(xun)主(zhu)要內容(rong),省事培(pei)訓(xun)考核(he)內容(rong)。

中應技能以下幾點:

1. 直流電(dian)源(yuan)適(shi)配(pei)器可(ke)手動調節節穩光電(dian)探測器源(yuan)(雙路) 0.0~30V/0~2A聯續可(ke)手動調節節,存在負載、虛接(jie)軟保護(hu)好(hao)模塊,設置這兩個四位(wei)半數(shu)顯式告訴(su),各是告訴(su)某些讀取的電(dian)阻值(zhi)和(he)電(dian)流量值(zhi)。

2. 直流電(dian)壓打開穩壓阻源(yuan)(兩路(lu)口) ±12V/2A、±5V/2A加固輸出精度,有短(duan)路(lu)等問題、過流守(shou)護及自動式醫治(zhi)職(zhi)能。

4. 整流數(shu)顯式電阻表(若(ruo)干) 預估範圍0~200V,分200mV、2V、20V、200V四檔(dang),直(zhi)鍵觸(chu)點(dian)開關添加,三維半小數(shu)表明(ming),復制粘(zhan)貼特性(xing)阻抗(kang)10MΩ,的精密度0.5級。
