本(ben)進行(xing)試驗安裝結合起來(lai)配(pei)置平臺(tai)可(ke)給(gei)大學生開張有(you)效(xiao)管(guan)(guan)控(kong)設(she)計的總體有(you)效(xiao)管(guan)(guan)控(kong)反(fan)應、PLC語言編程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)等進行(xing)試驗,并需求對機(ji)械(xie)設(she)備打造打造及電(dian)(dian)腦(nao)自(zi)動(dong)的化(hua)、電(dian)(dian)力建(jian)設(she)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)電(dian)(dian)腦(nao)全(quan)自(zi)動(dong)三合一化(hua)、電(dian)(dian)腦(nao)自(zi)動(dong)的化(hua)、電(dian)(dian)力建(jian)設(she)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)建(jian)設(she)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)等非常專業(ye)的《電(dian)(dian)力建(jian)設(she)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)電(dian)(dian)腦(nao)全(quan)自(zi)動(dong)傳動(dong)鏈與有(you)效(xiao)管(guan)(guan)控(kong)》、《自(zi)行(xing)車運動(dong)有(you)效(xiao)管(guan)(guan)控(kong)》、《電(dian)(dian)力建(jian)設(she)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)電(dian)(dian)腦(nao)全(quan)自(zi)動(dong)三合一化(hua)系(xi)統》、《來(lai)計算機(ji)業(ye)有(you)效(xiao)管(guan)(guan)控(kong)系(xi)統》、《加測與切換系(xi)統》等培(pei)訓課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)開張進行(xing)試驗課(ke)的須得。
二、系統的組合成
1. 制做倉庫(ku)管理行為主(zhu)體由底(di)板(ban)、實驗(yan)所(suo)桌(zhuo)(型鋼材機(ji)構(gou))、四層12持(chi)倉庫(ku)體、二維(X、Y、Z)運動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)械及電氣控制等四個部(bu)分組成。三維運動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)械部(bu)分是一(yi)個采(cai)用滾珠絲杠傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)的模(mo)塊化結構(gou),用于(yu)實現倉位定(ding)位和送/取動(dong)(dong)(dong)作(X、Y軸完成倉位定(ding)位、Z軸完成送/取動(dong)(dong)(dong)作)。
2. 電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣設(she)備控住選擇西(xi)門子PLC系統或三凌可語(yu)言編程控住器、步進整(zheng)(zheng)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)機的(de)(de)(de)整(zheng)(zheng)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)機的(de)(de)(de)及驅動下載器、整(zheng)(zheng)流低速整(zheng)(zheng)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)機的(de)(de)(de)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)換開(kai)(kai)(kai)關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)直流電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)換開(kai)(kai)(kai)關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、光電(dian)(dian)(dian)公司感測器器、行程安(an)排限位轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)換開(kai)(kai)(kai)關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)換開(kai)(kai)(kai)關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)換開(kai)(kai)(kai)關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)等集成電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)芯片構(gou)成的(de)(de)(de)。中僅西(xi)門子PLC系統服務器主(zhu)機為CPU224 DC/DC/DC 內置數(shu)字(zi)(zi)量(liang)I/O(14路(lu)數(shu)字(zi)(zi)量(liang)輸(shu)入/10路(lu)晶(jing)體管(guan)輸(shu)出)、數(shu)字(zi)(zi)量(liang)擴展模塊(kuai)EM223(16路(lu)數(shu)字(zi)(zi)量(liang)輸(shu)入/16路(lu)數(shu)字(zi)(zi)量(liang)輸(shu)出);三菱主(zhu)機為FX1N-40MT-D 內置開(kai)(kai)(kai)關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)量(liang)I/O(24路(lu)開(kai)(kai)(kai)關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)量(liang)輸(shu)入/16路(lu)晶(jing)體管(guan)輸(shu)出)、開(kai)(kai)(kai)關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)量(liang)擴展模塊(kuai)FX0N-8EX(8路(lu)開(kai)(kai)(kai)關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)量(liang)輸(shu)入);歐姆龍(long)主(zhu)機CPM2A-30CDT-D 內置開(kai)(kai)(kai)關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)量(liang)I/O(18路(lu)開(kai)(kai)(kai)關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)量(liang)輸(shu)入/12路(lu)晶(jing)體管(guan)輸(shu)出)、CPM1A-20EDT(12路(lu)開(kai)(kai)(kai)關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)量(liang)輸(shu)入/8路(lu)晶(jing)體管(guan)輸(shu)出)。選用的(de)(de)(de)主(zhu)機功能(neng)齊(qi)全,性能(neng)優越。
3. 采用(yong)調節器器信(xin)息(xi)搜集,PLC編程,對(dui)步進電機(ji)、直流電機(ji)進行較復雜(za)的開(kai)關量控制、位置控制及時(shi)序邏輯控制,實現倉位定位和(he)物料送(song)/取(qu)的功能。
4. 能(neng)完畢PLC主(zhu)機工(gong)控網(wang)絡(luo)及(ji)MCGS工(gong)控組態棒圖(tu)動(dong)態跟蹤的實驗教學(xue)。
