二、系統組合
1. 制(zhi)做倉(cang)庫(ku)貨架(jia)的(de)(de)的(de)(de)結構性由底板、實(shi)驗報(bao)告桌(zhuo)(塑(su)鋼型材的(de)(de)的(de)(de)結構)、四層(ceng)12持(chi)倉(cang)庫(ku)體、3D(X、Y、Z)活動機(ji)械設(she)備(bei)制(zhi)造性及機(ji)電管控等以下那一(yi)部分(fen)組成。3D活動機(ji)械設(she)備(bei)制(zhi)造性那一(yi)部分(fen)有的(de)(de)是個按(an)照(zhao)滾珠絲(si)桿螺(luo)母(mu)齒輪變速箱的(de)(de)輸出組件(jian)化的(de)(de)的(de)(de)結構,應用(yong)于實(shi)現了持(chi)倉(cang)地(di)位和(he)送/取運作(X、Y軸(zhou)達成持(chi)倉(cang)地(di)位、Z軸(zhou)達成送/取運作)。

3. 可以通(tong)過感知器無線信號收集,PLC編寫程序(xu)(xu),對步進馬(ma)達馬(ma)達、整流馬(ma)達使用較(jiao)有難(nan)度的(de)(de)面板(ban)開(kai)關量調節、所在位置調節及(ji)時性序(xu)(xu)方法(fa)論調節,保證 艙(cang)位準(zhun)確(que)定(ding)位和(he)介(jie)質送/取(qu)的(de)(de)功能表(biao)。
4. 能來完成(cheng)PLC冷水機工業(ye)自動化網(wang)及MCGS工業(ye)自動化組(zu)態(tai)棒圖(tu)情況跟蹤軟(ruan)件(jian)的實驗操作課(ke)堂。
三、經過c語言編程,立體式倉(cang)庫進行如下所示實驗(yan)作用
1. 將(jiang)Z軸上的貸物(wu)送往確定位址
2. 將其(qi)中(zhong)任何(he)區域的出口貨物(wu)送達另一個區域
3. 將零(ling)號職(zhi)位的貨件(jian)送(song)過來隨機(ji)職(zhi)位
4. 從(cong)隨(sui)便地(di)理位(wei)置取回產品(pin)放至零號(hao)位(wei)
5. 變現慢(man)速開啟(qi)-變化(hua)運轉-慢(man)速停車場的(de)的(de)功能
6. 0~12號艙(cang)位掃描軟件檢測(ce)工具等實踐(jian)職(zhi)能
