一、 說明
本實(shi)踐(jian)教學(xue)安(an)(an)裝是隨著事(shi)業(ye)教肓體制改革和發展(zhan)的(de)(de)必(bi)須要而研究(jiu)的(de)(de)。該實(shi)踐(jian)教學(xue)安(an)(an)裝涉及(ji)到電(dian)(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣拖(tuo)動(dong)(dong)平(ping)(ping)臺(tai)(tai)的(de)(de)牽引力學(xue)性,交(jiao)談和直流電(dian)(dian)(dian)源電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)伸縮(suo)機(ji)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣拖(tuo)動(dong)(dong)、較最常(chang)用(yong)低壓(ya)證書電(dian)(dian)(dian)商(shang)及(ji)常(chang)規(gui)調(diao)整電(dian)(dian)(dian)線、橋式(shi)橋式(shi)汽車起重機(ji)機(ji)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣調(diao)整及(ji)繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)商(shang)調(diao)整平(ping)(ping)臺(tai)(tai)的(de)(de)設(she)置等(deng)(deng)內(nei)容,還新(xin)增了應(ying)代替(ti)PLC及(ji)調(diao)頻(pin)柜(ju)(ju)器的(de)(de)調(diao)頻(pin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)常(chang)規(gui)調(diao)整層面,包括較最常(chang)用(yong)數控加工中(zhong)心(xin)的(de)(de)調(diao)整。該實(shi)踐(jian)教學(xue)安(an)(an)裝適合(he)于自己化(hua)專(zhuan)注與機(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)工程正規(gui)專(zhuan)業(ye)集成化(hua)專(zhuan)注設(she)立的(de)(de)《調(diao)頻(pin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)及(ji)拖(tuo)動(dong)(dong)基(ji)礎(chu)知識》、《電(dian)(dian)(dian)子廠繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)商(shang)觸碰調(diao)整》、《PLC基(ji)本原理及(ji)軟件應(ying)用(yong)新(xin)技(ji)(ji)術應(ying)用(yong)》、《調(diao)頻(pin)柜(ju)(ju)變頻(pin)調(diao)速新(xin)技(ji)(ji)術應(ying)用(yong)》等(deng)(deng)內(nei)容的(de)(de)技(ji)(ji)能招式(shi)訓煉。
二、 設施結構特征
1. 利用(yong)吊(diao)墜機構,配上靈活性、可不同更換(huan)培訓(xun)零部件加強培訓(xun)信息內容,有(you)利三(san)次(ci)搭建及職能擴大。
2. 實(shi)踐(jian)教學(xue)(xue)試驗裝置由(you)電(dian)源線調控(kong)屏、實(shi)踐(jian)教學(xue)(xue)桌、實(shi)踐(jian)教學(xue)(xue)部件、交流接觸器、交流接觸器導軌及(ji)實(shi)踐(jian)教學(xue)(xue)電(dian)纜線等(deng)組成的。
3. 這對于(yu)依(yi)托于(yu)PLC及直流變頻空調(diao)器的電力工程(cheng)掌握實(shi)踐教學工程(cheng),夠緊密聯(lian)系MCGS組態系統(tong)與統(tong)計機來進行無(wu)線通信監控(kong)視頻實(shi)踐教學裝置的正常運行方式,更有靠攏(long)企業現廠。
