二、模式構成
1. 立休倉(cang)庫區組(zu)織形式由底(di)板(ban)、研究(jiu)桌(型鋼構(gou)成(cheng)一(yi)些)、四層(ceng)十三持(chi)(chi)倉(cang)量(liang)庫體、三維(wei)圖圖(X、Y、Z)運行(xing)自(zi)動(dong)化機(ji)(ji)械(xie)設(she)備(bei)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)及自(zi)動(dong)化機(ji)(ji)械(xie)調整等十個(ge)一(yi)些構(gou)成(cheng)。三維(wei)圖圖運行(xing)自(zi)動(dong)化機(ji)(ji)械(xie)設(she)備(bei)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)一(yi)些也是個(ge)運用滾珠滾珠絲桿(gan)傳(chuan)輸的板(ban)塊化構(gou)成(cheng)一(yi)些,用作改變(bian)持(chi)(chi)倉(cang)量(liang)導(dao)航精確定(ding)(ding)位和送/取動(dong)做(zuo)(X、Y軸(zhou)做(zuo)好持(chi)(chi)倉(cang)量(liang)導(dao)航精確定(ding)(ding)位、Z軸(zhou)做(zuo)好送/取動(dong)做(zuo))。

3. 使用(yong)感知器移動(dong)信號爬取,PLC語(yu)言編(bian)程,對伺服交流(liu)電(dian)動(dong)機交流(liu)電(dian)動(dong)機、直流(liu)電(dian)壓交流(liu)電(dian)動(dong)機開始較較為復雜的(de)按(an)鈕量(liang)管控(kong)、位置上管控(kong)立即序思維邏(luo)輯管控(kong),達(da)到艙位地(di)位和原輔(fu)材料送(song)/取的(de)實用(yong)功能。
4. 能達(da)成PLC虛(xu)擬主機工業自動(dong)化設備(bei)網絡信息及MCGS工業自動(dong)化設備(bei)組態(tai)棒圖動(dong)態(tai)信息追蹤的實驗課堂。
三、按照編(bian)程序(xu),立體(ti)感(gan)電商(shang)倉庫實現(xian)了下面(mian)的試驗工作
1. 將Z軸上的出口貨物寄到肯定部位
2. 將同一個(ge)座(zuo)位的(de)快件(jian)送過來另一個(ge)說的(de)是(shi)座(zuo)位
3. 將零(ling)號地理(li)(li)地方的貸物(wu)送去其中任何地理(li)(li)地方
4. 從隨(sui)便(bian)地理(li)位置(zhi)取回貨品放(fang)至(zhi)零號位
5. 達到(dao)低擋執(zhi)行-調速執(zhi)行-低擋泊車的用途
6. 0~12號持倉掃描拍攝檢查測量等(deng)實(shi)驗性(xing)(xing)功(gong)能性(xing)(xing)
