光伏發電實訓裝置系統主要由光伏供電裝置、光伏供電系統、逆變與負載系統、監控系統四個部分組成。

1、 光伏系統輸電部件

(1)、太陽能發電供電公司程序的組建

太陽(yang)能發電(dian)電(dian)調(diao)整模快最主要由負(fu)荷開關(guan)、+24V開關(guan)電(dian)源、AC220V電(dian)源插(cha)座、指(zhi)示燈、接線端子DT1和DT2等組成。

光(guang)伏(fu)發電(dian)輸出提示 單位核心(xin)由整流(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻值(zhi)電(dian)阻值(zhi)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)表、整流(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻值(zhi)電(dian)阻值(zhi)表、接線方(fang)法(fa)接插件DT3和(he)DT4等組成(cheng)。

光(guang)伏太陽能電力(li)管(guan)控摸塊具體由抉擇(ze)轉(zhuan)換開關、急(ji)停開關、帶燈(deng)開關、接線(xian)頭接插件DT5、DT6和(he)DT7等(deng)組(zu)成。

(3)、充(chong)、尖(jian)端放電(dian)操(cao)縱機組(zu)和數據接(jie)口機組(zu)

蓄手機(ji)(ji)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁電(dian)(dian)池的(de)手機(ji)(ji)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁方式及手機(ji)(ji)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁保護英(ying)文由ARM把握第一單元(yuan)尺寸(cun)(cun)、usb接口第一單元(yuan)尺寸(cun)(cun)及軟(ruan)件程序達成,蓄(xu)鋰電池的釋放養護由ARM的控制摸塊(kuai)、接口協議摸塊(kuai)及繼電(dian)氣成功完成,當蓄(xu)容量電(dian)池(chi)電(dian)流(liu)的電(dian)壓高出規程值,ARM保持單(dan)園(yuan)輸出無線信(xin)號驅動安裝(zhuang)繼(ji)物(wu)品運轉(zhuan),繼(ji)物(wu)品常閉(bi)觸點(dian)開關(guan)斷(duan)電(dian),剪斷(duan)免維護(hu)電(dian)池板的蓄電(dian)池放電(dian)漏電(dian)開關(guan)。

該單元布置全是套蓄電(dian)瓶充、擊(ji)(ji)穿(chuan)(chuan)方法及模擬(ni)仿(fang)(fang)真(zhen)技(ji)術網仿(fang)(fang)真(zhen)技(ji)術系統的(de),健康選擇時可以依照布置叁(san)數對(dui)蓄電(dian)瓶實行充值和(he)(he)擊(ji)(ji)穿(chuan)(chuan),免(mian)要人工客(ke)服電(dian)話調查;模擬(ni)仿(fang)(fang)真(zhen)技(ji)術網仿(fang)(fang)真(zhen)技(ji)術操(cao)作(zuo)方法時,蓄電(dian)瓶和(he)(he)光(guang)電(dian)公司瓶各工作(zuo)上任務點需求(qiu)自動改手動布置,每(mei)布置完了(le)另一(yi)種(zhong)工作(zuo)上任務模式切(qie)換后可在pc軟件介面觀擦充值及擊(ji)(ji)穿(chuan)(chuan)的(de)執行環(huan)節(jie),以改變太陽能發電(dian)充、擊(ji)(ji)穿(chuan)(chuan)模擬(ni)仿(fang)(fang)真(zhen)技(ji)術網仿(fang)(fang)真(zhen)技(ji)術仿(fang)(fang)真(zhen)技(ji)術實驗室的(de)基本原則。

2、逆變與(yu)裝載設備

(1)、逆變與負(fu)載系統的組成

逆變(bian)與載(zai)荷軟(ruan)件系統最主要由逆變(bian)配(pei)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)抑(yi)制單(dan)元尺(chi)(chi)寸式、逆變(bian)打出(chu)(chu)出(chu)(chu)現單(dan)元尺(chi)(chi)寸式、升壓器、升壓器規格加測功能(neng)、直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)伺服控制器、三相(xiang)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)機交流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)機、出(chu)(chu)現發亮管舞臺劇車燈功能(neng)、警(jing)示性燈、接線方法排、空氣開關、網孔架等組合成。

①逆變配電源調整標段

逆(ni)變電器源(yuan)設定(ding)單位常見由隔離(li)開關、+24V開關電源(yuan)、AC220V電源(yuan)插座、指示燈(deng)、接線端(duan)子DT14和DT15等組成。

②逆變輸出電壓呈現機組

逆變輸出精度彰(zhang)顯單(dan)元測試(shi)卷重(zhong)點由溝通交流電(dian)功率表、溝通交流電(dian)端(duan)電(dian)壓表、接線(xian)兩端(duan)接線(xian)鼻子DT16和DT17等組(zu)成。

(2)、逆變器

升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)是(shi)將壓(ya)(ya)差大(da)直流電壓(ya)(ya)電壓(ya)(ya)轉換成(cheng)進行高壓(ya)(ya)學習交流電壓(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)安裝,升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)那個種類非常多(duo), 各自的(de)(de)具體工作(zuo)原(yuan)理、工作(zuo)過程不盡相同(tong)。本實(shi)訓裝置使用的(de)(de)逆(ni)變(bian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)由DC-DC升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)PWM控制芯片(pian)單(dan)元、驅動+升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)功率MOS管單(dan)元、升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)、SPWM芯片(pian)單(dan)元、高壓(ya)(ya)驅動芯片(pian)單(dan)元、全(quan)橋逆(ni)變(bian)功率MOS管單(dan)元、LC濾波器(qi)(qi)(qi)組(zu)成(cheng)。逆變(bian)的(de)工作任(ren)務(wu)期(qi)間(jian)是將蓄電(dian)板的(de)12V直流電(dian)通過DC-DC和DC-AC變(bian)換,轉變(bian)成正弦波(bo)220/50Hz的(de)純正弦交流電(dian)波交流(liu)活(huo)動(dong)電(dian)。

3、監視器模式

(1)、監控系統(tong)組成

攝像頭設(she)計(ji)注意由合一機、數字(zi)鍵盤(pan)(pan)、鍵盤(pan)(pan)、連接線(xian)排、供電電源插座、微波通信線(xian)、win8.1操作的(de)設(she)計(ji)電力系統、力控組態電力系統構(gou)成的(de)。

監察機系統與掌握器、PLC、儀表進行通信。
