該培訓室是(shi)以化工半機(ji)械(xie)(PLC)技(ji)能崗位島設配為核心內容,采用工業品前景化場地設施建,生活設施授課化外理過的崗位步奏與工作管理監督機制,讓學子能夠 責任使用實踐教學評價授課。設配可同樣讓6名學生同時操作,通過小組的團隊形式開展工作任務,并通過角色分工按照各自的工作流程進行。在實訓設備工作的同時可以進行理論教學,實現“做”“學”“教”一體。

技能招式上(shang)班(ban)島(dao)由三(san)邊半(ban)圓做(zuo)操作臺、六角培訓把握屏及具代表(biao)性做(zuo)工作神(shen)器(qi)任(ren)務(wu)神(shen)器(qi)任(ren)務(wu)組成,能(neng)同一時間能(neng)容6名(ming)學生(sheng)在設備上進行操作。
三邊圓弧形(xing)辦(ban)公臺:桌(zhuo)體選用(yong)§1.5mm厚的優(you)質鞍(an)鋼盒裝鋼板做(zuo)骨架,經(jing)過(guo)機械加工成型,外表面噴(pen)涂彩色環氧聚(ju)塑,整機既堅(jian)固耐用(yong),又美觀大方。工作臺分三邊半圓形(xing)六工(gong)裝(zhuang)夾(jia)具的設計,每工(gong)裝(zhuang)夾(jia)具平放有數據(ju)存儲柜,可平放網吧電腦虛擬(ni)主機。卓面為三(san)邊(bian)圓弧成(cheng)分(fen),用(yong)于25mm厚的實芯理化板(ban),外表面(mian)貼防火板(ban),經數控設(she)備銑(xian)削加工成(cheng)型,桌邊倒(dao)圓弧處(chu)理。工作(zuo)臺直徑為(wei)2500mm,高(gao)度(du)按人(ren)體工程學要求設(she)計,為(wei)755mm。
五邊形(xing)實踐教學掌握(wo)屏:培訓抑制屏運用(yong)正六邊形組成部(bu)分。骨架運用(yong)30 R的半(ban)圓形鋁型材經過(guo)專用(yong)連(lian)(lian)接件組裝(zhuang),頂(ding)面與底面采用(yong)§1.2mm厚(hou)的優(you)質鋼板連(lian)(lian)接。三邊(bian)圓弧形作(zuo)業題面均配資(zi)有培(pei)訓電源開關(guan)、汽源及PLC主機控(kong)制(zhi)系統,且相互(hu)獨立,互(hu)不干涉(she);控(kong)制(zhi)面板按鍵為(wei)薄膜輕觸式設計(ji),具有漏電保(bao)護(hu)、短路保(bao)護(hu)功能。電源控(kong)制(zhi)屏(ping)頂面采用10mm厚(hou)的鋁框包邊(bian),內置(zhi)有直徑為(wei)850mm的多(duo)角度公(gong)共操(cao)作(zuo)平臺,公(gong)共操(cao)作(zuo)平臺能360°旋轉,能做120°定位,平臺頂板采用10mm厚(hou)的鋁板加工成型,能載重約60Kg的典型工作(zuo)任(ren)務(wu)。
