高壓電(dian)機拖動(dong)及保持(chi)技(ji)術性(xing)實踐教學系統設計

一、 簡析

本實踐(jian)教學裝置(zhi)是(shi)依照(zhao)崗位教育培(pei)訓改(gai)制(zhi)和經(jing)濟(ji)發展的(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)需要而科研(yan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)。該實踐(jian)教學裝置(zhi)是(shi)指(zhi)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)拖(tuo)動(dong)(dong)平臺(tai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)原(yuan)(yuan)因(yin)學,交流學習和直流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)伸縮機(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)拖(tuo)動(dong)(dong)、最(zui)經(jing)常用(yong)壓差大家(jia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)及最(zui)關(guan)鍵把(ba)控(kong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線、橋式起重設備機(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)高(gao)壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)把(ba)控(kong)及繼家(jia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)把(ba)控(kong)平臺(tai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)設計等(deng)(deng)內(nei)容,也(ye)增(zeng)高(gao)了通過PLC及變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)器的(de)(de)(de)(de)變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)調(diao)速(su)(su)無(wu)刷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)最(zui)關(guan)鍵把(ba)控(kong)火車(che)線路,和最(zui)經(jing)常用(yong)機(ji)(ji)器的(de)(de)(de)(de)把(ba)控(kong)。該實踐(jian)教學裝置(zhi)可用(yong)到于(yu)自動(dong)(dong)式化職業與汽(qi)車(che)物品內(nei)置(zhi)式化職業申辦的(de)(de)(de)(de)《變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)調(diao)速(su)(su)無(wu)刷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)及拖(tuo)動(dong)(dong)核心》、《車(che)間繼家(jia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)打交道(dao)把(ba)控(kong)》、《PLC的(de)(de)(de)(de)原(yuan)(yuan)理及采用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)技(ji)(ji)藝(yi)》、《變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)調(diao)速(su)(su)的(de)(de)(de)(de)技(ji)(ji)藝(yi)》等(deng)(deng)內(nei)容的(de)(de)(de)(de)技(ji)(ji)能等(deng)(deng)級練習。

二、 裝制特色

1. 主要包括掛鏈格局(ju),組(zu)合(he)靈(ling)活機動、可同時(shi)重(zhong)設(she)實(shi)踐插件提升實(shi)踐玩法,以便于(yu)二級開發建設(she)及功(gong)能表存(cun)儲。

2. 培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)部件由(you)開關電(dian)(dian)源管理屏、培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)桌、培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)部件、無刷伺服電(dian)(dian)機、無刷伺服電(dian)(dian)機導軌及培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)電(dian)(dian)纜線等分為。

3. 就基本概念PLC及變(bian)頻器(qi)的機械(xie)操控實踐的項目(mu),才可(ke)以(yi)根(gen)據(ju)MCGS組態軟文與算(suan)起機通過(guo)安(an)全可(ke)靠攝像頭監控實踐裝置的執行狀(zhuang)況,越來(lai)越融入產業現(xian)場報道。

(二)GDQ02實踐桌 實踐桌為鐵質單層亞光密紋噴(pen)塑(su)的(de)成分,PC家(jia)(jia)用(yong)電(dian)腦(nao)主屏(ping)幕為消(xiao)防、防腐、耐(nai)腐高導熱系數(shu)板,的(de)成分堅實,形態似長方(fang)體(ti)封(feng)閉型式的(de)成分,PC家(jia)(jia)用(yong)電(dian)腦(nao)桌聯體(ti)設計的(de)概念,造型藝術整潔大方(fang)縣;設在一位抽屆廣(guang)泛(fan)采(cai)用(yong)安(an)放(fang)工具軟件、我們要存放(fang)在知料(liao)等。PC家(jia)(jia)用(yong)電(dian)腦(nao)主屏(ping)幕廣(guang)泛(fan)采(cai)用(yong)按裝24v電(dian)源抑制屏(ping)并提拱(gong)一位寬廣(guang)舒適度高的(de)工作任務柜(ju)面。實踐桌底(di)端安(an)裝有四種橡膠輪,有助于活動。

6.GDK28 調(diao)頻器(qi) 人員配備(bei)印度三(san)凌的FR-D740-0.75K-CHT調(diao)頻器(qi)兩個(ge)(帶(dai)BOP操(cao)控設定控制面板)、1K電勢差器(qi)兩個(ge)。
