加工中心實訓設備常按主軸在空間所處的狀態分為和,加工中心的主軸在空間處于垂直狀態的稱為立式加工中心,主軸在空間處于水平狀態的稱為臥式加工中心。主軸可作垂直和水平轉換的,稱為立臥式加工中心或五面加工中心,也稱復合加工中心。按加工中心立柱的數量分:有單柱式和雙柱式(龍門式)。
按生產制作機構跑步方位角系系系數和一起操作的方位角系系系數分:有三軸二一體化、三軸三一體化、四軸三一體化、車銑復合四一體化、六軸五一體化等。三軸、四軸叫做生產制作機構兼備的跑步方位角系系系數,一體化叫做操作體統就可以一起操作跑步的方位角系系系數,于是完成數控刀具相對的零部件的具體位置和時速操作。
按崗位臺的數目和性能分:有單崗位臺激光生產加工廠中間、雙崗位臺激光生產加工廠中間,和多崗位臺激光生產加工廠中間。
